I called this company, on a recommendation from Facebook, on a Monday night at 8:30PM in absolute desperation. I left a message on the voicemail. To my surprise, I received a call back from Val within an hour. I have Kitec plumbing and it had sprung a leak. If you know anything about Kitec, you know it's a nightmare. Val told me to send him some pictures of my situation. I did and we corresponded for the next hour. He gave me a quote through text, detailing on my photo I sent him what would need to be done to repair it. He told me he could be there the next morning at 10:00. I can not say enough good things about this company and this man. My husband and I both were so incredibly impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and skills. His communication was excellent. He arrived on time and kept us informed of the repair every step of the way. He spent the entire day fixing my leak and his original quoted price never changed. He is a perfectionist and very skilled at what he does. A very pleasant person to deal with, a true gentleman, and very respectful. I will not hesitate to use this company again. I'm very thankful.

We engaged Val to perform the Yearly Rinnai Tankless water heater maintenance.
We were very pleased with the end result.

Val is punctual, easy to work with, experience, knowledgeable, honest and very diligent. He explained what he will
be doing, which is exactly all the things stated by Rinnai the manufacturer and he showed me
a few tips that was not even listed any place else.
He uses food grade White Vinegar as Recommended by Rinnai, most other Rinnai certified PRO uses Descaler which is chemical solution.
We definitely will be calling him back not only for future yearly maintenance but other Plumbing related matters.

Excellent service! Our kitchen sink had backed up last night, 9-7-20 and we needed a plumbing service. I trust my neighbors on the Neighborhood App And recommended On the app was Val. I texted and was given a pretty quick response and a very reasonable quote. I was able to explain and text pictures of a leak we also had after trying to drain the trap ourselves. He had someone out in an hour who also used precautions with the Covid guidelines, which was very appreciated as my husband takes precautions due to his cancer. The job was done and Michal was very thorough as well as leaving the area clean. I would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs!

Val and Golden Valley Plumbing were recommended to me by my contractor during a full kitchen remodel. We had a pipe break with roots in the main line. We got 3 quotes from other companies recommending a drain re-route. Val was the most knowledgeable, had the lowest quote, and finished in a single day. Val and Arthur did quality work, came on time, and they were extremely professional. I called them out again to repair the gas line to my oven (100 year old bent pipe problems). I recommend Golden Valley Plumbing to all my friends.

Val communicated promptly and clearly with me, gave a two hour arrival window and then texted 35 min prior to arrival with the specific arrival time. He was pleasant to work with, cleared a difficult sink blockage and cleaned everything meticulously after. Price was equal to estimate, despite the blockage taking an hour to clear, and in the range given by other plumbers I called prior.

Val was referred to me by a friend when I had a leak problem in my home. Val responded immediately, his diagnosis was spot on, and he fixed the problem in a professional way. He was also very respectful by wearing a mask. He also helped in assessing fixed water pressure issue and worked late into the evening to solve the problem. I would definitely call him again if I have a problem.

Our home was one of the victims of the city of Folsom’s pin hole leaks. It destroyed cabinetry and several feet of wall in the kitchen and dining room. Our daughter told us about Golden Valley Plumbing (GVP), noting that they had great reviews on Facebook. We requested a bid from GVP, along with four other plumbing contactors to have the house re-piped. We favored the GVP bid and elected to utilize them to take care of our needs. Mr. Val Furduy, the owner of GVP, took special care of our plumbing needs. To protect our new copper pipes, Mr. Furduy recommended the installation of a Halo5 whole house water filter. We now enjoy chlorine free drinking water from any faucet in the house. He included the replacement and texturing of the interior sheetrock that had been previously removed by ServoPro as part of the process to dry out the walls. Mr. Furduy and his staff were very friendly and professional. Since the re-piping process affected the tile in the bathroom showers, it was decided to ‘remodel’ them. Mr. Furduy pointed us to more than one potential source to do this work, ultimately saving us some money. Overall, the work done by GVP and the other businesses involved in the overall effort was outstanding and well worth the cost.

I needed quotes for installing the Pelican water filtration/conditioner system that I purchased from the manufacturer. I posted my requirement via the Yelp website and Golden Valley Plumbing was one of the first to respond within a couple of hours. I checked their website and I noticed that they have installed the same brand/system that I purchased. The person that I dealt with initially has a pleasing personality over the phone and that was a good start. After meeting Val, i knew I made the right decision to choose Golden Valley Plumbing. I presented Val what/how/where I needed the system placed. He made recommendation that made more sense without costing me arms & legs. Val and Arthur team-up to do the installation. Golden Valley pricing was very competitive and their workmanship was very well done, I was happy with the end result. Golden Valley plumbing accomplished all of these and more when they installed a natural gas hook up. When it took longer than expected they stuck to original price and finished with a clean and professional job. I would suggest them to my family, and hope to use them for a bathroom remodel soon!

A few months ago I had my kitchen sink installed, during the process the plumber disconnected my dishwasher and was unable to to reconnect it after installing new sink. After 4 hours the plumber gave up, charged me for install, and left leaving me without a working dishwasher.

I contacted Golden Valley Plumbing at random based on Google reviews, and I am glad I found them.

I called and was able to schedule an appointment with Val at Golden Valley Plumbing two days out from my original call which I thought was very reasonable.

Val arrived promptly on time for the appointment and was able to determine how to reconnect my dishwasher within moments of inspecting the plumbing. He also identified multiple minor issues the previous plumber did not even mention.

He clearly explained the work that needed to be done and why, and proceeded to perform the repairs in a very timely manner. He was onsite for approximately an hour and successfully reconnected my dishwasher and fixed issues causing my sink to flood and garbage disposal to back up.

I was charged a reasonable sum for his service, about the same amount other outfits in the area charge JUST FOR INSPECTION.

I cannot recommend Val at Golden Valley Plumbing enough; he is punctual, a good communicator, a skilled plumber, and he offers a very reasonable rate for excellent service.

They did an amazing job scheduling their techs who showed up on time, provided professional and clean installation addressing all my concerns! Val from this company (Golden Valley Plumbing) did an excellent repair of the pinhole leak in our plumbing. The leak was found at 9 o’clock in the evening on a Saturday. I contacted him around 9:30 and he immediately answered my call. He scheduled a visit for 9 o’clock Sunday morning and promptly at 9 o’clock he sent a text from my driveway. He was a very friendly, courteous, friendly, caring and professional individual. Professionally he knew his business and went right to work. He worked efficiently and with confidence and caring for both my family and myself. He kept us informed as to what he was doing and took pictures and videos of before and after the repair was finished. His court for the repair was more than reasonable and his clean up was excellent.
