Company was quick to get someone out, which is great when it's the kitchen sink that's totally blocked! Kyle showed up as promised, explained all the options fully without pushing me to the highest priced one. He worked quickly, cleaned up after the work as clean as can be, and my dog loved him (and vice-versa). The dog and I both give him and Zoom Drain five stars.

I had an issue with my toliet not draining 2 weeks after another plumber “fixed” it. The same toliet was not draining again but this time it happened on a Saturday. After my home warranty plumber agreed to come Sunday morning, they no showed. I called Zoom Drain because we needed an emergency plumber on a Sunday. They called me within 15 min of my email! I received a same day appointment. Kyle came within 2 hrs of my initial call. He took the time to explain what was missed by the first plumber. He showed me that there were rocks and sticks in the line that caused the stoppage. After he finished, he took the time to show me the pipe on the video to show all of the rocks and debris was removed. Kyle emailed the photos and video of what he found in the pipe with a receipt. I am so happy to have found a trustworthy, reliable plumber to help me in a desperate situation!

My shower drain was clogged and I called a few plumbers who couldn't come out in a timely manner or who didn't answer their phone.
I came upon Zoom Drain and called them. To my delight they answered their phone promptly and were able to send somebody out in a reasonable time. Kyle was the technician sent to unclog my drain. He was friendly, professional and gave me all the pertinent details. Being a woman I was expecting to be treated like somebody who doesn't know what they're talking about. I had a sewage backup which flooded outside of my home. Called Zoom Drain very customer friendly. The plummer Kyle T. whose very professional and helpful. Explained the process and also showed us what caused the backup in the sewage drain. View the problem through a camera he inserted into the drain. The issue was the tree roots grew in between the joints that caused the blockage. Explained to us our choices to tackle the problem. Very happy with the results. Kyle T. did an excellent job. Absolutely satisfied! William is awesome!! Will is neat, clean, professional, respectful, and so polite! He covered his shoes and the wheels on the drain snake machine. He cleaned up when finished and left the area as he found it. He did not try to sell anything. The company supplies the technicians with everything they need. My downstairs toilet and adjacent shower stall backed up. It’s happened before so I knew it was probably roots blocking drainage. Called Zoom Drain and they sent help within an hour. While they weren't able to solve my issue (not their fault), they did a thorough job and gave me excellent advice on my next steps. They even went above and beyond to use their camera on some of my other drainage pipes for peace of mind.

I called ZOOM DRAIN last night after another contractor accidentally dropped my cleanout plug into my sewer lateral. I wanted to make sure the plug wasn't going to clog my lateral, and retrieve and reinstall the plug, if possible. I called ZOOM DRAIN at 4pm and Ted came out and had everything taken care of by 7pm. Ted was able to retrieve and reinstall the plug and he used his sewer camera to confirm no blockages in my lateral. Great service!

My yard was flooding during heavy rains. I researched quite a few companies and decided to call Zoom Drain. Their service is excellent! William arrived on time and did an in depth evaluation on all of our yard drains. He was honest, friendly, respectful of our property and very informative. Kyle was my technician, really liked him. He came in, took a assessment of the issues I had, provided options and cost to fix. Once I decided, he fixed the issue, called me in to check and make sure it worked, and then he was off. My job took about 45 or so minutes, he was very cordial and professional. Tanner even followed up with me today to make sure everything was working well. Really liked Kyle and will use him for future jobs, dependable and shows up. I thought it was a fair price for the service. Day of service, Kyle took the time to explain the work and everything was completed thoughtfully and thoroughly. While I can't say I'll look forward to future drain issues, I'll definitely do business with Zoom Drain again.

