Water heater went out other places were 3 days out and $1000 over the Ace estimate, they were also at my home replacing the water heater within 3 hours not days. Richard and his helper were exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable, the inspector was highly satisfied with the quality of work. Will definitely be using Ace for any future needs.

I called this company because my AC had stopped working. I scheduled an appointment in a 5 hour window. While I was booking the appointment he was pretty much trash talking home warranty companies. For example they hire newly trained people who do know what they are doing. I made an appointment so I could at least have someone look at my AC. After I booked an appointment a company who works with my home warranty called and I made an appointment with them pretty much the same time I had made with fix it rite. I called fix it rite to cancel my appointment and the guy I talked to previously answered the phone. I told him I was cancelling my appointment since my home warranty called to schedule an appointment he just said I told you about home warranties and then he just started laughing and said okay I will cancel. How unprofessional not way to treat potential customers and to trash talk your competitors. I never told him the name of the company my home warranty went through so he was just lumping everyone just indicating to me he was better than them

Sacramento area plumber fixed all my problems in a short amount of time. I like how professional they were and also appreciate the honesty. I felt like I was talking to a friend or family member.

Utilized this company through Home Depot. The disconnection of garbage disposal, kitchen sink faucet, gas stove went well with a plumber who was knowledgeable. The trouble was with a different plumber sent to reconnect the devices listed above. The office gal said that the plumber would carry air gaps, pvc, etc in his truck. When this plumber arrived, he rolled his eyes when I repeated what the lady had told me. He said, quite derisively, that he carried none of that.on his truck so it would cost $500 to get the materials from HD. He was argumentative and unprofessional. As we were discussing this, he went outside (I thought to his truck). He just left. He did not even install the disposal or reconnect the gas stove. Will never use or recommend this company. So disappointing.

Great local company. Did several jobs including HVAC repair, tankless water heater flushing, and sink faucet repairs. Responded to my inquiry in a timely manner, provided reasonable bid, and did a very good job! Very nice team who work efficiently, are knowledgable, and kept me informed as the job proceeded. I'm definitely a fan and will use them again for any HVAC or plumbing needs!

Greg Heald has kept our old central air gas furnace working well beyond it's normal life expectancy which is a tribute to his skill as an HVAC technician. Finally the main control board on the furnace quit working so it was time to replace the furnace. Greg installed a new Guardian gas furnace. It is quieter, way more efficient, puts out more volume while using less BTU than the old unit. It warms the house up in seconds not minutes! Very pleased with the performance of the new unit and Greg's first rate workmanship.

Chris arrived on time, explained where he would be looking for plumbing leaks and approximately how long it would take. No leaks were found and Chris shared helpful information for when bathroom sink is ever replaced.

Fidel was on time (early), fast, yet thorough and efficient. He explained everything he was going to do, and then showed us videos and photos of what he found while examining every part of our system. We learned what three separate HVAC guys in the past four weeks (not from Huft) had missed, and why our downstairs unit was NEVER going to be fixed with their Home-Warranty-incentivized “band-aid” approach to the problem. ALL options and costs were thoroughly explained by Fidel, who never tried to “upsell “ us on anything but just explained realistic options based on his detailed findings. 10/10 would request Fidel again!

We just moved to a house and our hot water was taking forever to come out of the sinks. Since many things needed updating, I called Super Mario Brothers. D.K. was able to schedule me in a couple of days. Dimi came out, was very prompt and had shoe coverings for in house walking. He looked over the units, checked an additional 2 gallon tank under my sink(installed for quick hot water until other hot water kicked in, but wasn't working properly.)I didn't know anything about tankless systems and he was able to give me all the needed information in a way that I understood. Turned out that the 10 year old water heaters were not installed properly, so they were never serviced. He gave me a few options and asked me what the most important feature was for me. When I told him I wanted quick, hot water coming out of my faucet, he recommended two new tankless heaters. He gave me a quote then and there and even gave me model numbers. Oh yeah, while he was checking the water, he even fixed a slow draining sink for me ! Two new heaters was not cheap and he recommended getting other opinions and then call the office if I decided to use them. I did have a couple of other companies come out. Everyone pretty much agreed on two new units, based on what I wanted out of my systems. Super Mario Brothers were very competitive in their price, but I chose them because Dimi made me feel confident that I was going to get the best hot water situation that I can. He didn't give me false promises, he told me facts. Also, DK put up with all of my many phone calls. The company was honest and in a few days, in time for Thankgiving, I had quick hot water! Dimi and another person showed up on time and put in both tankless heaters in one day. They cleaned up after themselves and Dimi even helped me restart my fireplace and in the process taught me how to restart another one that I thought was broken, saving me a service call. These guys are the best! Thank You so much.
