I called the 5 Star Plumbing late afternoon on Oct 22 and explained the urgency for fixing the water line leak expeditiously. The service dispatcher (Adam) promptly acted and arranged for a inspection the next day in the morning between 8 and 10 AM. The plumbing technician (Khalil K) came to my place sharp at 8:00 AM and went to work and accurately diagnosed the leaking issue and took video clip of the pipe failure to document it well. The technician followed all safety procedures and did a neat job. I couldn't be more happy. In fact, I am willing to agree that this was probably the best plumbing job completed by any plumbing company that I had to use. Strongly recommend this company to anyone who needs a prompt and good plumbing work. However, this company is pricey and if they can lower their price, the are definitely going to dominate the Sacramento area.S I (Customer)

The people here are professional and friendly (both the appoint person and the two plumbers I’ve met in the past couple of years). They are reasonably quick with the job, and obviously knowledgeable. The first time was more than a year ago with a bathroom sink installation. This second time was with emergency repair. I would feel comfortable calling them again if I need anything done.

I received a response minutes after requesting a quote through yelp. We were able to schedule an appointment for the next day. The last on the phone was professional and provided the cost of a service call and the different forms of payment accepted. The morning of the appointment, the tech, Eze, called and said they were ahead of schedule and would be available to come earlier if possible. He arrived early, put on booties to protect my floors, and worked on the issue. Before starting work, he gave an estimate based on what he thought the issue would be. He cleared the clog and ensured the water was draining. Before he left he told me about the 30 day guarantee that the issue was fixed. This was only a simple clog, but based on their professionalism and promptness I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for other issues.

I contacted 5 Star on yelp and was messaged the next day with a same day appointment made to unclog a kitchen drain and address a clog in my washing machine drain. They came out on time, and ran the snake through the drain 4 times to be sure the clog was cleared. It was very hot that day and I appreciate that the tech stayed to make sure everything was clear. Definitely recommend them!

This is in response to using their plumbing services for the second time. Our shower head was leaking, and a toilet tank was slow to flush. I had requested that I be placed on the service schedule for Adam. I was willing to wait a week in order to ensure that he would be available. Adam did not show up on the day that I was told he was available. Another man from the company did. This person was punctual, andrespectfully wore shoe covers.Unfortunately, He told me he cannot do this kind of repair. He went as far as to tell me that he had done a repair like that before but his boss got mad at him. He suggested that I find a handyman to do it! What? So instead of a simple repair that would require the less invasive job of changing out a minor part inside the two handled faucet, he proposed that he could put a whole new handle system in...it would require cutting open my tiled bathroom shower wall, reconfigure the plumbing , and put in a single handle faucet. Add to this the high financial cost, and the amount of time it would take to do it. This is not including any kind of new tile work I would have to have done, on top of it.Instead, we watched YouTube videos to figure out how to do this repair. It took a few hours and less than $30 worth of parts ( which were: two gaskets and two seats) for somebody who is not a trained plumber, or an expert handyman. We fixed our leaking shower head.It seems this business has the plumbers focus on being high end sales people, pushing more expensive repairs. Instead of taking care of customers. I would get a second and third opinion.

We had a clogged kitchen sink. The plumbing in our house is routed in an unusual way, so it was a little tricky. The clog was probably 30 ft down the line, but five-star got it cleared, no problem. I was able to get an appointment quickly, the plumber (Oleg) arrived on time, and wore those little shoe covers in the house to protect our carpet. He was efficient, polite, and left. No mess. Overall, I am extremely happy with my experience with this company and would definitely do business with them again.

Had water heater problems. Called 3 companies on sunday morning, they were the only company that were available that day. They were at my house by 1015. Very professional on phone, kept me updated on arrival time. My 12 yr old heater was done. They came back next day and replaced. Good price, better than other 2 estimates. Khalil came to fix a gate valve for the second time. 1st time water drip stopped just tightening the faucet. It saved me money without replacing the valve. Called 5-Star plumbing around 11am and there was a plumber out to my house by 12:45pm. I mean, talk about quick service! I knew my issue would be an easy repair, as I simply needed a drain clean out. We had scheduled an appointment with another plumbing company, but they canceled on us 2 days in a row, and the 3rd day did not show, nor did they call! They charged around $150 for an estimate, which was a bit high but not unreasonable, but then when they sent a person to look at it he gave me estimate to fix it at $1000, which I thought was too high, so I decided to get a 2nd estimate from another plumbing service on yelp, who ended up fixing it for $500.

I woke up this morning to the both showers and toilets flooded. I called at 7am and they were here by 8:30 am even though they said they weren't able to come until 10am. I was so glad to see them.The technician checked the line to the city system but found no issues there. He then told me that he needed to snake the system through one of the toilets. He did that and we're good to go. He spent a lot of time making sure everything was perfect before he left. I would highly recommend 5 Star Plumbing. Very responsive and professional!

5 Star completed a complete new gas line from our meter due to a gas leak in our slab. They ran the entire house with new lines throughout via the attic and down to all our appliances. The only issue that I wasn't happy about was that the pipes were run from the meter, outside the house instead of in the inside wall because our amazing tech didn't want to mess with the paneling inside. So we have some unsightly gas pipes outside. They painted them and that helps but it would've been better if they asked. I would've gladly had them open up the wall inside the house. They were timely, responsive and fairly priced. They got our entire house gas lines completed in two days. We truly appreciate the hard work- we now have heat, hot water after 9 days from when PGE red-tagged our house. Thank you Khalil, Abdul and team!

Drain pipes were blocked solid with 60 years of sludge. 5 Star Plumbing responded quickly, and after attempting to clear the blockage, realized that the only solution was to replace the pipes. So I’ve been having issues with both of my toilets not flushing regularly. They were able to come out the same day called versus other companies that couldn’t. We had such a wonderful experience with 5 star Plumbing. They were able to have a plumber come out the same day, diagnose the problem and were even early to the appointment! They showed me where my toilet tank was cracked and leaking. I bought a new toilet, they came back and installed it in less then 30 minutes and hauled my old toilet away. I cannot recommend this company enough. Made a potential headache scenario a very easy fix. I will absolutely use them again for any plumbing needs. Super professional staff too. Adam was awesome!

