Excellent service. I used their service 3 times over the span of 7 years and they are spot-on in finding leaks. They found my impossible leak finds from a hairline crack within cement pool wall 3 feet under ground to pipes running under my 25 year old tree. All of the guys who came by were great and professional. I would highly recommend them.

Bullseye Leak Protection really saved us! We had a pipe burst during the Christmas holiday season. It was very hard to get a plumber to come out to the house. The ones who we did find were charging us an arm and a leg to make the repair. One even suggested that we replumb the entire house! But Bullseye found the leak and figured out the least disruptive way to fix it. They kept telling us that their goal is to make it seem like the leak never happened and they were never there. And they succeeded! The plumber Jesse and his helper Max and Marina in the office were all fantastic, respectful, efficient, and professional. And most of all they were so nice to my mom -- which of course is bonus points!

They missed two large tears that were caused by the ladder. This seemed like a very obvious spot to look but they failed to check behind either ladder. I found the tears myself and when I asked them to come back out and patch the tears (I had already paid for the service), I was told they would have to check with the manager. No one called me back, so I called again a few days later and they set an appointment. About 45 min before my appointment time, I received a call letting me know that they had run out of glue for the patch and they would call me the following week to reschedule when they got more glue in. Again I did not receive a call and when I called back a week later, I was told they still did not have glue. I have a difficult time understanding how they continue business elsewhere when they don't have glue. Needless to say, I had to hire someone else to do the fix and therefore paid twice for the same service. I understand everyone misses something every once in a while but I anticipate people will make it right expediently when I have paid for a service that was not completed properly.

Carlos was extremely considerate of our dogs needs. Carlos came out to replace our skimmer. He had to use a jackhammer to break up the concrete. He cleaned up everything. After he left the 1st day, he set up a barricade around the area in which he was working, so the dogs couldn't get to the hole. He also closed both gates. :)

Was desperate for someone to find my pool leak ASAP and they were able to get here fast. Adrian detected the leaks immediately and was able to repair temporarily until we do a permanent fix. Professional, on time, friendly. *Update 9/30/2021.... permanent fix was done at skimmers a couple weeks ago by Donald. Pool still leaking. 😫 Daniel came out to dive the pool. Found the third leak at the bottom of the pool. He was very thorough and ensured the other leaks are sealed. Daniel is extremely knowledgeable and would recommend for sure! Now we need to drain the pool and fix the leaks. 🤑☹️

I was extremely impressed with Allen’s Leak detection and customer service skills. Not only did Allan find our leak within a half an hour, he also worked with his team to field an impromptu inquiry I had regarding a non-op fire suppression gauge which he coordinated an additional estimate to repair. I was equally impressed with Jeff’s repair and customer service skills. Jeff did an excellent irrigation leak repair as well as an excellent gauge, piping, and valve replacement on our fire repression system. Adrian did a great job. He was punctual and thorough in his diagnosis of our serious leak problem located at the main drain of our 50+ year old pool. Since it was at the bottom of the pool, he even had to scuba dive in order to repair/patch the problem. He also reattached our underwater pool light which had come loose over the years.
Due to the severity of the damage at the main drain, he had to recommend further repairs by a specialty pool repair outfit.
Adrian has a friendly disposition and was terrific at explaining what he was doing, how he was testing the integrity of the pipes (with compressed air), and helping me understand my pool — it’s problems and which of those problems were critical to repair and which ones weren’t.
I was very pleased overall and I would highly recommend Adrian and Bullseye Leak Detection.

We called Bullseye because we were concerned about a 'water drip' sound we had within our bathroom wall. The tech who responded, Adrian, came to the house on time and professionally dressed. He listened to our description of what we thought we were hearing and we tried to recreate the sound for him.

Adrian thought he had a pretty good idea of what we were actually experiecing, but reassured us by doing thermal image testing of the walls and by doing a thorough pressure test of the pipes of our house.
Adrian was able to assure us though both tests that we were not experiencing a leak, but hearing a thermal expansion and contraction of the pipe moving against the stud of the wall.

