We highly recommend this company. Cecilio came out the same day we called and it was during the holidays. We had to replace a leaking tub shower combo. He quoted a reasonable price. The work was completed in a timely manner and Jose was wonderful to work with. They also fitted in replacing a faucet in another bathroom while here. We will be calling them for all of our future plumbing needs.

I called Zoom Drain after being quoted 55k by Root Hero to replace all the pipes. Maurice from ZD came out and was honest about our situation. He took the time to thouroughly explain everything to us. I can not stress enough how honest he was and didn't make us feel pressured once. There's so many companies (...Root Hero) that take advantage of people's ignorance to plumbing, but zoom drain is not one of them. Thank you Maurice for your wonderful service.

Our stove went out and we decided to go gas instead of electric which meant having the gas line routed correctly and having a shut off valve installed.I called 5 Star and they had a cancellation so they were immediately on premises. Adam was on time, professional, friendly and frankly amazing.I'll be keeping 5 Star as my go to for all things that they handle!

Val was referred to me by a friend when I had a leak problem in my home. Val responded immediately, his diagnosis was spot on, and he fixed the problem in a professional way. He was also very respectful by wearing a mask. He also helped in assessing fixed water pressure issue and worked late into the evening to solve the problem. I would definitely call him again if I have a problem.

They did a great job but a leak started 2 weeks ago and all their Google phone numbers are not work. Or we get messages their phone wasn't set up after 2300 dollars had to an other plumber vise 220 dollars for him to fim it he also pointed the usedyje old parts out of code so they suck on and follow up.

I needed the tub drain removed since I was going to get it refinished. The tub refinisher couldn't get the drain out. Don came the same day with the part and was able to get it fixed. Great work and super fast. Highly recommend.

I had a leaky Sprinkler Control system near the shutoff valve that needed repair. The previous landscaper did a horrible job (Now I know) where he used the wrong PVC and shutoff valve and also used taping that now I know covered shoddy work. I called Sacramento Sewer & Drain and Tyler answered. After explaining the issue, he asked to send a picture of the issue and my address. He said he could make it over in a few hours (which was really a nice surprise). Once Tyler came over, he explained the reason for the leaking, gave me a very fair price to fix and then headed over to the local hardware store to get the parts. Within 20 minutes he was back and within 1 hr he fixed the leak. Can't tell you how pleased I was at Tyler's professionalism, expertise and easy going manner. While the glue on the fixed pvc piping was drying, I showed him the kitchen water filter as I never exchanged it in over 1 year. He explained how to shut off the water valve, and take out the 4 water filters to be replaced. He offered to come back if I still had trouble exchanging the water filter underneath our kitchen sink. I would highly recommend Sacramento Sewer & Drain for any of your sewer, water repairs. True professional and always looking out for his customers. They are a small business with Russell as well. Both gentlemen are top notch. In fact I have a rental property in Sacramento where we need sewer and Drain repairs and I received one quote that was astronomical. I will let Tyler take a look and see what price point he has. Can't say enough about this company. Old School customer service that treat their customers fairly with a long-term customer loyalty approach without gouging the customer.