Called 5 Star in the Morning, explained the toilet and bathtub was backed up in our only bathroom. Asked if they had a same day appointment available, and they were here in 3 hours. Ivan was amazing, did the job quickly but efficiently. It was a bit more then quoted, however there was additional work required and that was explained during the call and in am email i received after the appointment was made. The guy was very good about explaining things and even recommended if I have this problem again to replace it with this pipe and sent me the picture. But to be honest I don’t think the pricing was fair. 275. For them to be here 20 mins. I think it should also go off timing and not just a standard snake job price. As I had cleared most it myself and he only pulled a very small chunk out. Because last night I had pulled a huge mess. So I don’t think there should be a base price. But they were responsive and quick to come out and he didn’t mansplain to me so that is always a plus.

They were very quick responding, but the price was outrageous. I had a clog in my toilet that backed up into my shower. The plumber first charged me to unclog the shower...when that didn't work, he then charged me separately to unclog the toilet, and that worked. Although I don't know why he didn't just start with the toilet, which would have saved time and money. Overall I paid $470...much, much more than I expected.

We were having trouble finding an available plumber to unclog a bathroom sink drain so, based on Yelp reviews, I called this company. The charge was $220, which seemed a little high to me, but the problem needed fixing so we agreed. It was worth it to get someone here within a few hours of calling and the guys who came were very courteous and competent, the problem is resolved, and I would definitely use again.

This was our first time using 5 Star for plumbing services. Adam and Amir did a great job with our valve replacement and faucet installation. They explained in detail what they planned to do, and then explained again what they had done. They were really fast workers; they completed our three jobs in about an hour, which included a trip to Home Depot for parts. We will definitely use 5 Star again for larger plumbing jobs.

I’ve used 5 Star Plumbing twice, once for a leak under the kitchen sink on a Saturday and once for a backed up water line when I called on a Sunday during a heavy rainstorm. Was impressed they could arrive on short notice on a Saturday and a Monday following the storm. For both appointments, they called to see if it was ok if they arrived early. I was so grateful for their responsiveness. Both jobs were completed quickly and appeared to be thorough. Wore a mask and booties over their shoes. Most plumbing businesses I called didn’t respond for short notice projects, so was happy to find 5 Star.

I feel like the work done was completely over priced. They came to fix a broken elbow pvc pipe in front of my home. Noticed the leak came back that very night. The water damage from the previous leak caused the cement box to drop and cause another crack. I feel they should have caught that in the first repair or at least assesed the damage better. They then came back the next day and charged me another $2,000 for a total of $3,600. Because I was in a rush to sell my home I didn't have time to find another company.

I had a gas leak in my backyard which made the fire pit unusable. PGE shut it off and recommended I get a plumber to fix said fire pit. I went with this company but it was $200 just to get a quote from them. The technician that came out told me he could repair the firepit no problem for $2000. I was happy with this estimate and went forward with them. The day of the job, I mentioned where the key valve was and the plumber said it shouldn't be an issue. The job I hired them for was the firepit, and that's the last thing they bothered to check even after I brought up my concern. After they tore up my yard, they finally looked at the firepit and told me that in fact the issue i brought up was an issue and they couldn't complete the job as promised and asked if I wanted to continue the work. At this point, a lot of damage had been done to my yard so I basically had to say yes otherwise it was all for nothing. And even though they weren't going to complete the job, they still were charging me the full $2000. Had I not complained to management, they would not have come back a few days later to connect the firepit and fix their damages. They couldn't even be bothered to put a stepping stone back and instead dropped it on a sprinkler. Management gave me a discount after my complaints but it should never have come to that. The plumber should've verified he could do the job before he ruined the lawn. Yelp doesn't let me post videos otherwise I would share here the interaction with the plumber. I regret hiring this company. You might have better experiences, but mine was terrible.

I needed a plumber to replace our water heater. After looking and reading 5 star plumbing reviews I called to schedule a repair. I was scheduled right away. The tech was able to show up early. My water heater was removed and replaced with a new one. I had a leaking water valve so I had no choice but to have that replaced with a separate fee since the valve wasn't a part of the agreement. Alex was very professional and did a very good job with the install and his work is very clean. His work is a 100 percent better than the plumber who had installed the old water heater the first time.i will call this company if I ever need a plumber again

These guys at 5 Star Plumbing were awesome. Woke up to a cold shower in Friday morning. Put in a request for service at 10. Received text message that a worker would be out by 1:30. Got switched to a different worker (Adam) for 2:30, but then Adam texted to ask if he could come earlier at 12:30. Hell yeah! Adam arrived ready to replace the thermocoupler, but then showed me that there was a leak which doused the pilot. The water heater had gone bad! Adam said he could have one there and replaced that day! Hell yeah! Adam left his tools to go get the water heater, which was a reassuring sign that he'd be back soon. I was busy working in my home office. Before I knew it, it was afternoon and Adam was finished. My new water heater was installed and updated to new codes. Our hot water heater developed a leak early afternoon on a Saturday. I called several hot water heater installers and they stated the earliest they would be able to install a new hot water heater would be Tuesday but when I called 5 Star Plumbing the person who answered the phone stated they would be able to install a new hot water heater on 8:00am. Sunday. I then gave them my okay to that time to install the new unit. Then on Sunday morning @ 7:37am. I received a text that Ivan from 5 Star Plumbing was on route to install the new unit. Very early in the morning, we heard a dripping come from a wall between the master bedroom and the master shower. It sounds like a clock. There is definitely no water coming out of one of the showerheads. I turned off the master water switch, and the dripping stops. We called later that day and they were able to schedule appointment for the next day. Turn the water back on and we heard no dripping. He did cut a hole in the drywall so we could inspect the pipes going to the shower and did not find any water damage. She also checked the floors below the shower, essentially the ceiling of the downstairs living room, and detected no water there as well. We are thankful that he was able to come and give us a great service on this inspection to make sure nothing bad was going on.

The service I hired 5 star plumbing for was an ice maker install for a whirlpool fridge along with a t connector for the existing line in the wall. The cost was nearly $900. They did a really good job overall and I feel extremely satisfied, even though I spent some extra time and money on the wall patch-up. I was able to save money compared to another company charging $1200 on top of an additional $60 on the site visit. I don't have certainty on it, but I have a gut feeling I could have saved an additional $500. Since contractors are in high demand, it would seem that you have to spend a lot of time and effort to overcome overcharging. For any owners, I recommend buying a residential RS Means 2022 or the latest one to get an idea of true construction/repair costs. Nevertheless, you will find that 5 star is still probably the best option for plumbing services.

