Mike, the tech who answered the call was very professional, honest with the diagnosis and did his best to keep things clean even after he got the job done. There wasn't much room to get it done but still made it happen without issue. Still amazed by this work. Thanks for sticking with it and not giving up. If you need any type of plumbing work, you need to contact d’s plumbing solutions. They will stay until a solution has been found. They do not give up, they are relentless at finding pipe locations. I have a 1984 home with copper pipe in the slab. They knew where to go and their diagnosis was on point with re routing pipe and abandoning the leaky pipe. Check out how clean the soldering is on the copper. I have used Everyday Plumber for clogs, faucets, water quality, and leaks. Each time the plumbers Austin and Felix have solved the problem while being thorough and answering all my questions. A few times a similar issue has occurred, but they did not charge to fix the re-occurrence and they explained how to prevent it from repeating. I live in a mobile home park and Cornerstone is management's contracted plumber. Doug was the plumber that responded to my clogged sewer line. This was not first time I had a blockage. It was however first time the plumber really expained the problem, tree roots were blocking the sewer line. He corrected the problem with some real high tech products, a snake with a camera, found the root ball and could break it up with a tool on the end of the snake. He even showed me the video on his see snake machine. This problem developed around 9 AM, the plumber arrived before noon and all was fixed before 2 PM. Very professional, and I am very satisfied how quick this was resolved on a Friday knowing the weekend was almost here.

Wow! Best experience with a plumber ever. The first person I dealt with at Premium was superb, caring of my situation and got me scheduled for the next day since we were in the throes of a hurricane when I called. I got texts to verify my appointment and the next day the plumber showed up on time after texting he was on his way. Benjamin assessed my problem and gave me a price to fix it. I feel the price was quite fair considering he had to get on the roof to clear my main line blockage. Less than an hour later blockage was gone. Benjamin was very professional, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I couldn’t be more pleased and relieved. I will forever recommend Premium to anyone who has a plumbing problem.

I'm in shock!!! My Drain Team plumber was here for 1/2 hour and fixed leaking lines by tightening them and adjusted the fill valve. Did a good job. But I was charged $283!!! He was courteous and professional. However this was weekday service call with none of their parts used. Is it just me who has not used a plumber in a decade? Use them if you don't mind paying exorbitant prices. But I'm still in shock.....

Fast, professional and efficient. I had a big issue with water heater leakage. It is located on the attic. Have only noticed early morning. They we the first once to respond. Sent the technician same day, provided options to resolve the issue and actually replaced the heater very quickly. Definitely recommend them.

We had an unexpected leak from our water heater and couldn’t find any plumbers who were willing to come check out the issue on a Saturday.