I was very unhappy with price , and upset , but upon on emailing them finding out there was a misunderstanding, they thought my toilet tub and washer needed service with pipes , that it was only my tub and toilet that ,I actually said flooded by my washer , not that my washer needed pipe snake service as well , they refunded me that cost which was a significant amount to where it would of affected something more important me taking my dog to vet , without any argument , they just said it was miscommunication, and this meant so much to me since , not only was I in major car accident this week , I was graced to come through unharmed , then fractured foot on from broken snow globe , I dropped and slipped in water , and my dog of many years sadly passed away and then my downstairs flooded all at same time with in 3 days one of the worst weeks of my life , they were unaware of this horrible week I’ve had , and It was just going to be cherry on top the bill , They made my week in in darkness see a little glimmer of light . Thank you , They refunded me over 200 dollars which I used to take my sick dog to vet , everything is for a miraculous reason .

I had a really good experience with this company today. I called this morning regarding a kitchen sink issue and they were able to help me same day.
Tanner helped me over the phone, and was friendly and helpful; took down my contact info and gathered some diagnostic information efficiently. There was clear communication. Maurice showed up on time. He was respectful to me, my mother, and my home. He put on shoe booties to come in without me having to ask, and the workspace was left clean. Although what I was experiencing was not a clogged drain, Maurice troubleshooted to help us figure out the issue, and even went above and beyond to help me locate the sewer line and dropped some knowledge about drain maintenance. To me, that means more than anything; someone who is genuinely nice and helpful, and takes the time to educate me to help prevent issues. He had nothing to gain, other than being a nice person and helping me learn. He has a strong work ethic, and it shows in the interaction we had and the work that was performed.
It's hard to come across good service nowadays, and i can't say how much I appreciate this interaction and service. I'm happy I made this phone call, and i will absolutely contact them for any future help.

ZOOM did an outstanding job for us. Tech Maurice cleaned out 10+years of sewage debris from our system. Maurice was very knowledgeable and professional and provided information and preventive recommendations about the flow and dynamics of our two story configuration. Certainly we will use ZOOM in the future.

I requested a quote and within minutes I received a call from Drew who took my info and got me scheduled to have someone out right away. Bill arrived about 20 mins later and had my plumbing issue fixed in less than an hour. He was very professional and he gave me suggestions on how to prevent the problem from happening again. My only regret is that I let my boyfriend try to fix the problem and waited two weeks to call a professional lol Lesson learned.

Tanner really cared about our plumbing emergency and connected us to Kyle. Kyle has strong work ethics. He literally worked 6.5 hours without any break. We had a horrible backed up sewer line that flooded our master bathroom. He came out and worked endlessly. Patience, kindness and professionalism is was what I took away from my encounter with Drew and Zoom Draining 12/12/2020. I was calling on behalf of my senior parents who discovered a water leak under their kitchen sink. Drew informed that with the information I gave him I probably would need just a regular plumber. Zoom Drain was still willing to come out to give a free estimate. After further conversation with my dad I found out that this issue probably would be covered under his home warranty. I really appreciated Ted and Tim's expertise and hard work with my 87 year-old Mother's very old home. With the pipes being over 60 to 70 years old, roots have grown into some of those older pipes. We had called two other Plumblers before calling the true professionals at Zoom Drain! So thankful we did. Ted and Tim did the Zoom jetting to remove all debris and those pesky roots. We've never seen those pipes look so clear on the camera! They also did the RootX to keep those roots at bay.
With age, the tub pipe had come apart and Ted and Tim replaced that pipe with a new, secure pipe so that the tub/shower is once again usable. We are so thankful to Zoom Drain and will use them to replace those old pipes in the future.

I called Zoom Drain, two super nice guys, Kyle and William came out the same day, and resolved the problem the same day. My family and I are very happy with the service received and the results.

I had the best experience with Zoom Drain, from start to finish. They responded almost immediately to my online request, and I was offered an appointment the same day! I had a minor clog in my sewer line and their plumber was amazing, found my city clean out and checked that for me first. Turns out the clog was in my side of the line, and he clearly explained what my options were. I never felt pressured and I made my own decision. I needed to clear a clogged pipe and have a toilet checked out. My technician Kyle arrived on time and was very professional. The clog was a little difficult but he was able to clear the blockage and reinstall my toilet. He also adjusted and calibrated the toilet so it would work efficiently.