I cannot recommend 5 Star Plumbing highly enough. After having PG&E come out to find out why there was not gas going into the water heater and the gas dryer in the garage and he couldn't figure it out, I had two other plumbing companies come out. Neither company could find the problem and both quoted thousands of dollars in repairs without being able to say what the problem even was. After six days without hot water, I decided to call 5 Star Plumbing on a Saturday afternoon. Peter arrived earlier than his scheduled time. Very pleasant and professional. In less than ten minutes he realized what the problem was, fixed it and had the gas restored to the water heater and gas dryer. Total cost for the visit was under $200. Please consider calling 5 Star Plumbing first!

I removed the toilet in our bathroom planning on installing a new one myself, but what I found was more than I was willing to take in. The flange was completely rusted and there was a considerable amount of damage. I made the wise choice of calling 5-Star Plumbing and then came out the very next morning. They were were very professional — they called to let me know they were arriving earlier than expected, cleaned up the area and installed the new toilet, and they even took the box and packaging with them. Tech was on time and efficient. Very respectful of my situation to find the water leak. He found the leak from the dishwasher in minutes. He turned the valve to the water supply off and the valve was broken. He replaced the valve, a $20.00 part, and helped me turn the power off to the dishwasher for safety. Good service but very expensive. Total was $220.00 to replace that valve. All work was done with 45 minutes.

We have an ejector pump system on our ADU. It stopped working this weekend . I started talking with 5 star right away.Originally the earliest appt i could get was Monday morning at 8am. The appt person understood the emergency nature since without the pump we cant run water or use the bathroom facilities at all because the pump tank was full. He said if there was anyway he could get someone out the same day he would. We took the 8am Monday appt and crossed our fingers. With an hour the appt person called back and asked if they would come at 4:30 that day and i said the sooner the better. About an hour later i got another call and the appt person asked if they could come within a 1/2 hour! The plumber arrived that same day and resolved the problem for us ASAP. The timely correction helped us avoid camping mode and I cant thank them enough.

Brandon Flores was amazing and explained all the work, showed me where the problems were and why it needed to be done. He also gave me options that fit my price range. This is after going with various other companies and I was given wrong information by one in particular. I might add the other companies did not explain the problem to me and I was charged an exuberant price for just a drain inspection 3x of what I was charged by 5-star plumbing and nothing was fixed. This made me apprehensive on even getting an estimate done, since I was worried about the price I was previously quoted. But all in all I could not be happier with the work done, after not having a working bathroom for over a month. The estimate I was given for the work was exactly what I was charged. They fixed and replaced the drains and in the tub, sink and toilet that were all leaking and put on badly by the previous owner of the home. He was very kind and patient and even fixed the kitchen sink which only put out hot water for the last year. Any work that I need done in regards to plumbing I will definitely be going back to 5-star! Thank you guys so much!

We needed a full repipe done due to the old piping being notorious for leaking issues (Kitec). 5-star was the lowest bidder out of 4 plumbers we contacted. They got the job done in about 4 days, helped set up inspection, and did a rough patch (we did have to hire a painter for texture and paint). Plumbing works great. All the staff we were in contact with were courteous and friendly.The inspector seemed to be impressed with their work. They also managed to do it with a minimum of dry wall removal. Other plumbers were talking about having to cut through the external stucco which would have been another thing needed to be redone aesthetically but the boys at 5-star managed to do the job without needing to do this. In fact, they ended up finishing under their original estimate! Overall, I am very satisfied with the experience. I would definitely call them again for any plumbing issues.

I received a call from Peter asking if he could come earlier than scheduled, which worked extremely well for me. He arrived on time, was very nice, personable, clean and very knowledgeable. He got right to work and was finished within a short while. It was well worth the money as I was not able to remove and old leaky faucet bc the nut underneath the sink was frozen in place. Peter had to cut the metal flange out of the sink. A job I could not have done on my own. I've used 5 Star Plumbing twice already and they've always been professional and quick. The most recent guy, Eze, was very nice and explained what is causing the clog. He even gave some great tips on how to prevent it in the future! We actually called another place with a coupon and they claim it's not them or don't honor it. Then they wouldn't give me a quote until the guy gets here or a range after I explain exactly what is needed. It's not like the guy would have to do anything to see what the problem is. Thankfully they said it's a free quote. The quote was $100 higher than 5 stars, they wouldn't give any price range or even quote and even time frame!, and the review was also only 3 stars, so I refused service. I only contacted this other company because I thought they were cheaper to do a basic snake of the drain. I then called 5 Star and Eze showed up on time and honored the quote they gave me. Also in all the yelp business that I contacted for quotes only one other person gave some form of cost for service. 5 Stars was able to give me a direct quote for the exact service I needed right over the phone. Eze was knowledgeable of this information and didn't try charging more.

Rarely have I been so impressed with a company. I found these guys on Yelp (just left a Yelp review too) and called them frantic on a Sunday when I found that my washer was causing gross black gunk to backup into my bathtubs and causing the toilet to leak. I was horrified and scared after reading online that it could be a sewer issue that might cost me some $6,000. The lady answering was super nice, professional and said someone would be here within the next three hours. On a Sunday! As soon as I hung up, I received a text confirming my request then within 20 minutes, a text saying someone was on their way. Mike arrived within one hour of my initial call. He wore a mask and shoe covers in the house (which none of the other contractors have done) and had me unclogged within 30 minutes. He explained the issue, made recommendations, did not try to up-sell me and the cost was far better than I’d imagined. I see they do electrical to so will plan to call this company again for all my future plumbing and electrical work. Mike saved my day! Our toilet started backing up and filling up our bathtub (yuck). We saw the great reviews 5 Star had and called right away. This was pretty early like 8am and they picked right up. They asked a few questions and sent someone over immediately. The work was done fairly quickly, but cost us at least 4 times what online estimates said replacing a shower valve should cost. We needed it done though and these guys were available. If I had more time to shop around I would have sought a lower price. We were also left with a giant hole in our wall and the guy said, “we don’t fix the wall.” Then didn’t give us any contacts for someone who might be able to help us with that part. Seems like the job isn’t done if we are left with a gaping hole cut in our drywall. I am now scrambling to try and find someone to fix the wall that the plumber cut open so my house can be back to normal. Plumber was nice, I’m just left feeling like the work was way overpriced and the lack of attention to finish (meaning leaving a huge hole in the wall) is a bummer.

