I had an clog in my kitchen laundry line - I couldn't wash dishes or do laundry without flooding in my garage.

After a stressful experience with another plumbing company who charged me for work they didn't do, quoted me thousands of dollars more to rip out my floors and walls and replace my old plumbing (work that I know will be necessary at some point, but was not necessary to get my drain unclogged) and scoffed at the plumbing on my 70-year-old-house, I called a friend, who recommended Trenchless. The person I talked to the phone was reassuring and sent someone to my house straight away.

John arrived promptly, was very sweet with my dog, and quickly found a way to solve the drain issue. He walked me through everything he did, showed me preventative measures for the future, and even helped me understand where and why everything was laid based on the time was built. He was extremely empathetic, knowledgeable, and efficient.

I would recommend John to anyone having issues, and will call Trenchless for any issues I have in the future!

This is the 3rd over 10 years we have made an emergency call to Trenchless due to a clogged drain in our home. This time it was at 11pm at night and the lady explained the emergency service fee and also told me if I could wait until 8am I would save $150. So Ray showed up at our home and looked at our issue. He snakes the drain and showed me with the scoop what the issue is and for long term
Maintenance how it can be solved. He didn’t push or take advantage of the situation. Cleared our main service line and snakes to toilet inside too until we had a clean clear line. $99 no other chargers or extra add on for inside to snake the toilet. Clear and simple. This is a family owned business and prides itself on service and it shows with their happy employees. Great service and I highly recommend them.

I ve used The Trenchless Co. for a couple years now, every Tech has been very thorough, clean, and friendly. I recently had my sewer line jetted, because the blockage was so bad. Anthony M. came out and cleared the line, he made sure there wasn t going to be any other issues. Anthony was on top of it, signing the work order he said, that there is a one year warranty on any blockage. After 10 months later the line was blocked again. Called The Trenchless Co. again, Anthony came out and re-cleared the line with no charge, and gave me some great recommendations about a future sewer line.
To anyone who is in trouble with their sewer, give these guys a call you won t be dis-satified. With a friendly smile and all the tools, they get the job done.

I discovered a hot water slab leak the day on Christmas Eve. I called multiple companies on Monday, The Trenchless Co called, and I explained what was occurring. My tiles were hot in my bathroom floor, indicating a hot water leak. The plumber that came out was great, but indicated that they need to have a 3rd party leak specialist come out. The plumber called the dispatcher who called the 3rd party, who didn't answer. The dispatcher stated that they will call me when 3rd party called them back. I didn't receive a call that afternoon from Trenchless, so I called them in the morning. They told me that the 3rd party had not called them back, and that was the only company they use for leak detection.

I had to get the leak fix, so I started looking online, and found Bonnie Plumbing. Bonnie had a leak specialist within their company, and schedule them to help me. Plz see the Bonnie Plumbing review.

I called and asked for a manager at Trenchless to communicate how unhappy I was about their service. He was unavailable... so I left a message.

After the Trenchless plumber validated that I do have a leak on Monday, it was 3 days later to schedule a leak specialist... gallons of water loss, and my tiles were getting hotter. I was not sure what damage was occurring during that time frame they left me stranded.

As expected, and right on course with my terrible experience with this company.... He never called me back. I do not recommend this company, if you decide to go with this company, be prepared to be left stranded and you also may need to find another company to help you... I recommend Bonnie Plumbing.

Jacob, the tech that was on the job, was polite, professional and cleared the line in an expeditious manner. He gave a quote prior to starting the job. Once the line was cleared he took extra time to ensure the line would remain open. Rachel, who is on the phone desk is to be commended as well for her courteous manner and professional manner. A job well done!

Never using this company again. Over the phone Trenchless quoted they would snake a line for $259 (after hours charge). After waiting all day for their tech David Soule to show up David finally arrived and stated that given there is no clean out he will have to remove a toilet which will raise the charge to close to $900. David proceeded to tell me how much work it is to remove the toilet and then how much work it is to reinstall it and clean everything up.

I have worked with numerous plumbers in the past who have performed the same scope of work at other rental properties I own so I know that nearing $1000 to snake a sewer line even if pulling a toilet is required is unbelievably overpriced.

This is gouging and its a shame to see companies without morals trying to take advantage of their customers and defend themselves in the process. I will not recommend this company to anyone and will be posting my experience on all other review platforms available.

