Unclogged my clogged tub drain same day on Thanksgiving Eve for less than. $200. It's now draining better than it ever has since we moved in. We had a portion of our sewer line replaced, it was on a downhill slope on the side of our house, and very tricky. Steve was on time, very professional, and a nice guy. He finished all repair and replacement work within a few hours, and we were not without the use of our bathrooms but for a few hours. I'd highly recommend Steve and Rapid First Plumbing, they have done several jobs at our home and always do a great job.

Purchased new water heater from them some 8 yrs or so ago. Came w lifetime warranty. Tuesday night, no hot water. Relit pilot, still no hot water. Called Rapid First at 8am Wed morning, they were here around 9 ish and by 11 ish they had replaced the defective pilot light assembly. All covered by warranty. These guys are great!👍👍

Your guy came out to give a quote for a tank-less water heater install. I asked him if he would connect power to the heater when he installed or should I have an electrician do it. He said he would connect power when he installed. So I had an electrician run the new circuit for the heater and told him that the plumber would do the final connect. The plumber came out today and hooked up the tank-less heater but said he could not hook up the electric. I now have to call out the electrician again to connect power. An additional trip and added expense. UNHAPPY

Steven was polite and courteous. He was very thorough and explained procedures along the way. We were extremely satisfied and impressed with Steven's work ethic and perseverance in completing our sewer issues.

The plumbers were at my home within 30 minutes after I called, they did a great job replacing an outdoor faucet hose bib and handle.

This company has probably changed ownership in the past couple of years. Used the company for 15-20 years due to tree roots. On a Sunday I had runaway sprinklers. I turned off everything - or so I thought. The service tech came, found the one water pipe that I had forgotten about and that was it — maybe 90 seconds. Recalling that I was paying by the hour (and previous pre-ownership change techs), I asked the guy to run my sewer line (the tree root place). Oh no, the guy said, that would be another service call charge. I paid the bill. Indeed the bill indicated that the charge was by the hour. I sent an email expressing basically what I have said here —- not so much as an acknowledgement of my complaint. Dumb way to do business. Hire someone else. After years of using this company, I will hire someone else.

I purchased a gas stove only to find out that due to the gas line placement, my new stove stuck out 6 from the wall.

I called Rapid Rooter Plumbing and they said they could send an employee out to give me a free estimate. An hour later, Dustin showed up and, after assessing the work needed, said he could do the job right then and in under an hour. He shortened and re-positioned the gas line and valve, tested for any leakage, and made sure the stove was as close to the wall as possible. His work was fast, courteous and thorough. It was especially nice to not have to wait a day or more just to have the work done and I really appreciate the prompt service.

We will be calling Rapid Rooter Plumbing for our future plumbing needs.

I had problems, though, with getting someone to our place. The request I placed before 8 am was never put into queue on Saturday; therefore, my appointment was moved to Monday. Otherwise, everything was very good.

Had a water leak in yard, great customer service getting it repaired over a 3-day weekend.

Chue was very professional and kind. He explained everything he was doing, and was willing to show me the issues I had going on and allowed me to prevent future disasters. I will definitely be using this company again, hopefully not too soon.

Joe was fantastic! He arrived on time in my fathers home. There was an issue of failed toilet with water coming from underneath it as well as failing angle stop. Joe walked me through possible solutions and I opted for replacing both. He also previously replaced failed shower valve that my father took apart. Fantastic service, quality , honesty. I was recommended this company by my other plumber who said they didn't do sewer line work. Dispatch was super friendly and had one of their guys out within the hour. He was friendly, explained that the back up was either and issue for them or the city. He contacted the city. He waited at least 40 minutes for them to come out. He kept me updated. They didn't charge us for anything, because the back up was on the city side of the line. So I wanted to leave a review and say I would be happy to use this company again when needed.

Travis was great. There was a mix up between the front office and our management. They told us they'd be in at 8 but when I called to follow up dispatch said they'd be here at 10. Other than that Travis was great and got the sewer line cleared quickly.