Had 5-star install new toilet 2 years ago and they were great and inexpensive. So when I had more plumbing work - including install of a toilet in a different bathroom - I called them back to schedule service. Found out the toilet price had increased 35% in two years. Oh well they did great work before so I hired them. Everything was fine about the new service. They were very responsive and on time and I have no complaints about their work except the base of second toilet was not sealed/caulked like the first one was. If it had been same price or second toilet was sealed 5-star would get 5 stars instead of 4

I had a slow drain in both my sink and tub in the restroom. The technician came in and determined that the drain covers were the issue. One was rusted on and he was able to pry it off. The slow drains were both fixed! I had a faucet with a leak from one of the handles and the recommendation was I just replace the whole faucet. I also had a bathtub handle that spins around and the recommendation was to replace that as well. The faucet and handle problems weren’t really identified or solved.

The 5 Star tech Simon was able to get here in less than an hour after calling and was able to unclog our sewer in less than 20 minutes. We had another Sacramento based company come onsite before 5 star came out and the competitor said your out of luck since we can't find your sewer cleanout. The competitor suggested spending $5900 on installing a cleanout and left with no help. But 5 Star was able to find the cleanout and fix the issue for around $200. I would recommend 5 Star over their overavertised competitor.

Super friendly and attentive. They come when they say they'll come. A little advice to people looking for good service. If you have a lot to get done on any type of repair and in this case plumbing, expect to spend a lot of money PERIOD! That said, since you're going to spend the money, USE THESE GUYS! We had invasive roots to our drainage system and some other pre-existing piping issues. They cleared the roots and made some more sensible changes to the piping configuration. Adam was the point person for most of the correspondence. This dude is A+. Excellent communication and you can tell he knows what he's talking about. Highly recommend these guys!

*Update* After not being able to repair the issue that I had, I spoke with them and they were willing to refund my $180 service fee. They responded to my review immediately. Good customer service.Original review:Came out on a Saturday to repair an emergency where the tub was continuously running because the shower valve broke. They said they didn't have the part to fix it and that I would need to call them on Monday to ask if they can get a part and to ask how much the repair would cost because they didn't know. So basically I paid them $180 to come out and look at the issue but not repair it. Other companies' service fees are $50.

I was very pleased with the service call and outcome. The initial call for appt was quick and easy. Tech Eze Om arrived almost two hrs earlier than scheduled. Much appreciated. He followed his usual protocol to correct the blockage somewhere down in the toilet drain. He used a snake in the sewer line but stated it was clear. He then attempted to clear the blockage from the toilet but that did not clear the blockage.He called to explain the status and receive my approval to pull the toilet to proceed with the next step to try to clear the blockage. This protocol was explained to me during my initial call that might lead to an additional charge for the toilet removal. He then proceeded to pull the toilet off to run a longer snake down the line where the blockage was located and eventually cleared the blockage.The tech was professional, on time, clear in his explanation and followed the protocol as was explained to me by the initial office staff. I will definitely consider utilizing them in the future when the need arises.

Dishwasher air gap started overflowing when dishwasher running. 5 Star guy Oleh came but could only find and clean minimal residues in water and waste lines under sink. Asked him to remove a leaking non- working hot water heater and dispenser at sink wh8ch he did. After he left, next time we ran dishwasher same overflow from air gap happened. Neighbor suggested checking the drain & triple filter system inside the dishwasher. We did and it was totally clogged. Cleaned it out, reinstalled, and ran dishwasher without any overflow. I have no idea why Oleh never checked the dishwasher filters. Now we know so will keep an eye on issue. $267 service fee but tech completely overlooked an obvious problem.

I had several issues going on in 2 showers and the master bath sink as well. I had very little water pressure in a couple and no hot water on master side sink and shower. I messaged for help through yelp at 9:00 am and this company responded right away and had a tech here at 10:45 am. We contacted them on a Saturday due to an emergency water valve failure. They were there quickly especially given it was a weekend and the repair was done before I knew it!They did get my name wrong and called me Katie.. haha, but they got the job done almost immediately and really rescued us in a pinch. We will be hiring them for additional repairs!edited 3/3/21:I am so sad to have to change my review. As you can see from my original review, I thought I was pleased with their company. Unfortunately, for us, the additional repairs we contracted with 5 star plumbing did not go as well as we had hoped. After their stellar and quick response to get our water pipe capped off in an emergency, we were so impressed that we hired them to split the plumbing from one sink to a two sink set up, and had them replace all old valves at all the toilets.Regarding the sink job, we thought it went relatively smooth other than a mistakes in the slope level that they corrected, however, I was just informed by the remediation company, that they used an exterior fitting to split the pipe, and we have now had to hire another company to re do the whole job!The valve replacement was also a nightmare! It resulted in one of the new valves leaking, to which they sent someone to come fix it the next day, who said it wasn't leaking anymore... well, if your water is turned off, sure it doesn't leak! As soon as the water was restored to the home, it began leaking again. He claimed it was fixed and said sometimes that happens, but a few hours later we noticed that it was still leaking. Less than before, but still leaking.... the third time they came back, they did send someone else who managed to fix the leak.And, while this is a super minor issue overall, but, when replacing the water valves, they did not change the wall plate that goes with the valves, which typically get changed out all together. So we will have to hire someone to replace those separately which will mean removing all the valves that we hired them to replace...Basically,If you have water gushing from your home, they can probably handle a capping job proficiently. other than that, I cant recommend them.

There is no way I would give 5 star Plumbin pretty . I wilthey are very friendly.We attempted to use them for the repair of our water heater.. everything seemed like it was going great and smooth until the morning that they we’re scheduled to do the repairs. I received an automated text message stating that my appt was cancelled. No phone call to explain. So I called and after getting in touch with them they explained that they couldn’t perform the work necessary. That they didn’t have the experience or knowledge to do so for our specific tankless water heater. To start I was extremely detailed in an email to them about the system, the problem and repairs and parts needing to be replaced as the problem has been diagnosed twice at that point; and then, they also have an entire page on their website claiming they have experience and expertise in tankless water heater repairs. But it was 4 days later on the morning of the scheduled repairs that they determined they could not do the work. Needless to say we were very frustrated.

I am very very happy with the almost immediate response when I called! I got service the same day! They said 4:30 to 6:30 window of time. They came around 5 and fixed 2 leaks in my backyard faucet and gave me a new shower part that fixed the leak!The technician was professional and very polite courteous and kind!!! I can’t think of a single thing that needs improvement. Loved the “how can we make you smile today”. That’s how the phone is answered. (After the typical this line is recorded and all that legal mumble jumble)I own several homes and I am going to switch from my old plumber to 5 star. I was that impressed. As an addition, the work done was on Sunday morning and I was not charged extra. (most companies will always want extra charge for weekend needs especially on a holiday weekend. July 3rd). So there we have it. I highly recommend 5star.