Everyone that spoke to us during the process of getting a quote for the work, (replacement of sewer line) and then when they came to do the work, were friendly and knowledgeable. Even though the inspector did not come until very late in the day, the Trenchless Co. crew came and filled all the holes to complete the work that same day. I recommend this company if you need a sewer line repaired!

Very good experience working with TTC. We had a big job that wasn't easy, but they completed it efficiently and fairly despite unforeseen challenges along the way.

They suck! Tried to say our clogged toilet need a vent. Then the tech told me the home owner that we did not have a permit and the pipelines were done wrong never gave us the estimate in writing. Talked to supervisor about the b s , and the stilled called a week later asking if we were going to do the $900.00 repair job . When the toilet needed to be snaked.

David Soule was so kind, polite and knowledgeable - I really appreciated the fact that he came to the door, so respectful, looked me in the eyes and introduced himself in such a professional manner. He worked diligently and effectively and really solved my problem. He cleaned up after the job was done and left my kitchen looking better than when he got there!! LOL. I was having a dinner party that evening and really was relieved to have such a reputable and honest person and company in my home and fixing my clog. Previous to calling The Trenchless Co. I had called Expert Plumbing and Drain and spoke with Mario who promised to come the day before but he NO SHOWED on me. Don't use that company!!! On a Saturday afternoon, we were hanging pictures and drilled a hole in the wall - and right through a hot water pipe. Joe was able to come out just a couple of hours later. He didn't have the right supplies, so he went to Home Depot and got what he needed. He was very pleasant to talk to, fixed the problem, cleaned up any mess, and offered some ideas to patch my wall. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Matt inspected the line and came up with a plan to resolve my sewer line issues. The professionalism was excellent.

Great service and fantastic deal. Two man crew cam out to clear my main line drain issue and offer suggestions and bids for permanent repairs. Was my lucky day because they were able to make it out a few hours after I called on a Friday morning.

This company was phenomenal from start to finish. The first unnamed company that came out was just OK, the equipment was subpar, and they weren’t able to complete the job. Then James and Matthew showed up from the trenchless Co. and they immediately diagnosed the problem, brought in excellent industrial machinery, and they were out in less than an hour. Save yourself time and a headache and just contact them first!

Replace sewer line and clean drain.

The only solution for plumbing issues. $99 for a snake with a camera to clear the pipes for the longest possible. They also quote for long term solutions. Exceptional service and very friendly.

The Trenchless team was highly professional and efficient. I had a leak under my driveway between the meter and my house.

As a plumber's kid, I knew I had two options tear up the driveway and repour the concrete or go trenchless and just have to dig a few holes. Trenchless was the way to go and I'll be telling everyone to use The Trenchless Co. in the future!

Trenchless arrived on time, they did the job quickly, answered all my curious questions, and left the work area in great condition. And thier price was better than most competitors.

The technician found the cause of the stoppage using the in line camera, so I can fix it, and not waste time guessing probable causes.

Chris the technician was very helpful and honest. I have a Bar in Fairfield and he came out to give me an estimate . Chris determined that we did not need his services the area he inspected was in good condition. He was very honest and helped me make the best decision for the rest of my renovation.

Do not use these people. Here is my story.

I called in the morning and they said they would send a plumber out between the hours of 2 pm to 4 pm. At 5 pm the plumber arrives and finds the issue and needs to have authorization from my house owner before fixing the toilet. Ok fine.

My owner isn't reachable at the start so the plumber has to go and will come back later. 3 hours later my owner tries to call the plumber and texts me that she authorizes the payment. So I call the plumber to have him come back and explain the text from my landlord has the authorization (literally it is the phone number from the one they have on file of where the owner is from).

They say no problem. But then 45 minutes later I get a call back that tells me the manager has recalled the plumber because they want a VERBAL confirmation and a text message from the owner of the house is insufficient. What? I mean seriously, what century are we living in?

I ask, why is their any difference?
Response: It is in our policies.
Can I talk to the manager?
My manager isn't in tonight
Ok, can you email me your policies?
I can send it to you tomorrow
Ok what? Are you just making this up then? How can you quote me policies that you don't know where they are?
Can we schedule you for tomorrow?

No...No thanks don't bother coming. Thanks.

