I called Mitch this morning and told him we were having problems with out indoor Noritz tankless hot water heater (continually throwing an error 16 after I descaled it multiple times). He fit us into his schedule this SAME DAY and just left after conducting a full service on our unit. He was incredibly thorough and incredibly knowledgeable. He showed me that our gas pressure was improperly calibrated for our unit and he fixed that. He cleaned several filters and also did a descale using an industrial descaler. He was in and out in under and hour and super nice and fun to be with. This man knows his hot water heaters!

I highly recommend this service. When I lost hot water, the burner assembly in my water heater had to be replaced. Right Guys Plumbing was one of three companies recommended by the manufacturer. I called and spoke directly to Mitch who gave me an exact (and reasonable) quote over the phone, and said he could do the repair that afternoon. He showed up on time, was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Excellent job!

the job, he gave a lot of important information about tankless water
heaters to us. His workmanship is impeccable, neat and very precise!

Mitch is incredible! He replaced our 42 year old, rooftop, solar water heater with a tankless water heater. It required all new gas plumbing from the gas meter to the opposite side of the house. He was knowledgeable, always on time, answered any questions we had, left everything tidy at the end of the day and went above and beyond replacing a couple of things like a faucet nob that he didn’t even need to do. We greatly appreciated working with such an honest and hardworking contractor. I highly recommend him.

Mitch got back to me quickly about repairing a tankless water heater. He gave me different options for different price points. Had a leaking water heater and was looking fot a plumber. I found Right Guys and they were right fit for me. Technician came to my house and give me reasonable quote. Next day he came back and installed me new Rinnai tankless hot water heater outside. No more mess inside and now I have endless hot water!

Mitch is the best plumber I have ever used. He is VERY knowledgeable of water heaters, and very likely other plumbing areas, and he was responsive and quick to diagnose, fix, and inspect the heater overall. He inspected the overall safely of the unit and fixed some issues with it that I thought were permanent/ side effects of a normal heater. He was very honest and has good morals on how he operates his business to give the best experience and service possible. My heater is now running smoother and quieter than before. Extremely happy with Mitch and his customer service, I highly recommend him. Our 13 year old Nortiz tank less hot water heater started moaning loudly and would shut off in mid shower. I called another company that specializes in tank less the when the technician showed up at the house he didn’t even open it up to look at it, he told me that they don’t make this model anymore and he couldn’t even get parts and recommended we get a new one installed at a price of around $3000. When I called Mitch I gave him the model number and explained the problem. He said he was familiar with this model and they still make parts for it and most likely just needed a proper cleaning and servicing. He was able to come over with that day and it took him 90 minutes to clean and service it. Problem solved charge was $175. Thankyou Mitch

I called Mitch at Right Guys at 1:00pm on a Wednesday to inquire on the cost to have him come assess an issue we've been having with our shower. Not only did Mitch charge NO fee to walk in the door like many other 916 plumbers, but he arrived at 3:00pm on the same day and fixed our issue in under an hour for a fantastic price.

Mitch was great. Very knowlegable about my tankless water heater and saved me money . I was going to replace two heaters but he convinced me he could fix one. The other was discontinued and parts were not available. I had two other bids and they said nothing about fixing the one water heater

Another company came out and said the computer in my tankless was just about fried and was no longer manufactured. They suggested replacing the entire unit to the tune of almost $4000. I manage few apartment complexes and one of the boilers had failed. Went on Laars boilers website and found couple of certified companies in Sacramento area. First one that answered the phone didn't sound very promising,so I skip on them. Then I called The Right Guys Plumbing and they really were The Right choice. We have scheduled an appointment, technician showed up on time, took him half an hour or so to troubleshoot it. He found that some part had failed and had to be replaced. He had it in stock, and shortly after the boiler was back on. I'm so thankful that they save the day. Really recommend them for your boiler repair needs.

Our Noritz water heater was not working. Went to the Noritz website to look for a licensed technician. Sent a request to The Right Guys Plumbing that evening. Momchil responded within the next hour and scheduled for a visit the next day. He showed up on time and did some cleaning to see if that would fix the issue. However, he noticed the control panel was not working properly. Luckily he had an extra item in stock and was able to replace the control panel and configure it to work. In addition, he installed a surge protector to prevent a burn-out from happening in the future. Overall, he was professional, communicative, and just awesome! We got a water heater working again. Beyond the right choice. Honest, honorable, respectful, clean, accurate, and caring. I chose this company after getting many quotes. He was the most honest quote. I had contractors who took their work as a burden and not my safety first. They didn't want to put the work in to do it right and safe because it would require climbing under the house. We had companies try to quote us for the same work but added on extra fees for what needed to be done. Mitch even pulled our permits and added extra luxuries for us. He went above and beyond and was so considerate of our schedules and needs. My other half was so happy we went with him that they wouldn't stop talking about what a great contractor he is. We will always use him in the future.

Water heater is rarely going down. But, if it is down, it is hard to find an honest person to repair it for you. Most of the time, the license plumper tries to talk you into replacement the water heater. Not with Right Guys Plumbing, especially, with Mitch.
We had problem with the water heater at one of our rental in Elk Grove. There is no hot water at the house. Tenant put a lot of pressure on landlord to fix it. I called and talked to Mitch. Despite of his busy schedule, Mitch did his best to stop by the house to inspect it. He knew what the problems are and fixed it for us in the same day. Not only he did an excellent job in fixing it. He also took the time to explain to me what was wrong. He also helped us to make sure the water heater is up to code: the unit needs to sit on combustible subsurface (plywood, wood, or plastic drip pan). Absolutely, it can’t be placed on metal stand, metal drip plan, drywall or covered stand).
Overall, our experience with Mitch service is perfect. I strongly recommend Right Guys Plumbing.

Our rental house in Sacramento has a tankles hot water heater. After some google and yelp research, i found The Right Guys Plumbing . Thry have great reputation and i see why. They respond quick and were able to fit me in the schedule for next day. They called me from the house and explained me what need to be done ,in order to get the tankless water heater back live. Unit was under parts warranty and they had them in stock. Reasonable service call fee and proffecional service and comunication. Now my tenats are happy, i am happy as well. I would hightly reccomend them for tankless hot water heater repair.

Very next day the installation was done and now I have endless hot water ! I would highly recommend you to upgrade to such water heater and get it done RIGHT, by The Right Guys. So, ...this is Mac, we are quite old and have had experiences with lots of Companies and lots of good and bad folks! But, perhaps none quite as good as the TRGP! (I want to say most Pool Heater people we have encountered, In our opinion; are Flakes!
Mitch, the owner of TRGP, is an exceptional individual, with high ethics. We needed repairs done on our Pool Heater and to me he went beyond what most would expect, to find the Parts at reasonable prices, so he could keep our overall cost as reasonable as possible! In today's world everything seems to be like booking Airfare or Hotel Rooms. The price varies to the point of being ridiculous. Mitch, ran into like problems with some suppliers. Enough said, if there were 10 Stars up at the top, they would ALL BE FILLED IN!