This was my was time using 5-Star and the process from so easy. I actually called on a Wednesday and they were available the same day. Due to other appointments, I scheduled mine for a Thursday. My technician / plumber, Oleh, was on time, very polite and professional. I paid $267 for a clogged toilet. Definitely RECOMMEND this company.

Adam was very diligent in identifying the problem and fixing it. I had been expecting much worse news because I was told by a previous plumber (not 5-Star) that the problem was something much worse. I had a feeling the previous guy was wrong which is why I called 5 Star. So glad I did!Also, my tenant (these are apartments) flaked on the original appointment time, and so Adam had to leave and come back later in the day - no complaints, no extra charges, just came back and did a professional job. I will definitely use them again for any future plumbing needs.

Eze did a great job fixing my faucet and replacing my cartridge. My hot and cold pipes were reversed, which could have caused problems with my water temperature, but he quickly figured that out and now we can take showers once again! I recommend 5 star for your plumbing needs.

I want to retract much of my recent negative review. I did say that the repair technician was excellent and very professional. That is definitely true. My complaint about pricing has been resolved after the manager Sam called me about the review. After negotiations with Sam & his boss, 5 Star agreed to refund me $310 of the $810 charge for their 90 minute repair. Sam also suggested that I could have called management myself instead of just from the technician's call.If others think the bid is too high I suggest they do the same.

Water heater stopped working and I contacted multiple handymen and plumbers for estimates. Some were slow to response, overpriced, or appeared rude. 5 Star Plumbing was courteous and super responsive. They were able to send Ivan out to my home the same day and kept me updated when he is en route. As it turned out, my water heater parts are still under warranty. Ivan contacted the manufacturer for me and was able to get the parts shipped to me free of charge. Ivan ended up having to come back twice to my house because the manufacturer did not send all the parts the first time. Although frustrating, Ivan kept me updated throughout the process via text and came back to install the parts in between calls the next day. Really appreciate Ivan’s great customer service and professionalism!

I discovered a leak under my home and called for an emergency plumber. the technician Eze Om arrived earlier than promised and found the cause of the leak with 15 mins. Called 5-Star Plumbing because of a sewer line problem. I had another company come out and do the initial fix/assessment. The repair was larger than one person and needed different equipment so a follow-up service was necessary. However, the problem was getting this company to return my calls to set up the follow-up service. They were my go-to plumbing service. Perhaps this lack of follow thru was a one off but we needed to get our sewer line repaired. I decided to contact 5-Start because of all the high reviews and seeing their vans driving around our neighborhood. Long story short, the fix was much simpler and therefore less costly. Adam and the other tech were terrific. They were prompt, courteous, professional, and very thorough. I have a working sewer line/drain again, an explanation of the original cause and a NEW go-to plumbing company. Thank you 5-Star

5 stars to technician Eze who arrived within 1 hour of my call for service and worked 5 hours non-stop to replace a faulty water heater, correct violations of California building codes and replace a leaking in-line water line valve. Eze is a competent, conscientious task-oriented tech who obviously takes pride is his work. I strongly advise to have cash on hand as the fees for paying by card or check are exorbitant!!!

Fraud or incompetence? I had a main sewer line backup. I couldn’t use the bathrooms or showers. Amir said since I didn’t have a clean out line & both bathrooms were mirror setups, he’d have to use his auger down the bathroom sink pipe instead of the toilet so that the auger wouldn’t just end up in the other bathroom. He was here for hours & finally said he couldn’t dislodge the clog & would need to hydro jet it for more money. I had Always Affordable Plumbing come out for a second opinion & they unclogged it by going down the toilet pipe.

It was an unusual rainy Sunday in California and I had noticed water backing up near the side of my house. A call was made and within 2 hours a man was at my door who in my distress I thought was Robert Downey junior, aka Tony Stark, aka IRON MAN! I had a quick call back to confirm the appointment, discuss how payment options are for service and that I would receive a text when the plumber is en route. I had called because I had my bathroom flood in the middle of the night. Called next morning and they came the same day within an hour. Adam and his assistant were very nice and got to work right away. He assessed the problem and got it fixed within 15 to 30 minutes. Five Star plumbing is very responsive and very good at their work. My house is old and has very weak plumbing, and apparently now has a clogging issue with the main sewer line being invaded by roots from a nearby tree. Five Star has been able to open an investigation and take video of the clog, fix the clog, and continue video recording the remainder of my sewage line. They’ve taken time to educate me (I am first time home buyer) on what to look out for and how to mitigate future clogging. Had a leak under our new kitchen sink… new everything less than a year ago and our remodelers at Precision Builder did not put it in correctly. Cabinets were soaked. Yelped request from 5 Star and 3 other top plumbers via Yelp. Leo was the first to get back to me. Soonest he could do was tomorrow morning from 8-10. Told him I was going to see about finding someone today if possible. Heard back from 2 and one was checking his schedule so decided to let Leo know I would take the Monday morning appt. Ahmad arrived promptly and did a wonderful job not only clearing out the clog that was preventing my shower from draining but he went the extra mile and made sure my entire drain like was cleaned and all of my fixtures now drain so fast! Called with same day service. Upon arrival and inspection there was a water leak from backyard draining into front street. Technician stated that he can repair irrigation valve but not the irrigation problem since it was not cost effective for the company. Very frustrating! I sent out a service request via YELP. 5 star answered quickly and followed up with a phone call once we exchanged information. They were able to get me in the same day and only 1 hour after I requested service. I requested service at 10, by 11:15 there was a service guy out there and by 11:30 he was gone. He was knowledgeable about my system and got right to the clog in my clean out super fast. He cleared it out and even gave me tips for future clogs and what works. I paid a reasonable service fee and was ready for the event I was having at my home 3 hours later. I’m definitely going to be using them in the future. (Hopefully I don’t need to)

5 Star and I agreed to a price to fix my sewer line. They sent out a couple of guys out who thought the work was too hard and wanted 50% more money than the agreed upon price to finish the job. I said no. They left the job site only to find out later that they damaged my water line and tried to cover it up. Now I have a huge leak that I had to pay another plumber to fix. I explained what happened and sent them video and picture evidence. They decided to ignore me... They are very expensive and are only willing to help if you will pay their exorbitant prices.