I mean seriously, how can they literally not render service when
1) I have the authorization to pay for
2) WILL in face pay for
3) Have credible proof of authorization.

Don't use these folks. They are inflexible and a time sink even when you are going to pay and will just flat out make up reasons why they can't provide you service.

The Trenchless Company helped us resolve our problems in what I believe to have been the most economical and efficient means possible.

CALLED THEM AT 2PM AND THEY WERE SCHEDULED TO SHOW UP TO THE PROPERTY BETWEEN 3 TO 5 AND CALLED THEM TO CONFIRM AT 4PM AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE TIME ANYMORE. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR SCHEDULING.

The Trenchless CO. was extremely responsive throughout the process. The technician, Ray D. went above and beyond expectations in diagnosing our issue. Fortunately the inspection showed that our leak was not from the sewer line, but we will certainly use this company should any repairs be necessary in the future.

For those who are looking for help with undergroung plumbing problems look no further. The Trenchless Co is your answer. On time as scheduled a tech was sent out to give me an estimate. Brendan Wood was the tech sent, and his professional and personal opinion were greatly appreciated. Brenden was extreamly helpfull. He represents his company well with clear communication,professionalism and customer service. We all know customer service is almost a thing of the past but you will still find it at The Trenchless Co.

Communication with the company was excellent. Repair was done quickly and efficiently and at a reasonable price. This is the second time I have used them and i will use them again.

I recently hired Trenchless to replace all drains under my 3 bedroom home. Prior to signing the contract, communication was prompt and thorough. That is where the professional experience ended.

Quality...

1. A major plumbing junction noted on the contracted wasn't completed.

2. Debris was left behind. Most under my home, the rest left around the exterior portions of the job. Water bottles, piping, saw blades, large clumps of ABS glue.

3. The work itself was sloppy. Parts not installed at proper angles.

4. Due to those improper angles, the new plumbing didn't align properly with the existing toilet flanges and bathroom sink drains. Their solution was to force the old and new together to make the connections. This resulted in both toilet flanges being forced out of their original locations at floor level. This inaccurate maneuver caused an indoor flood.

5. To correct the above issue I had to remove my toilet and part of the subfloor. Trenchless then came out to correct the misaligned pipes. They were onsite for no more than 25 minutes, assuring me the issue was corrected. Unfortunately it wasn't. They removed the rubber connection. Leaving the misaligned ABS as is. Their supervisor and another plumber confirmed the work was incorrect without question. Yet it wasn't removed and re-done properly.

6. Naturally my new toilets did not line up with location of the ABS below.

7. I was forced to correct the plumbing myself prior to reinstall of toilets. Total days without toilets in my home, 4. Which doesn't include the 2 days it took me to fix the issue and reinstall.

8. Upon working out the contract I was informed I could save money by digging some of a pipe out. I had the labor included regardless because I was informed they would make an adjustment based on how many additional hours their crew took to complete the digging. I completed approximately 75% of the dig myself. I updated them, was told management would review and contact me. I received no follow up. Just an email to pay up for the full amount. Approximately $900 dollars should have been refunded. They also made no attempt to reimburse me for the damages caused.

9. The first day of work the workers were polite and respectful. The correction day the one worker assigned to the job was far less friendly and respectful. I got the vibe he wasn't happy to be correcting his work. Also, he played loud music under my house. So loud I couldn't have my work calls. It was incredibly disruptive. Music at a low volume after asking if I wouldn't mind, that would have been professional but I didn't receive that respect.

Communication...

There was no single contact assigned to my project that kept me informed and updated as needed. There was no contact who followed up after the work was finished to ensure it was completed, and completed properly. 2 days later I received a call regarding the balance due only. I requested a supervisor review the work as that seemed appropriate. They prompted reviewed the work. This is when they confirmed their errors.

Yes, they were prompt but only when prompted. It very much felt like I was not a valued customer who was spending over $9000 with them. Nor was there any attempt to ensure their work was done correctly, either time. No follow up call was placed to ensure the correction was correct.

Overall I had a very poor experience. I have paid a large amount of money for very poor service and quality to match it. Given that I'm aware of the cost of these materials, Trenchless made quite the profit off of this interaction yet failed to complete the job properly.