I called at 4 pm on a Friday for a property I manage with a water heater that had started flooding the house. Victor was very helpful in finding a plumber that was willing to work after hours to accommodate the urgent issue. He was able to get a plumber at the house within 30 minutes of my phone call. Da'Marus was beyond professional and helped to quickly get the water to stop flooding by adding a drainage line to the water heater that was in desperate need of replacement. This water heater was installed inside one of the built in kitchen cabinets, so it was no easy task to get it replaced. Da'Marus returned to the property and continued to work an additional 6 hours to get the water heater replaced and up to code. I highly recommend Rapid First for their timeliness to address urgent issues, their quality of communication and their employees and technicians going the extra mile when this property manager was in desperate need. Thank you Victor and Da'Marus, you guys are awesome!!

Omar quickly zeroed in on the cause of the leaks & upon his instructions I bought a new faucet and put sealant around it, and now the leaks are gone.

Tyler & assistant cleared the main sewer line from my 1940’s house; turned out to be a more challenging job than expected, but they kept me informed during work & left me with working plumbing and a new cleanout access outside my house. And, it turns out, those “flushable” wipes aren’t, really!

20 minutes after I called they were here @ my house Omar and Jeremy. Were very professional.😊

I received an estimate on repairs/replacement of pipes under my house which seemed quite high. Rapid First was recommended to me so I used them as a second opinion. *Update* They addressed the issue of random invoices being emailed to me, however it seems they were only able to correct it for a few months. So again I would caution providing any personal information as they are not able to keep it very secure

We have an older home built by the previous owner. It’s quirky but solid. Our sewer line is original and well quirky. They were diligent in figuring it out and fun to have around while they searched. They explained what they were doing and cleaned up after themselves perfectly. They were honest in their pricing.

Very pleased with the service that we received. Travis was wonderfully helpful, and we are so thankful for having him here.

This was a short notice call. I had a pipe leak in my pasture. I called five different places and this was the ONLY place that had someone that came out to my property in less than an hour!! Chue, not only did he come out to fix my leak, he took the time to help me manage it for next time if there is another leak. Chue was very couteous, attentive and did not rush the job or over bill on the job. He quoted me a competative price and did not exaggerate his time. He was a very profession person. I would hire this guy again!!

I’ve had 3 different plumbers came to “take a look” at my clogged drain. That’s all they did - take a look. A horrible thing to do when your plumbing is clogged and you can’t use the water for days.
Travis is different. He came, made his assessment, recommended solutions and got right into it. One other thing that is very different with Travis is he doesn’t mind and not worried to get dirty- literally. He’s one of the few good ones. He’s an asset to your company.

Ever since they changed names they don't come out to emergency calls. Twice now called around 7pm and no response till the next day and no way to find that out because all you call is a person who pretty much just writes up a job with no way of knowing if anyone is going to take it. If I was given a yes or no i could tell my team what is going on and maybe even contact other companies. Time to switch to a company who actually responds to calls in less then 12 plus hours.

We had an unexpected 25-ft pipe that needed to be cleared within one day as to not interrupt construction that was already in progress. They came out within 3 hours for a free quote and we agreed to it. They came out the next day to do the work, and were courteous and professional. The job took half the time that they thought it would take … and they ended up charging us half the quoted rate. We were blown away and so very grateful. There aren't a lot of companies out there that are this honest and accommodating. Will definitely recommend to all, and if we need them, we will call again. Thank you!

Wow! Where do I start? The person on the phone was responsive and professional. Got a confirmation call an hour later saying a technician was on his way. Travis worked for hours - in 101 degree heat!! - to clear decades
of roots from our drain line. He cleaned up after he was done, and apologized (totally unnecessarily) for it taking so long to complete the job. I would’ve given him more than just two bottles of water if having beers on the job was permitted! Well done! Will definitely use them again - but hopefully won’t need to!! 🤞

Repaired some water temp restrictors in my shower rooms. He did a great job.

Fast, good and thorough work. The tech showed up within a couple hours of my call. He cleared the sewage clog in my sewer line and then went back in with a camera to show me where the clog was and what caused it. There is a belly in my sewer line (the pipe sags in the dirt heading out to the street). Using a locator for the camera, he then also found the main clean-out which had been buried. I had been unable to find this clean-out, since a previous owner had buried it. The tech was friendly and happy to answer all the questions I had.

We was having issues with our complex shower water not getting hot due to it was restricted Steve fixed it so we can have more hot water and not Luke warm

Both times I called to thinking I needed pipe work done, only to find it was not what I thought. However response and professional was top notch. My father uses Rapid First for several jobs and he has got quality work for a great value. Ronaldo has always done great job for my father. I will for sure call for future plumbing needs.