I had a handyman remodel my elderly uncle's bathroom. The toilet was not installed properly. For the third time, Five Star Plumbing has earned its name! ADAM came out to fix a shower that had been leaking for far too long. He was polite, friendly, and quick:). He took the time to explain the pricing and show me the part that needed replacing. I called because I had a leak and needed a plumber. The tech arrived on time and went to work to find the leak. My big issue though, was how the tech essentially tried to scam me and over charge by a lot to complete the repairs. So, after consulting some other professionals in plumbing, I ended up going with another local and well known company to complete the repairs. The total amount came out to be a little more than half of what I was quoted from 5 star..... which means they charged me almost DOUBLE! Also, I have not heard of a company in this day and age charging customers an extra 3% of your total repair cost if you pay with a card, but will give you a 3% discount if you pay with cash. I just felt like I was being scammed. So I'm glad I went with another company.

Day 2 of kitchen cabinet install. Pulled out gas stove and could detect odor of gas at the gas line at the wall. It was mid-afternoon and I got ahold of 5 Star Plumbing. Had to call to fix an underground outdoor leak. They were able to get someone out the next day and while it was a little more expensive than I had hoped, the technician was sympathetic and did what he could to help. Also, when unforseen issues arose that made the cost higher than initially quoted, he explained as soon as he discovered it and was honest and straightforward the whole time.I don't know much about plumbing, but he showed me everything he was doing and from what I could tell, the quality looked pretty good. I also had them replace a leaky spigot and he added an adapter to make it easier to replace at a future date which i thought was a nice addition. Finally,they did a great job cleaning up after they were done and I also appreciated the great communication throughout the process: from when they would arrive to everything he was doing, to the immediate invoice as soon as the work was completed.

Our kitchen drain pipe was both leaking and broken underneath our house spewing the contents of two sinks and the dishwasher directly into the crawl space. I called 5 Star and Khalil was here within 35 minutes. He was able to immediately fix the broken pipe, which was the major issue, but needed to return the following morning to repair the leak which was significantly more challenging due to accessibility. As promised he returned at the scheduled time and within 90 min removed a cracked fitting and replaced it with new fittings and pipe effectively resolving the problem and avoiding a much more intrusive approach which would have entailed removing flooring in the kitchen to access the pipe from above. Khalil is a very skilled craftsmen who was polite, professional and prompt. Thanks to his abilities we were able to resolve a major problem with our plumbing. The repair was not cheap but I feel in the long run Khalil's experience and skill saved us both time and money by avoiding a much more intrusive approach. I am very pleased with the service and would highly recommend 5 Star Plumbing and Khalil to anyone with plumbing issues whether minor, major or time critical.

Super easy experience with 5 star. I contacted them and got a fair quote on Yelp and scheduled it for a few days later. Victor I think was his name came out and installed a replacement faucet in our sink. Because of how old our sink/house is, the new faucet wasn’t initially totally flush. Because this wasn’t the fault of the plumber and was because of the wonky sink, he could have left it as is or charged more to fix it. Instead he spent an extra 30 minutes making it perfect. I was out of town when a pipe burst in the backyard and the wife had called to as they were the only company that had availability. They couldn't find the water main shutoff valve so they weren't able to fix the pipe. I had never had to shut the water main off so I couldn't direct them over the phone as I wasn't exactly sure were it was. You would think this would be pretty standard for a professional plumber. They walked around the property for about an hour, eventually said they couldn't do anything without shutting the water off and still charged us $149 for the visit. When I got home it took me about 2 minutes to find it in the front yard. What a waste of time and money. I would not recommend using this service

I'm typically a fairly handy person, and I enjoy doing my own repairs. Had a clog in the tub, and I couldn't quite get it through the cross bars of the drain, so I removed it. Wrong move! Turns out that when the previous owner renovated the bathroom, they used the wrong flange, and I couldn't get it to screw back into the pipe! After muddling about in the crawl space, I finally called 5 Star Plumbing, and they were able to come out about an hour later. They were able to replace the part and get everything connected back up in ~30 minutes. I was incredibly impressed with the staff - they were friendly, efficient, and mindful of Covid-19 precautions. But above all, I appreciate that they dealt directly with me, and not my husband (who was also home), because I'm the one who called in and knew what was going on. 5 stars for 5 Star Plumbing!

Amir was amazing. So knowledgeable. He found the problem in less than an hour. The night before i had another company out and they charged me $1034 and didnt fix it. My toilet amd shower were filling with grey water and flooding the house. The city side was backed up. While he was here he told me to call the city to have them come out. The city worker showed up and had no equipment to fix the issue and Amir showed him what to do. They fixed the blockageand also Amir went above and beyound to scop my pipes after cleared of water to insure no more blockage. He found roots in the line showed me proof with video. We had a clog issue arise pretty quickly and was able to make an appointment for later that day. The technician arrived on the earlier side, and got straight to work. It seemed to be a difficult location for the clog, but when it was finally found, it got cleared instantly. We are happy we did decide to go with a professional, since this repair would of been way out of our league AND the technician informed us that our toilet has a slow leak. Thank you for all the help!Update 3 weeks later:Long story short. Do not contact them via their sales@ email regarding any post-visit inquiries or issues. Or respond to any emails from Oleg asking for a review are automated. I had waited three weeks for a response that I had no idea wasn't coming. I updated my review, and dropped the rating, and that alerted a response. 5 star called, having understood the issue from my detailed review update and sent a tech for a call back out to us later that afternoon. It was the same texh, and we had the same level of professional courtesy. As of now, we are informed that the issue is resolved and all should be well and unclogged. Once they are actually aware of any plight, they are very quick to respond and handle.

5 Star came out to do an inspection on a house I am buying. They responded right away and were able to schedule the appointment very quickly, which was great. I had no issue with the job, except that the person on the phone told me the fees for service call and if they needed to scope the pipes (they didn’t), but did not say there was a separate cost for the inspection. When the guy finished the work on site, he told me it was $100 more than expected. On the phone I was told paying in cash meant a discount, so they should have told me all possible costs. Since an inspection was the expressed reason I called them, they should have told me what it cost when I scheduled the job.