Photos attached show the two toilet locations not at a 90 degree angle like the wooden support columns. The plumbing stack leans to the right. Yet the original toilet flanges and sink drains were 90 degrees. Note that because of this not only did it displace the flanges causing an interior leak but the right hand toilet drain collects water because its not level.

I would not recommend using this company.

This is a great company. They came right away to the house to give us an estimate on the Labor day weekend and got to work within one week as promised, done in one day! It was a big difference to any other company we contacted and were reasonably priced. We originally contacted them because our neighbor had hired them to help with their plumbing problem and were satisfied with the work.

For the 3rd time Trenchless has exceeded my expectations. Steve and his partner came out to my house and helped me clear the toilet one more time since children clogged the toilet once again.

They are priced extremely well and treat you great. Came out next day!

These guys are the best. I called them to my house because I had a slab leak. My insurance covered the repair but they were fighting me about the cost of it. They were trying to give me $700 for a $2000+ fix. (I had three other plumbers look at the leak and they all had the around the same estimate but Trenchless was a few hundred below the other bids)
Laird got on the phone with my insurance adjustor and explained to him why $700 would never cover the job and then they fixed the leak. Thank you!

Needed a clog cleared in our main sewer run under the house. They showed up on time, promptly zeroed in on the problem and got things flowing normally again. Also went above and beyond by running the camera down the line to where it ties into the street just to make sure the rest of the pipe was in good working order. They've been my go-to for over a decade when it comes to plumbing troubleshooting.

These guys did an fantastic job. They were responsive, professional, and did exact what I wanted and no more. It was a complicated work order because they had to coordinate with the city and with other work that was happening onsite. They did great. Highly recommend.

The Trenchless Co. not only helped us out of a huge plumbing issue, but they solved several problems the same day we called them, treated us like family and did all this at an incredible price. They were straightforward with the whole process, showing us through the issues and explaining the solutions. I have nothing but the best to say for this company that turned a bad sewage issue into a great experience!

We had a sever plumbing issue at my elderly mother's home. It was bad enough that we were in the process of finding a place for my mother to stay for the next few days. Essentially, the toilets would not flush, even though the water would run in the rest of the bathrooms. We got The Trenchless Co recommended to us by a trusted friend. Upon calling them, The Trenchless Co was able to send someone to take a look at the problems within hours.

Once on site, they discovered the sewer cleanout was not standard, yet still found a way to run a camera in the line. After finding the standing water in the line (which they showed us the camera feed) along with a blockage in the main line, they went under the house and found a busted pipe with leakage. Needless to say, this was a mess.

Now that they knew the issue, they quoted us a price that was well below what we expected. After that, they got a team out to replace and update the cleanout, another team to fix the busted pipe under the house and another team to clean out the main line. This was all supervised by the main office dispatch and by an on-site supervisor who kept in constant touch with us regarding the status of each step along with expectation of arrival and completion. The whole thing ran like clockwork.

Before the sun set, the technician walked me through all the repairs, showed me the cleaned out line and what was causing it (roots in the line) and made sure everything was completed to our satisfaction (including making sure the toilets flushed).

The best surprise was all of this came in under the quote they gave us at the start of the work.

Glen was genuinely interested in solving our blocked storm drain problem and worked hard to clear the drain. He spent an hour working on the issue and stayed true to the $99 special quoted. I'm sure we will call him back to conduct the hydro cleaning of all drains and gutters for $495.

I would like to comment on my experience that I had with you the Trenchless Company on November 17 2020. I required a inspection for an existing sewer line prior to upcoming Construction. I contacted your company and within 1 hour you dispatched a technician to scope the 50 foot sewer line from my house to the main. The company employees that I interacted with were extraordinary from the top down. The on-site specialist John C. Excellent service. I couldn’t find my clean out in the front yard. The lady on the phone advised me there is an additional fee if they have to remove the toilet to service the drain. I removed my toilet before they arrived to avoid the charge. Tech arrived within the time window given. I got a flat rate drain cleaning, even on a Saturday. I never felt like the tech was rushing. Seemed to do a thorough job. Very clean. Second technician came to do a free video inspection. They even located my clean out for me so next time I don’t have to remove my toilet for a drain service. I have to say our experience with the Trenchless Company was by far one of the best ever with a cold call of a company out of the phone book. Vince came out on a Saturday morning, arrived on time after calling ahead of time, and was extremely professional. We had concerns over our sewer line, due to a slow toilet, but the video inspection not only confirmed that we have no trouble with our sewer main or the vent line. He spent extra time to also check our kitchen line and gave us a fair quote on replacement of the mainline, after telling us we really didn't need it. He then gave us some good advice on what else might be going on.

