The technician fixed the bathroom sink drainage problem in less than 1 hour. In and Out it was done. The repair expense was far more reasonable compared to other quotes given to make a home service call. I will not hesitate to call them for future home plumbing service problems and/or recommend them to friends who need help with their plumbing repair.

We highly recommend this company. Cecilio came out the same day we called and it was during the holidays. We had to replace a leaking tub shower combo. He quoted a reasonable price. The work was completed in a timely manner and Jose was wonderful to work with. They also fitted in replacing a faucet in another bathroom while here. We will be calling them for all of our future plumbing needs.

My water heater broke, I called newwrx and Jason was out that day and got it swapped out, very fair price and the work was excellent! Will definitely call newwrx in the future for all my plumbing needs.

This company is a Navien water heater specialist as I was having issues with mine after 10 months of installation. They did not install my water heater but I needed a Navien specialist to diagnose it.
I paid them 160 for them to come out for 20 minutes to tell me it was my condensate line, which seemed kinda weird to me as there was no signs of it backed up.

But the machine decided to work when he disconnected the condensate line and didn't even bother getting on Navien tech support.

The heater goes out again 2 days later and I needed them to come back. Once again he tells me it's the condensate line and tells navien I didn't have any fall on the neutralizer.

None if this made sense to me since I delivered 90 new homes with the same set up with no issues.(I'm a construction manager)

Long story short, I had to call Navien tech myself to ask 2 series of questions to figure out I had a internal leak on the heat exchanger and newwrx told me since they didn't install it they did not want to touch it, unless I buy a new one from them.

I ended up going with Clark and rush as their tech knew the issue and got the part warranty.

If you want a navien tankless or need a specialist stay away from this company their tech probably needs more training.

Only thing good about them is their scheduling on showing up at the time alloted.

Awesome set of guys who helped me when one of my pipes burst. They were out there the next day to fix it and I was able to shower that night.

Jason, the gentleman who came out and diagnosed and repaired my water leak, was a real pleasure to work with. He explained what the problem was and gave me several options to choose from on how I wanted to proceed with the repair. He didn't try to upsell me and explained the cost of each of the repair procedures.

We first used Cecilio Duran of NewWRX plumbing 4 years ago when our 2 bathrooms were renovated. We were able to have him back to finish the kitchen and laundry room infrastructure today replacing all drain and sewer lines under the house, as well as the fresh water supply lines and valves. Updating our 1954 Land Park home with quality workmanship is very important to us. We have referred Cecilio’s company to friends and coworkers that have also had work done and have been very pleased. NewWRX Plumbing and their General Manager, Cecilio Duran, is a winning combination. Our garbage disposal started having issues last week. I called newwrx plumbing on Monday and they arrived on Tuesday, December 31, 2019 – New Years Eve. They were professional, on-time and quickly resolved the issue by replacing a 15yr old garbage disposal. Celio is fantastic and professional to work with. We had an issue that took sometime to resolve he stuck with it until it was resolved with Kohler. Highly recommend this company and Celio for sure.

This is the best plumbing service we have ever received! We highly recommend to everyone :) Our water heater went out and they came and repaired it so quickly, then stayed to give us some input on other plumbing issues we will need to fix in the future. We will be calling them again!