I wrote to 5 Star via Yelp after drilling into a water pipe accidentally and received a response almost immediately. The representative arrived first thing the next morning (though they did offer the evening before as an option). After looking at the pipe they quickly advised me it was my fire sprinkler line and recommended that I reach out to an appropriately licensed company. I was not charged.Adam was friendly, knowledgeable, and a good communicator. Peter showed up well within the allotted 2-hr window, assessed the issue, gave me a quote and had my new water heater installed before lunch. We are testing the laundry to ascertain if problem is repaired to our satisfaction. . This is a complex issue. In 18 years our pump on the water drainage system has worked without plugging in and unplugging the pump. These pumps are designed to work or operate when water is present. Why now after 18 years are we given instruction about plugging in and unplugging pump?Also prior to visit last night the sink was full of water from doing laundry. The water had gone into the sink because the pump wasn’t working. I told the plumber that the sink drained onto the floor. How is this possible without a leak somewhere? He did not check for leaks behind the washing machine. Lots of unanswered questions. We’ll wait and see.

I’m always apprehensive when it comes to calling professionals to come out to my house and give me an estimate to repair what’s broken. I took a bit of time to cool down before writing this review because I wanted to make sure I wasn’t writing anything in anger. I would not recommend using 5-star plumbing.I hired them to install a new toilet and a sink and remove the old counterparts. I provided all the parts and let the technician who came over to give the estimate time to look over everything to make sure that everything could be installed. I was quoted a price that while high, was less then other prices that I had been quoted and seemed reasonable. On the day of the installation of the toilet did not have problems but for the sink I was told that they could not install the faucet that bought and asked that in that case that the old faucet that was taken out. I was not told at the time that reinstall the old one would be an extra charge. When the work was finished I was told that my instant water heater that was attached to the sink wasn’t working. I was not given a copy of my bill until I made the payment. After seeing the charges I called to ask for a refund on charges that were not made clear initially. They did give me a partial refund on the cost of reinstalling the old faucet.I ended up having a friend come in install the correct faucet and fix up the cabinet doors which were hung a little crookedly which I didn’t notice at the time. The hot water heater was fine and worked as soon as my friend plugged it. For the price I had to pay I should not have needed to have the work checked over by my friend.Overall, I was left feeling dissatisfied with the work done by 5-star plumbing and felt like like they gave a lower initial estimate and just added extra costs without proper explanation. I would not use them again.

Well I don’t know what to say really. The job was very simple, removing a valve from under my sink , all of 5 minutes if that. One the phone, said it was $180 just to come out, and it would go towards the repair. Then got here and it went to 267.00. Then the plumber said to call the office to ask for a discount. Went down to $220.00. The picture is the new valve, the old one needed a tool I didn’t have, to remove it, but come to find out from the plumber, it’s a very inexpensive tool. I should have YouTubed it, but instead I got took. The plumber was great, but I would never use them again because I know they did me wrong. And their website says free estimates, that’s not true. When I called and questioned them about that they said the free estimate is over the phone. Not telling me that’s not a joke.And if you’re asking, why I still did the job? Well, I was going to be charged $180 no matter what, so I had to do it.

Used 5 star for a sewer lateral inspection and estimate as part of a home purchase - they did the inspection and provided the estimate with a detailed video describing the issues the same day I called! When all was said and done, they did a good job fixing my broken water main line. The price seemed pretty high considering the work involved, but that’s what you have to pay for an emergency service. The response time was rapid! The earliest available was same day and an early afternoon time. Unfortunately I couldn’t be available but I was given an option of available next day time periods. I chose a late early time option and it was accepted. The notification text was sent just before my ETA and Eze arrived on time if not before the ETA.Eze was courteous and polite. My first experience with 5 star plumbing was fantastic my second call was absolutely terrible. I called 5 star for my current leak issue because two years prior the technician, Adam, did an amazing job hearing leak, then finding it underneath how and repairing it efficiently and quickly.That why for a second leak the first company I called was 5-star plumbing. This time when I called 5-star plumbing I got the technician Amir. He was nice but could see that I had a lot of water in my backyard yet failed to even put on boots to attempt to see or hear the area that it was possibly coming from. You could hear the water running/leaking but could not see it. He initially told me upon greeting me at my door that it was drizzling so he could not really do anything. He said, did you check underneath the house? I told him yes I looked but did not see or hear any leaks. I was fine with that answer and left the crawl space entrance which peers underneath the house. I called him back and asked him to look. He seen that there was water underneath but no obvious leaks yet, again, can hear water running directly going into my house but he said since the yard was flooded that it was city and he could not try to find it. He directed me to call leak detectors because his company 5-star plumbing did not have the equipment to diagnose my problem. He said they once American leak detectors found the problem then I could call 5-star plumbing back and they would give me a discount from this service call towards their estimates amount to fix my leak.I called both American leak detectors and American Water Company to come diagnose my leak issue. American water company responded first. When they came out and inspected. They heard the running water, which I as well as anyone can hear, and felt down the pipe to find the issue and found that it was a T-fitting going from PVC to copper that had popped and was leaking. They said that they didn’t understand why the plumber didn’t find the issue and they found it within 7 minutes of being there. They weren’t afraid to put their boots in the water and feel down in the pipe a foot into the ground but it was definitely coming from there.

Contacted 5 Star Plumbing minutes after I discovered our drains were clogged and backing up. Our shower and toilets were backed up and It was ugly, and it smelled, and it was planning to go away. It was 4:30pm on a Friday, and that's like the worst time to call a service provider with the weekend looming... Thankfully Eze showed up within an hour, quickly found the Sewer Access point, and ran a snake under the house that fixed the clog in minutes. He readily answered all my questions, honestly and openly explained the different fees I would be charged for additional services I requested, was very pleasant person. It was Sunday, I was leaving town for a month on Monday. My two sisters were flying in on this day and I woke to clogged plumbing. I called 5 star, they scheduled a appointment for that day around 4:30 pm but when I told them about my sisters coming in and that there would be no bathrooms available, they came at 1:00 pm instead. Service was superior. Price was very reasonable especially for a Sunday. Would highly recommend their services.

We were selling our house and needed fast service with high quality at a reasonable price. Adam came out and fixed the original leak then checked all house plumbing and identified a second leak. He fixed everything under the house in less than 2 hours and we are back in escrow.He was extremely fast, very professional, explained everything and I couldn't be more pleased with his and 5 Star's performance. Had to pay a $169.00 service fee for a very nice young guy to come out who was not a journeyman plumber (maybe an apprentice) to give me a quote after talking to his office for 30 mins to figure out how to do the job. Also 5 star was the most expensive bid by about 40%. Not a good use of my money to have a helper give me a high bid. No offense, I hope. I would prefer to see a service man who knows his trade much better especially when being charged so much for a bid. Also the other 2 bids I received where from highly skilled plumbers who knew exactly what to do and gave me a price on the spot at no charge. I will not be using 5 Star plumbing for any bids or work in the future.