After the tests we were able to recreate the sound and Adrian absolutely confirmed that we were experiencing this phenomenon.

This thoroughness gave us complete peace of mind to know that we were not potentially missing something that would lead to a much more expensive repair job in the future.

We chose Bullseye on the recommendation of our friends who are using them for a complete pipe replacement in their house. They were so satisfied with the work Bullseye did that they encouraged us to give them a try also.

Bullseye Leak Detection was recommended by a local plumber we trust. Their response was quick and helped us locate a break in our drain line. I was able to repair the broken pipe. After a heavy water-use day, however, water again began to pool in the basement. Bullseye returned and completed a more comprehensive scan of the full drain line. Additional breaks were identified and a trenchless repair plan was recommend to protect the hardscaping. We were not charged for the second visit, and Daniel estimated the length and depth of the necessary repair so that we would have reliable information when seeking a estimate for the fix. Daniel clearly knew what he was speaking about, ruled out some concerns,
communicated clearly, and was friendly to work with. I would gladly recommend Bullseye to a friend in need.

They found a leak that the construction company could not locate. So if not for them we might have sealed up wall with an active slow leak.

Incredible! I was initially surprised at how expensive it would be, to have someone just have a look at the pool to find the leak, but then began to understand the magnitude of how complex the job could be.

I highly recommend Bullseye for their water leak detection service. I had water infiltration at multiple locations in my home caused by a recent storm and received an appointment from Rian right away after my AAA agent contacted the company. Aaron showed up the next day and was very thorough, efficient, and professional. It was not a simple task to simulate a “storm” to detect the source of the water leak while avoiding damage to the water infiltration areas with the power spray, but Aaron was very cautious and patient and spent numerous hours trying to find the source of each leak while explaining to me the potential root cause. Even though Aaron had a long drive back to Woodland and was hitting rush hour traffic, he did not rush through his job at all. Thank you Aaron and Bullseye for your outstanding service!

Bullseye Leak Detection was referred to me from Clean Pool Pros. I had a broken water line to a sconce and this line was connected to a sheer decent waterfall behind my pool. Donald repaired the water line leading to the sconce and later, we discovered a leak coming from waterline connected to waterfall. Donald excavated and exposed the pipe and due to the late hour, Jesse came out the following day to complete the job. I highly recommend this company. I met the owner Daniel, who made a special trip to our house to speak with me about ensuring I was happy with their work. Donald and Jesse are excellent technicians and they have exceptional training to diagnose and repair water leaks and plumbing issues.

My husband is an insurance adjuster and he uses leak detection companies frequently. Many times he heard good things about Bullseye and had referred them to customers but we never needed a leak detection company ourselves. Well this year we did! We have an older pool and lots of trees, we suspected these trees had done their damage to our water lines underground. We knew we had a problem but where do you start when your water dramatically starts leaking out of your pool? We called Bullseye, it was not easy task and they came out several times, but they have a specialized way of tracking leaks and can detect them within feet. I am grateful for this because it minimizes the cement that had to be pulled up in order to fix the leak. Not only did they fix the leak they found a few smaller leaks and just fixed them for us at no charge. We will be a loyal customer that is for sure!

He was professional, courteous, clearly knew his stuff. He did a full inspection and made minor repairs on the spot. He patiently explained all of the things I never knew about my salt water pool, and offered tips for making my life easier. As promised, I got a full written report the next business day.

Adrian from Bullseye Leak Detection came out to troubleshoot for our pool leak problem, and after a very thorough inspection, found a leak issue at the bottom of the pool, and as well found a problem with our spa light wiring not being connected correctly when our pool was refinished last year. My swimming pool was losing water despite the rain storms. Steven came out to perform a thorough leak detection and Marcus followed up with repairs. Both were very professional and helpful with explaining everything that was happening. The company estimates and paperwork were well done and reasonable. They seem very organized and responsive, and have an amazing website. I definitely recommend them for leak detection and plumbing work.