While we don't need these guys now, they will be the first we call when we do. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need.

My experience was as good as it gets. From the onset, the notification via text preceded by a phone call was amazing. I hate large windows for service at home! Our technician John was so thorough with all he did and he went into all details with different options available to me. This is a very well run organization and well worth a few extra dollars.

After having another company come out to clear a clogged sewer line serving my kitchen, half bath, and laundry room, and having a bad experience, I called The Trenchless Company (TTC). The appointment was booked for between 5-7pm on a Saturday, but a technician became available earlier and arrived around 1:30pm. After snaking the sewer line for approximately 20 minutes, the technician. Manuel, was able to clear the line, which the other company failed to do after three attempts and some serious attempts at upselling overpriced and unnecessary services. I also have a follow up appointment in the next couple of days for a camera inspection of the inside of the pipes that was included in the very reasonable price of the service. I'll update this review as necessary after the next visit, but at this point, I would highly recommend TTC for plumbing repairs to friends and family without hesitation. Thank you Manuel and TTC for clearing the line and restoring the use of our kitchen and washing machine!

I called The Trenchless Co. after hours for a backed up sewer line at my rental property. I left a message and had my call returned by 9:30 the next morning. They scheduled my appointment for the same day and kept me informed of the technicians arrival time. I received a text introducing my technician with his photo and a little history of his experience and a fun fact about him. The technician Steve was so awesome, he cleared the drain, showed me on camera the roots in the line. He cleared the roots and cleaned up the yard. He even picked up some extra trash that was in the yard that wasn’t his. A huge bonus is the company is paperless. I signed everything electronically and a copy of the invoice was sent via email.

I have to say I am always a little leery of plumbing issues because they can be so costly. I expected to pay a few hundred dollars at least but it was the quoted $99 which included a video inspection. What an amazing experience. I walked away with a great feeling. My tenants are happy and that makes me happy. I will 100% recommend them to my friends and family.

OMG! Where is the option to give a 10 STAR RATING?!!! Steve Hendry is the No. 1 Plumber Man to call at Trenchless for any complicated stoppage repair! He was an absolute angel and saved me and well my 99-YO Mom, too, (who couldn't afford this charge) by repairing the job in the most cost effective manner.....with their $99 clean-out special.

Trenchless was so much in demand the W/E 2/1/2019 that I needed to wait 24 hours for service (within normal business hours to get the special). In haste, I called out another plumbing company to let fix the job. After approximately $4,000 in estimate charges to do major repairs BTW I had to pay $549 to be told about the next major step (yes, costs kept escalating in steps), I had to go back to my intuition, call and wait until Trenchless could come out. I had been working with Tulia over a couple of prior days and she returned on 2/1 from lunch only 1 hour after my third call and had Steve, the No. 1 Plumber Man, arrive to my home within 1 hour. That is impeccable service, too! Thank you Tulia!

Steve worked so hard and was so clever (mind you he was the 6th plumber who looked at the job). Yeah, Roto Rooter came out and quoted me $545 after looking under the sink for 3 minutes while standing. I had sense enough to tell him to leave right then and there. Believe it! It is true!

Anyway to return back to Steve, he needs to be commended by Trenchless' management and in front of his team, and even be given a bonus! Not only is he smart, but a man of integrity and extremely courteous and professional all the way. People look at their website. The pictures of their organization....it is all about transparency! They deliver that and as a consumer it is so important. It builds a level of trust before they even arrive.

I am a female and an uneducated consumer (about plumbing issues), but sense enough to know when I am being taken for a ride. How awful is it to be in this position! To feel like I am being taken advantage of! How many consumers would have said, yes to the other three plumbing companies who wanted to charge $500+?!!! If you are reading this exemplary comment then the answer is simple, CALL TRENCHLESS AND ASK FOR STEVE HENDRY!!! I am sure his peers measure up to his caliber too just in case he is in great demand as a result of this post. BTW, I have already called my family members and a few friends to call on Steve in the event they need a plumber. It is a given who we will call should a need ever arise in the future.