This is our second time using 5 Star. They’re awesome! Today Adam came to assess our water leak in our garage and found that it was a drainage issue from the unit upstairs. We live in a condo complex so we have to find out what neighbor it is before it can be fixed, but Adam was very thorough in finding the problem and even talked to our property management to figure out our next steps in resolving the issue. Our last time using 5 Star had to do with our water heater. Peter came and just turned off the switch and turned it back on and it started working again. The plumbing service before that said we needed a whole new unit with an estimate of over $6k. He didn’t even touch it! Good thing we got a second opinion with 5 Star and now they’ll always be our first go to plumber.

I am very pleased with 5 Star Plumbing. I was able to get appointments quickly and easily. The plumber arrived promptly and I even got a text to let me know he was on his way to my home. The work was done efficiently and was better than expected. The plumber was quite helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was happy to answer my questions and give me advice on a somewhat complicated job. I thought the prices were quite reasonable for the work performed. Excellent experience.

We had our main line burst, right outside the box that the city owns (of course). We tried to call a plumber after digging everything up, finding the leak, but then realized we didn’t know what we were doing. We got a quote from a competitor that was grossly over what was needed so my husband and I tried to fix ourselves, again. We still had no idea what we were doing so called 5-star just to see what they would charge. Their quote was so much less than what the competitor wanted! And they were quick and gave us a warranty. Our plumber was Eze and we could not be happier with his professionalism and skill. We HIGHLY recommend 5-star plumbing!!!!

I purchased a bidet toilet and needed to have it installed. During my quest to gather estimates for the job every company wanted to schedule an appointment. Which I figured would customarily be the case. However, when I called 5 star plumbing the customer service representative asked what type of project it would be and after explaining he politely placed me on hold and to my utter amazement not only gave me a quote that was unbelievably satisfying but also stated he could have it installed the same day I made the call. I accepted, and less than two hours later Khalil was ringing my doorbell and ready to get to work. I have to say Khalil went above and beyond what I expected. He ran into a problem with the installation, no fault of his own as the toilet required a different set up than the previous one, but he came up with a brilliant idea and low and behold it worked!! I am very pleased with the company and Khalil rocks! If you're looking for great service and for someone who takes pride in his work be sure to ask for Khalil, you won't be disappointed...

A professional and thorough job. The employees all worked hard to do the job well and were very good about keeping the house tidy as they worked. We had a big job (whole house repipe and replumb, with water heater replacement) and they were very accommodating throughout the process. It really seemed like they wanted to do quality work. I contacted 5-Star Plumbing after hours for a slow water heater leak coming from the top of the tank. I received a call back later that evening and scheduled an appointment for the following morning. Since our water heater is over 12 yrs old, I assumed it needed to be replaced so when the technician (Adam) recommended replacing the corroded pipe fittings rather than replacing the entire water heater, I was pleasantly surprised. After making the necessary repairs, Adam performed a thorough leak check and then proceeded to flush the water tank. Adam recommended performing this preventative maintenance annually and took the time to walk me through the entire procedure (step-by-step). I highly recommend 5-Star Plumbing and commend Adam for his honesty, professionalism and proficiency and for wearing a face mask at all times.

Technician was nice, responsive and on-time. No issues with that. Shower had a three valve shower system and he said 5-Star Plumbing doesn’t repair/work on those valves due to “liability”…??? I found that strange as the diagnosis was the hot water valve simply was leaking and needed new valve seat. He said the fix only works 50% of the time so they don’t repair those. So…for a company that specializes in plumbing, I was left to either fend for myself or seek help elsewhere. Since this is a very common issue I would think any reputable plumbing business could take this on! But, like I said, they guy was very nice and on-time.

My water heater went out yesterday and I called this company since they had a great rating on google. Adam was the representative that came to my house and he was very knowledgeable about the water heater and was able to help me get the problem fixed. I called 5 Star Plumbing after an incompetent plumber from a different plumbing company (Armstr@ng) completely and utterly FAILED at making a simple repair. Khalil came out and handled the issue like a real professional. Got the emergency situation under control, stopped the leak, and got normal plumbing operations resumed for our customer. Victor came by promptly in the service window, ended up having to stay longer than expected, and he got the jobs done excellently!! I really appreciated that he got everything done in one visit. He had no problem running out to the store to get one more part because the plumbing in my house is kinda old. I had a slow draining sink, the toilet was acting up, and I had him replace the shower handle/mechanisms. Overall fantastic job. I appreciated his explanations, so I could understand what was going on while he was fixing it. I'm not versed in standard prices for plumbers, but it was in the range I was expecting. I definitely recommend them and will call again if I need more plumbing work done. Thank you so much for the wonderful work!! :)

I had a little panic issue with water not coming inside the house. Fivestar took the call at 8:30 pm and said the technician will be at home 10 pm. And he came 9:45. He checked stuff with professionalism and managed to fix without extra charge. I paid with cash to save 3%. All good.

Eze is THE BEST plumber I’ve ever had. He’s super friendly, kind, funny, and extremely professional. He fixed our drain in a short period of time which we could’t fix for days. We are currently renting this place, but when we move to our own house, we’ll definitely have him again

Sadly I had an emergency but 5 star was quick to respond. Promised to be there that night but it got too late so we rescheduled the following morning. They were in time and told me costs associated. It was an emergency so cost was not my worry. They showed up and couldn’t unclog my sewer line bec their snake was too short. Still charged me $170 for not completing job then quoted another $650 to come back later to finish. I found someone with the right tools and they charged me $180. They were in and out in 20 minutes. I recommend you call around. 5 Star was super expensive and couldn’t fix the first time.

This was the best experience I could have asked for. My appointment was set over the phone for the same day service to unclog my kitchen sink. Plumber, Peter, called and was able to arrive 1 hour early. Peter was professional, thorough and efficient. He even helped to educate us on some other plumbing items in our kitchen. We had a leak in our water supply line for our ice maker. We received same day service and the technician Eze was very thorough and professional. He wore booties in the house and cleaned up everything when he was done. We are very happy with the job.
