They will stay until a solution has been found. They do not give up, they are relentless at finding pipe locations. I have a 1984 home with copper pipe in the slab. They knew where to go and their diagnosis was on point with re routing pipe and abandoning the leaky pipe. Check out how clean the soldering is on the copper. Found this company on Angie's List which is TOP RATED. I called the Better Business Bureau who also lists EVERYDAY as TOP RATED. Mark from Everyday immediately called me to schedule an appointment early the next day. Patrick, their plumbing representative arrived early which was appreciated. Patrick was as professional as they come. Everyday has my business for life.

I tried to get a quote for installation of a water softener over a week ago and have never heard back. They sent someone out for a free estimate and haven’t heard back since. I called the office and was told it would be emailed that day but still nothing. I called 2-3 days later and was told it was in review and would be emailed out but they never had my email. This should have been an easy estimate and relatively easy job since it was going right where the other water softener was and there’s easy access to mainline in/out. Very disappointed and wouldn’t waste my time trying to use their services.

Had a leak under my foundation shortly before Thanksgiving. Called the Drain Team and first Chris came out and found the leak. Next, Bob came out to fix the leak. Both were excellent and priced as advertised. Excellent work done - very pleasant and friendly to work with. Bob walked me through several options and helped me understand the pluses and minuses of each. They worked quickly and I am very pleased with the quality. I'll definitely use them again.