I'm a first-time homeowner, and I had an emergency plumbing situation occur after just 3 days in the new place which caused our entire downstairs to flood! Needless to say, my husband and I were incredibly stressed out by the entire situation and even more so when it seemed like no one would be available to come out same-day. We were unlucky enough to have 2 pin hole leaks in the space of 2 months, which resulted in a good amount of mess & stress during the covid pandemic. With pieces of the ceiling coming down, we needed immediate help & had to choose a plumber when it seemed like every one was a plumber-just like everyone is a real estate agent in California- because over 200 houses in our area were springing leaks due to the city water (which the city actually owned up to but did not help us pay for). Our whole house was re-piped by Trenchless & they made the whole process less traumatic. They were easy to get ahold of, they were responsive, they were patient with us as we grappled with the mess & wrapping our heads around the unexpected disaster that was made more stressful because of the pandemic/isolating issues. the men were always polite & considerate as parts of walls & ceiling were removed to access piping. It was a mess. We have had some small issues since the repipe & Trenchless has been very quick to answer our questions, diagnose the issues & deal with them quickly. the people we have dealt with are always very respectful & kind.Over all our experience with the company has been positive. they really do try thier best & stand behind thier work.

We had the sewer line back up at night. After trying to clear the line for a while we cleaned up the mess and abandon the home for a family member's home. The next morning I contacted The Trenchless Company through the chat app on their website. They took my info and immediately had someone call and schedule an appointment. They had available between 11:00-1:00 and asked if they were available earlier can they call me to meet them. They were available earlier and I went home to meet them. I received an email with a picture of the tech that was arriving and could track his vehicle in real time. The technician was very professional, personable, knowledgeable, and fast. He cleared the obstruction and inspected the line. The main line was good and he didn't try to sell me anything but made some suggestions to avoid this in the future. He gave me his card and took payment on his tablet and immediately emailed me the receipt. I was so impressed with the technician that I called his supervisor to let him know what a good employee he is and how happy I was. Thanks Again Trenchless Company. Roto Rooter wanted to charge me $485 to examine my sewer line using video, Trenchless did it for free. If I ever need something fixed I’ll be calling Trenchless first. Thank you!

I had Trenchless out last November to snake out my main line (my first time with this co.). This usually happens about every 1 to 1.5 years, since I bought the house over 15 yrs ago. I called them out again last week to do the same and also snake out the kitchen/laundry area, I had planned to pay for this service. They told me the main line was still on warranty, so I wouldn’t be charged for that but I would have to pay $99 for the kitchen/laundry, which was fine. Well, they snaked the main line, but they didn’t have the right tools to do the kitchen, so I had to call the dispatcher the next day to schedule another appointment.

Well, six days later everything is backed up again in the main line and they won’t cover the “warranty” work, but will come out again and give me an estimate for repairs. If the work had been done properly, there is no reason why it would back up less than a week later. Which makes me feel like they are just trying to upsell me on more services. I am just really, really disappointed, I thought I’d found a new plumbing company, but I guess not.

I was impressed by Martin's knowledge and expertise, but what made him truly stand out was his willingness to educate me as a homeowner and customer. Martin was respectful, careful, and put me at ease right away. I felt I could trust him because his many years of experience made him great at diagnosing the problem. And he was considerate enough to put on disposable shoe covers when he stepped inside the house.

The Trenchless Co. responded to my call within minutes this weekend and helped us resolve our sewer main backup within hours. The technician was outstanding and informative about the existing problems and gave us a list of solutions to resolve the sewer line issue. We will be replacing our sewer line with The Trenchless technology and are very pleased with how reasonable The Trencheless Company is to replace our sewer line. We spoke with several other plumbing companies and not only was this company the most reputable but also the most affordable. I have nothing but positive things to say about this Sacramento Plumbing company.

My house's main line backed up for the second time recently and I didn't want to call the friend-of-a-friend back to clear it again. Plus, I feared there was a break and wanted a camera down there to check it out. Ward came out the same day and was very informative, friendly, and went the extra distance to try to find the problem and make sure I understood what was going on. No damage could really be found (soft clog) so they'll come back out within a year and snake/camera it for free if need be. Hopefully not! For $99, I consider it a bargain.

