John came after hours on the night before Thanksgiving...as if that wasn't enough, he is just a tremendously good guy who is as talented as he is nice. He took minutes to identify the leak, and took the least intrusive path to help mitigate the issue.

Still amazed by this work. Thanks for sticking with it and not giving up. If you need any type of plumbing work, you need to contact d’s plumbing solutions. They will stay until a solution has been found. They do not give up, they are relentless at finding pipe locations. I have a 1984 home with copper pipe in the slab. They knew where to go and their diagnosis was on point with re routing pipe and abandoning the leaky pipe. Check out how clean the soldering is on the copper. The guy they sent out to do my job was awesome. He was super nice and did a great job installing all new hardware in my tub and shower. Not sure about their other guys, but Anthony was awesome.

I don’t have negative option on rating panel neither give -5 star for this, called and schedule appointment for 3 times and no one show up and no one able to pickup the call or return the call back from voicemail, so in service industry this is they perform so I don’t know how they provide solution and after repair what will be the answer !!!!!!! Sorry for this but I would not refer this company for any plumbing work.

Jared and Flow Pros was GREAT!!! Not only did he get back with me in about 5 minutes, but arrived on time upholding safe COVID “social distancing guidelines” and was polite and professional. He explained everything to my husband and I, and reviewed the type of piping issues we most likely had with the shower, (piping was from around the 1950’s) toilet and sinks. Jared did some quick, yet very thorough drain unclogging (located on the roof) to ensure the problem was taken care of. He did it all with a great attitude and beating the rain!!! Thanks Jared and team and we highly recommend you guys to all!