Our kitchen sink began backing up this weekend. We tried every simple thing we could to clear it, but the clog was deep in the pipes. While googling how to clear a deep clog, the name Zoom Drain popped up. The website said they were fast and efficient at exactly what we needed; a cleared drain pipe. I submitted an inquiry online, and much to my surprise they had availability right away (availability shows on the website….which is so helpful for planning my day). Someone from Zoom Drain called and left me a voicemail (I was busy putting the sink back together) and followed up with a text. I text back asking for any time slot today. I got an instant response with my preferred time that I had selected on the website. The technician (Kyle) text me when they were half an hour away from my home. Arrived on time and ready to work. I was given a quote within minutes. This quote never changed and that is what I paid at the end. The technician brought in the heavy duty auger and got to work. Our blockage was deep to the sewer line, but he got it cleared! I paid extra for the enzyme treatments to prevent this from happening again. Kyle was fantastic through the whole process. I could not be happier with how this whole process turned out. I was stressed over the plumbing and Zoom Drain made that stress go away. Thank you so much! Get service, I woke up in the morning to a sewage back up in my tub. Called county sewage and they checked their portion of the lines and recommend I call a plumber. I tried calling many during the holiday weekend being told I’d have to wait till Thursday or that they wouldn’t fix my problem. They were professional from start to finish. They kept me in the loop via email/text all the way up to the time Tyler showed up. Tyler was absolutely AWESOME and I'd hiring him in an instant if I was a plumbing contractor! ;) He was professional, honest, hard working, low-pressure, and highly knowledgeable! He used a camera to detect root blockage in my outdoor drains. He then used their hydro system and all roots are now gone. He was able to show me exactly where the roots invaded my pipes, so I can contact a landscaper and do some more preventive maintenance. We had a post thanksgiving toilet situation but Zoom Drain worked with us to get someone out ASAP. Ted was the plumber and he was immensely helpful in showing us our options/prices without pressure while being honest. We would 100% hire them again.

Kyle was awesome. Called before he came to the house which gave me time to leave work and get home in time for the appointment instead of waiting around all day. Identified the clog under the house as well as roots in the drain. Talked to me before doing anything and let me know the prices for services as we went.

I had a clogged kitchen sink drain. I saw Zoom Drain on Google with good reviews, so I wanted to try it. Zoom Drain called 15 minutes ahead and letting me know a tech. was on his way. Technician Kyle Thorp arrived . Very polite and professional. He was very knowledgeable of how the kitchen sink pipe works. He explained the pricing which was affordable. He went ahead and started working . He updated me on his progress. He unclogged the drain in which I believe was in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this tech and this company if you have any sewer and drainage issues. I would use this company again.

Thanksgiving morning started with clogged drains in 3 bathrooms and the laundry room. A local plumber had no technicians available and recommended Zoom. Maurice came out in uniform and asked questions about what we were experiencing and looked at the outside clean out drains. He clearly explained what we were seeing and the options available for correcting the problem. He took drain pictures to show the finished project and cleaned up thoroughly. Very professional and courteous. Highly recommend.

Ted, the field representative, from Zoom Drain did an extensive job diagnosing my problem with a backed up toilet and shower.
I’ve had 7 different plumbing companies over the last few years at my house telling me that I had plumbing problems or needed to use 1 ply toilet paper or replace my toilet. My lines have been “snaked” and “scoped” but no one ever offered a permanent solution to the ongoing problem.

That changed today. Ted spent 2.5 hours diagnosing and fixing the problem. The culprit is tree roots in a crumbling pipe system. He was able to remove the majority of roots and suggested a plan to replace the pipes that are crumbling.
Excellent service from a new company. I highly recommend Zoom Drain to diagnose and fix a drain problem.

I got same day service to unclog a bathtub just one day after a holiday. I can't tell you the name of my technician but itfelt like somebody I knew for 100 years. Sometimes it seems strange to have somebody in your home but this guy knew who what he was talking about he was able to accurately predict what would likely happen and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend this service and business to anyone and I will be calling them again in the future, hopefully not soon.
