Romo's is awesome !!He is very nice and he knows what hes doing. It was like having a family member doing the work!!I would definitely recommend Romo's to everyone!!! I would give him a hundred stars instead of 5!!

We had a a serious backup under our kitchen sink due to years of buildup, called Charles Thompson of Plumbgreat, and he literally came out that evening, ground out all the pipes clean in about 30 mins, put all the piping I tore out back in nice n tight, and now it drains perfectly! Great price to do a great job on the fly! Thank you, Mr. Thompson!

HORRIBLE!!! Choose another company!!!!! Oct 7, 2020, their AC worker tripped over and broke off a fire sprinkler suppression line causing over $1 million damages to three condo units: mold abatement , demolition, storage, restoration, and now stalled rebuild. All three units are still down to 2x4's , completely gutted and this is 7 months later. Performance AC said They would make us whole well, they have completely failed in that regard and their insurance carrier refuses to discuss the claim with all of the home owners and has now referred their obligations to a legal entity to continue the non-response causing endless delays and mounting costs. We have NO choice as homeowners but to give this company an absolutely poor review based upon the totality of the circumstances. We want our home back!!! Performance AC and their insurance carrier American Zurich and McLarens and Network Adjusters, need to step up and make this right as three condo units still remain destroyed. Had McGill to my house twice, no camera was used kept having same issue. Finally found a plumber who used a camera on initial consultation at no charge, and mcgill was totally off the mark. I would not suggest them! I feel I was taken advantage off. I have pictures to prove it. What I paid McGill could have paid for my repair yesterday. Said I had a soft clog, meaning g toilet paper stuck, second person said maybe roots, maybe??? It turned out it was tree root crushed pipe allowing for slow drain. Camera said my pipes look great and no way toilet paper would catch. ***(update 2/14/2023) a supervisor did call me about ten days after seeing my review and was very kind and we spoke about the difficulties I had with McGill service. And they did refund me 100% and I appreciate the call and the 100% money back guarantee. I will try them again in the future, knowing what I now. I'm looking forward to that review being a 5 star. Hopefully not any time soon, thank you again for responding and following up.

The response time was amazingly quick, I called and Webb was able to come out the next day. I had a wet spot on my wall I was concerned about and Webb was able to quickly find the issue. I had some concerns throughout the rest of my house and he very thoroughly reviewed them all. He took the time to really make sure we found everything, which luckily wasn’t a lot. He also told me how to fix my faucets, which probably saved me money and now I’ll have good water pressure again. 10/10 recommend! Super respectful and thorough.

The plumber was fantastic. He knew what to do to fix our problem and worked quickly and efficiently. He was very professional and pleasant. The fee was very fair and we'll be using him again for any plumbing problem.
