Over the years I have hired many plumbing companies, to say I am impressed with this small business is an understatement. Russell and his colleague were professional, on time, knowledgeable and super friendly. I hired them to hydro-jet my kitchen pipes and their service was impeccable. In addition to their great service, they went the extra mile and beyond to address all my concerns and needs, they checked all the pipes for my duplex and gave me an honest opinion. After getting quoted $25k by another plumber to fix what we assumed was a clog, we had Sac Sewer and Drain come by to give us a quote. Tyler took so much time explaining to us the issues, and reassured us that the other company was trying to take advantage of us. We ended up needing about $3k of work done. Everyone was professional, kind, and hardworking. We will definitely use them in the future.

We had a 26 year old water heater that was on it's last leg. We contacted Sacramento Sewer & Drain and Russell came out to do a free estimate. We had about 5 different estimates and SS&D had the best price by far. We set up the appointment and Armando came out to do the installation. He did a fantastic job! There was some custom piping that needed done and it got done all within a 3.5 hour span. We will most definitely be using them again!

Russell is a great plumber! I've kown him for years and seen him learn everything he could about plumbing and now he's out on his own. He's reliable, honest and will take care of your plumbing like it was his own. Very affordable and shows up on time.

Armando and his crew were the best. Armando came out the day after I called to scope the sewer line, and he and his crew were here to fix the issues the day after that. They even found a fracture in a piece of ABS pipe that wasn't part of the original estimate and replaced that. I would highly recommend Armando for any plumbing issues that arise.

He even offered to go to Home Depot to pick up the toilet for us! His rates were reasonable and he cleaned up everything when he was done. I will definitely use him in the future.

I had a leaky Sprinkler Control system near the shutoff valve that needed repair. The previous landscaper did a horrible job (Now I know) where he used the wrong PVC and shutoff valve and also used taping that now I know covered shoddy work. I called Sacramento Sewer & Drain and Tyler answered. After explaining the issue, he asked to send a picture of the issue and my address. He said he could make it over in a few hours (which was really a nice surprise). Once Tyler came over, he explained the reason for the leaking, gave me a very fair price to fix and then headed over to the local hardware store to get the parts. Within 20 minutes he was back and within 1 hr he fixed the leak. Can't tell you how pleased I was at Tyler's professionalism, expertise and easy going manner. While the glue on the fixed pvc piping was drying, I showed him the kitchen water filter as I never exchanged it in over 1 year. He explained how to shut off the water valve, and take out the 4 water filters to be replaced. He offered to come back if I still had trouble exchanging the water filter underneath our kitchen sink. I would highly recommend Sacramento Sewer & Drain for any of your sewer, water repairs. True professional and always looking out for his customers. They are a small business with Russell as well. Both gentlemen are top notch. In fact I have a rental property in Sacramento where we need sewer and Drain repairs and I received one quote that was astronomical. I will let Tyler take a look and see what price point he has. Can't say enough about this company. Old School customer service that treat their customers fairly with a long-term customer loyalty approach without gouging the customer.

Russell came out quickly when we had a kitchen drain issue. He assessed the problem and scheduled a time to return to do the work since it ended up being a pretty big job, he had to do all the work under the house. We were impressed with his professionalism and timely service, we would definitely recommend him.

Armando was able to locate the sewer clean out line which had been buried under a concrete slab housing pool equipment. He gave us all the answers we needed quickly. Great Service!!

Russell provided us a specific recommendation for a replacement toilet (reasonably priced), was communicative throughout the process, showed up on time and ready to work, and had the new toilet installed quickly, cleanly, and with no hassle.
