Best Camera Inspection in Saint Petersburg FL

I recently had a clogged drain from my laundry room to kitchen. Other plumbers tried to fix the situation and suggested I Find Leaks. After putting a camera into the pipes there was still an area that could not be reached and recorded due to twists and turns. Sonny did not give up and after one attempt, returned again and then jetted the system. Finally everything is running smoothly! This is an exceptional company, fairly priced, on time, courteous and respectful of owner's property. I will recommend I Find Leaks (and Sonny) to all of my family and friends. It's nice doing business with a company who is honest and dependable.

The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

Quick response to my emergency. My water heater broke and other companies were giving me ridiculous prices. D Plumbing Solutions gave me a reasonable price and was done in half the time. I called back for a leak I had as well. Overall, great quality of work!

During the pandemic our office had a leak at the back of one the toilets. Everyday Plumber's had a quick response, delivered on their promise and did excellent work. Special shout out to Dennis for his prompt attentiveness to our non-profit organization needs.

The guy they sent out to do my job was awesome. He was super nice and did a great job installing all new hardware in my tub and shower. Not sure about their other guys, but Anthony was awesome.

Awesome experience all around. Had a pipe burst under my shower Saturday morning. They recommended a leak detector, and after he pinpointed the leak, they came out. Did a walk through gave me some options and I opted for a repipe (old house with original pipes). Estimate was spot on, they did minimal damage to to walls. Nice guys and they even cancelled a commercial job they had lined up to make sure my job was done. I'd call them again, but they did such a good job I doubt I'll need too. Don't hesitate to call, especially in an emergency, they are honest, upfront and do solid work.

In an emergency situation, I was given Plumbing by Paul’s number. Paul was so great! He came in and explained step by step what was going on and what we needed to do. He also told us a long term fix and didn’t just slap a bandaid in it. We will be using Paul and his company for all our future plumbing needs!

He came out on a Sunday to fix a major clog at my home. He reflects a devoted team of plumbers that go the extra mile to please the customer and I greatly appreciate their dedication.

We just moved into our new home in St Pete this past weekend, and had an issue with the water heater. Long story short we couldn't get the pilot lit. After calling the gas provider to ensure the gas was turned at the new address, noting that the meter looked to be off and tagged. We were told by the gas provider CS Rep that their system shows the gas service is active and on, and we needed to call a certified gas plumber. After calling a couple plumbers and we quoted 3 or 4 days to have someone out, We reached out to our Realtor who provided Flow Pros plumbing.

We called and left a message with the situation we were having. Jared was very quick in responding, he was very polite and professional and was able to send someone out that same day. After 3 days of cold showers this was very exciting news. A short few hours later, we received an email that the Flow Pro technician is on their way! We were provided a photo of the tech, and a way to see their arrival time.

Bradley arrived well within our quoted time range and was also very polite, he quickly noticed the water heater wasn't being supplied with gas. We directed Bradley to the gas main, and as soon as he saw it he stated I can tell you now, the gas if off. This is exactly what we discussed with the Gas Provider, to no avail.

Bradley patiently waited while We called the Gas Provider back, discussed what Bradley had seen, and after a few minuets of back and forth and waiting for the CS Rep to review notes from the previous call. We needed to have a Gas Tech come out the following day to reconnect the meter due to an incorrect service notice at the Gas Company. We apologized to Bradley and told him we would call back as soon as we had the Gas provider correct their error.

Not seconds after Bradley drove off, we were told that the Gas Tech would ensure our Water heater would be inspected and in working order. So we reached back out to Jared to update him with what the gas tech was going to do tomorrow, and apologized for the entire situation. Once again, Jared was quick to respond and completely understanding.

We have been very impressed with the professionalism, and customer service from Jared, Bradley and the Flow Pros team. We will certainly be calling them back for our future projects at our new home.
