The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

Not a professional and very difficult to work with. We purchased a house after he replaced the water heater. When we moved in the water heater was leaking so he came out and “fixed” it, but it continues to leak. Then for 2 months he would not return our phone calls. Now he finally answered our calls, but he tells us that in order to fix the leak it needs something that will cost us money even though his work and the water heater should be under warranty. This guy will not stand behind his work. Oh and when I asked him why he needed to do the “fix” he is proposing he just called me an F’ing idiot and hung up on me. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend him to anyone.

Estimate beat other companies by 10-20%. Had all sewer pipes replaced, new toilet installation, new washer & dryer water & waste lines installed in a shed, new 40 gallon water heater installed to replace an older 15 gallon. Took the crew 3 days total. Olsi & Dj were very professional, respectful of the property, and very polite, also knew the trade very well. I have old cast iron sewer lines. Bob Frank came out on a Saturday to unclog the lines for $140 less than the last plumber I used for an emergency call. Then I had them come back to do an evaluation with a camera. They were thorough, mapping out all the lines under my house and made some very easy recommendations to keep the health of my current lines..... without trying to up-sell me on chain knocking them clean or lining with PVC or replacing everything.