I had an amazing experience with this company. After the leak was discovered, they sent out Trevor and Donald to perform the repairs. They arrived on time, explained exactly what they were going to do and did everything exactly the way they said it would be done! The repairs were flawless and they completed the job on time and cleaned up the entire work area! When they left, Trevor stated that the fill area was a little low and that he would be back the next day with some extra gravel to fill in the repair site. And he did! Allen was right on time 9:00 and kept on working until 2:00. He didn’t even take a lunch break. We found the leak on the 2 nd hole we cut in ceiling. The leak turned out to be the copper water manifold and was replaced with an upgraded pvc model. He even picked up the drywall and all the mess he made. 5 stars no I’ll give you guys a 10 star. Steven, our technician, was very helpful in determining the source of two window and door water intrusion leaks. He was professional and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Bullseye leak detection service, in particular Steven.

Used Bullseye to locate a suspected leak, they located an under slab leak as well as a cracked valve on a tub/shower. They set up a tentative repair date immediately and we utilized that place holder and the repair was completed 8 days after the detection. Everyone was professional, thorough and neat. I was very impressed at how thorough they were to test out the rest of the plumbing and how methodical they were in the process. Hopefully we will not need to use their services in the future, but should the need arise, they will be our first call.

Had this company come today to do a leak inspection on my in ground pool. The technician, Allen, was very knowledgeable and professional with his work. Did a extremely thorough job including having to get in a wetsuit and dive the pool for further detection. Found 2 leaks that turned out to be a much less expensive repair than I thought it would be. Allen gave me a very thorough explanation of the nature of the leaks and a very fair estimate to repair them.
They cost me roughly half of what other detection services in the bay area wanted. I would highly recommend this company!

Dan was our highly professional and skilled technician who resolved our leak issue. Our somewhat new and cracked auto fill was set higher than the pool drain and continuously filling the pool at 1-6 gallons per hour. The city of Davis alerted us of constant leak and was able to isolate that it was coming from the outside versus inside the house; toilet, faucet, etc. Dan was able to repair the crack, adjust the auto fill bulb to the correct height and recommend how to replace the auto fill piece. Dan was incredibly thorough despite the leak being a minor issue. Not to mention, he was so sweet and patient to my son and his friend who were swimming outside the entire time. We haven’t had any problems and the landscape is drying out around the pool.

I want to mention that Bullseye was my second call
after calling a different leak detection company. The first company had a receptionist who quickly asserted that finding a 1 gallon per hour leak is nearly impossible. The person who took my initial call at Bullseye was courteous, patient, helpful and very informative. The process from start to finish was smooth, professional and efficient.

Used to find a mystery leak in house wall that let's winter rains pour in. Turns out it was in 2 upstairs windows with bad flashing. Both had been retrofitted but those installers did not repair flashing. Good value.

I've had a relatively small water leak for a couple of months now (~5-6 gallons/hr) that I had determined to be somewhere on my property other than inside my house. It had become an obsession to find this leak, but with my methods, I just couldn't find it. So, along comes my hero Technician today from Bullseye and he finds it in 30 minutes thanks to his expertise and their fancy high tech methods and instruments. FWIW, the leak was in my water main, but in an obscure area where it branched off to feed some irrigation valves. I would've never found it on my own, so thank you, thank you Bullseye...

Evan spent two full days at my house working on the leak and subsequent removal and replacement of my pool skimmer. He was the hardest worker I have ever seen. He rarely took breaks and every time I went out to see if he needed anything he was busy fixing the problem. He did excellent work and I would request him in the future if any pool or leak repair was needed.

Steve was very thorough and a nice guy. He took his time investigating and was helpful in explaining his findings. It turns out we do not have a current leak, but he had some suggestions for prevention as well. Checked water pressure outside, checked for moisture in walls and carpets. Not inexpensive, but he was knowledgeable and gave me peace of mind that the stains on our carpet are from and old problem and not from an ongoing leak. Would recommend!

My experience with Bullseye was outstanding. Dan was absolutely methodical about seeking out the leaks in my pool. He listened to my concerns, and he kept me informed about his findings at every step of the way. He found and sealed leaks in my skimmer and in the tile grout lines in my spa, and also told me the cause of air in the vacuum line and the simple and inexpensive fix it needs to prevent that. (O rings in the valve). I couldn’t possibly be happier with my experience. It was money well spent.

We were losing water from our pool. We needed a leak detection service. I had called another detection service in Eldorado Hills. They couldn’t do a service call for three weeks and at twice the price of Bullseye. Bullseye was able to schedule an appointment within 3 days. Mr. Scott, the technician, was on time and went through a thorough testing. He was able to resolve our problem. I will recommend Bullseye to family and friends.

As I have not dealt with the actual financial aspects of the business yet, I can only relay what I do know to date. And that is, especially comparison with a local Roto- rueters, the clearly win by several noses for detecting and locating the leak within several minutes. With nearly 30 years job experience, there is nary a question he cannot answer. So besides downright delicious to look at, an accent that will downright ymelt you, armed with his arsenal of knowledge, professionalism, and utter politeness, you find yourself wishing you could keep him around a bit longer. As a fairly frequent commercial and two time residential customer the service has become hasty in the field, and difficult to consult with knowledgeable personal.

I was referred to Bullseye Leak Detection by by Rustic Pools because my inground vinyl lined pool seemed to be losing excessive amounts of water. Rustic Pools was unable to help as they have in the past due equipment repair issues. So I called Bullseye Monday and apoke to Dana, she made an appointment for the next day! Steven, their technician was at my home on time with everything he needed to find out why the pool was losing water. Steven got out his fancy equipment, found the leak (in 8ft deep end)got on his Dry Suit, got in the water and patched the hole!
Steven was very professional, confident and extremely patient while answering all my questions. Bottom line I'm very impressed with Steven and Bullseye, Steven explained how his company operates and because of that I'm writing this review.

I scheduled with Bullseye to check for a leak in my house. Not knowing what to expect on the day of the inspection, the Bullseye technician, Adrian came bright and early. Adrian was very thorough, patience, respectful and very professional conducting the inspection & detection. He took his time to test for water leaks in all our bathrooms, garage and under the kitchen sink; he answered our questions, practiced social distancing and mask wearing. Thankfully, no leak was detected. I will recommend Adrian to any customer looking for water leak detection anytime. Bullseye price was a bit high, but Adrian went above and beyond to check various areas in the house. So I am very pleased with his professionalism and I will recommend Bullseye services to anyone, but most importantly, Bullseye technician, Adrian is highly recommended!

Daniel from Bullseye Leak Detection came out today to assess plumbing issues at my home. Two months earlier, CSAA had sent out a competitor American Leak Detection to do an initial assessment. From a comparison, I find Bullseye to be so much more thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. American Leak's report was indeterminate. ALD did not go under the house to do a visual inspection. Daniel on the other hand was very thorough, took pictures, and explained his theories of suspected leak origins/causes/evidence. American Leak's person only did an initial mechanical testing of the water lines and left promptly. If you want testing to be done right and thoroughly and if you are using CSAA, especially, insist on BULLSEYE! This will save time and energy rather than dealing with incompetence and headaches from American Leak's rather useless initial assessment which was indeterminate as to water source leaks. Now after Bullseye's visit I am more confident that assessment has been done properly. And with this I am able to make informed reasonable decisions about my home. Thank you Daniel.

We have had a leak in our pool for a couple years. We had American Leak Detection over last year (cost $1000 for them to show up) and they did nothing after 3 call backs. I was referred to Bullseye and was very impressed by there thorough diagnostics, professionalism, and work. The cost of repair was reasonable and my pool is fixed. Highly recommend this company.

They came out to do leak detection. They found it. Then could not come out for like another week and half because it was bigger than they quoted us. Then when they came out they did not patch all the dry wall even though they told my wife it was covered. Then our kitchen sink did not have good flow of water. It is very weak. When we called them the next day they said rheh would send someone out and they never showed. Then we called again the next day. Same thing we will send someone out. Again they cancelled. Now we have to go through the weekend basically without water in our kitchen. They Claim they will come out now Monday but we will wait and see. Do not contract with them once they get your money you are not a priority for them

This company is A+ and I give them 10 stars if I could. Steven was at my home and did a leak detection on my cement slab. Where he discovered I had a leak in a water pipe under the cement slab. 🙁 I scheduled an appointment with Marina, who’s their repair coordinator. Marina was very helpful.
Today Jeff and Marcus came over and WENT TO WORK. After a couple hours Jessie (aka Turbo is what Jeff calls him) showed up and worked with Jeff and Marcus on my PROBLEM. Instead of Jack hammering my floors to repair the leak in the slab it was decided to go through my wall and cut the water pipe that was coming up through the floor. Therefore I would never have the same water issue in the future. Then they rerouted my water pipe through the wall and down the wall to my sink. All in all, I have hot water again!! 😀 The guys worked excellent together. They were clean and extremely professional and KNOW WHAT THEY’RE DOING. I’am SO glad I read Bullseye’s reviews before I contacted them. I would recommend this company 100%. When Jeff and Marcus first showed up they said “we will find the problem, and fix it”. And they did. Thank you Bullseye!!

I'm really confused by this company and I'm reporting them to my insurance company. The owner quoted the work at $6800, when the workers arrived they said they only had to replace 15ft instead of the 25ft quoted to my insurance company. They also didn't remove part of our cement porch or our cement sidewalk, or the lawn down to the street...all of which was part of their quote to my insurance company. It's been 2 weeks since the work has been done and they offered an $800 discount from the work they didn't do. We asked for an itemized list of the charges like the other companies sent us, they said they don't do itemized lists explaining charges, even though the email they sent me said I'llreceivethe itemized list AFTER I pay. We asked to speak to the guy who did the original quote and they said he no longer works there. We asked to talk to a manager and before transferring me the lady on the phone said that they are reporting us to collections, 2 weeks after the work has been done, because we've asked for itemized list of what we're being charged for when less than half the work has been done. I'm reporting this company to my home owners insurance for fraud with the pictures and videos to show that the work quoted has not been done yet we're still being charged almost the same amount.

Bullseye Identified the site of my leak efficiently. They then provided a complete repair and explained it to me very well. It was a very fair cost. Jessie and Carlos did a great job. I would highly recommend Bullseye and its employees for anyone with a pool leak.

I had a leak in the skimmer of my pool which required replacement. Trevor came out to do the estimate and was punctual and extremely professional. He temporarily patched my skimmer to buy some time before the repairs could be done. Carlos came out a month later to fix everything and was awesome. This guy was so nice and respectful and just handled his business like a professional should. Trevor and Carlos just showed up and went to work; No issues, no problems. Ultimately, I hope to never need their service again, but if I do, they are getting a call. These guys are a great representation of this company and I would recommend them to everyone I know.

Our pool pump was taking longer than usual to prime and water seemed to drain every week. After calling three different companies, Bullseye had some of the best pricing plus good reliable feedback. The guys, showed up on time, were professional, and had great communication skills. They performed various tests in all the pool system and structure. I was happy to know that the system did not leak and it was just a loose pipe fitting! They tighten the fitting for me and confirmed that everything else with the pool was in good working order. It's really a peace of mind since a pool leak not only causes water to waste but can also affect the soils around the foundation or other serious issues. Happy with my investment.