Our apartment complex is using this company and they are awful. Twice now they have interrupted the utilities to several buildings. They broke a water line today, and almost half the complex has been without water for almost six hours. Thats twice as long as they quoted it would take to fix the issue that they caused. The time before that they cut a power cable and several buildings were without power. In the middle of the day during the heatwave. Totally unacceptable.

After a comment from the business owner I would also like to point out several other issues. Just so their PR talking points dont confuse the issue. I can understand certain set-backs. But overall the presence of their crews here has been negative. Their crews have completeley crowded and blocked the parking lot. Parking was already a huge issue, now they use our spots to store their equiptment. They've blocked off a row of parking for construction purposes, but then left and didnt do any work on that area for a week. So why are those spots being taken up? You would think by the ways their crews behave here that the tenants are nothing but an annoyance. This is our home, you are in our way. Not the other way around. And to add to the frustration the water is off again today. I have no clue if this was scheduled or when it will be back on. This is NOT OK. I've been at work since 4am and I cant even wash up. Again whatever this company is doing is totally unacceptable. If I could give less of a star I would.

I called the Trenchless Company on a Saturday, within minutes they called me back and shortly thereafter they came out to look at my mess in my bath tub. I had a collapsed sewer line. There bid was fair and they did a great job. It's good to know that good old fashion service still exsist. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

My husband and I hired The Trenchless Co. to handle a water leak coming up between two slabs of concrete in our driveway. On September 6 a service technician from The Trenchless Co. came and answered all our questions. Out of three estimates that we received, my husband and I decided to go with this company because the price seemed fair, the technician seemed honest, and he answered all our questions regarding the options that we had.The time between receiving the estimate and the work being finished was approximately one week. That time included waiting for the various utility companies to come out and mark the locations of their wiring, cabling, etc.; one day and a half to do the work; and for the city inspector to come out and inspect the work. We had decided to go with trenchless waterline replacement instead of having spot repair done. The workers had to dig up some of the concrete, a section of grass in our front yard, and a deep hole up front by the house. When finished with the waterline replacement they laid new concrete to repair the starter hole, put our grass back where they dug it up, and replaced the dirt and river rocks that were up by the house. So, all in all we were pleased with the work, and how they left our yard when they were done. I definitely recommend this company and will call them if we need any other plumbing services.

We have used trenchless multiple times in the past 7 years since we have owned our home and have always been impressed with their service. Today I called them because of a clogged drain and they were able to get one of their specialists, Rahmein, out within 30 minutes. Rahmein provided us with such an excellent experience, he has such a strong work ethic and is very thorough. We have multiple projects that need to be completed and he talked through all of the options with me. I am a nurse and have a great appreciation for details and rationales, and I was blown away by Rahmein’s attention to detail. He went above and beyond for us and this was a big reason why I decided to go with Trenchless for our upcoming projects. Prompt, friendly service

We knew we needed to get the main sewer repaired or replaced. We had other bids and decided to ask 'The Trenchless Company' for a bid, frankly I thought that they would be the most expensive. To our surprize, they provided detailed bids for five different repair/replace options.....and they BEAT all the other prices. We elected to replace the line the 'pipe bursting method.' The job was completed quickly and cleanly.

I'm retired engineer and admittly, I'm a demanding customer. I would tell my friends to get esrimates from 'The Trenchless Company' before hiring ANYONE else for a sewer repair.

Great work and friendly staff both onsite and from the office. Only issue I would say I had was the price difference from the original quote, it went up by 300 dollars. This option was cheaper than what I was quoted from a competitor but as I'm currently unemployed every penny counts. When I emailed to find out it was explained because of the permit, which ok but prolly should be better researched to begin with when quoting a job. Other than that, I've been very pleased overall, thank you for the great work and even my yard looks back to normal as well.

I would 100% recommend them to anyone. On a Sunday morning in December 2018 the house toilets started to back up and flood between the base of the toilets and the floor. As you could imagine that was messy. A different company came out first, and after 3 hours and $$$ they couldn't fix it but could try again on Monday. After a bit of thinking, I reached out to The Trenchless Company early that Sunday afternoon to see if they could do any better - they sure did! I received a prompt call-back, and they would be able to come out that night around 8pm. About 7:30 pm I received a text AND phone call informing me that Carlos would be on time (much appreciated), and they provided a picture with the text so I knew who would be on-site. Carlos arrived on-time, well dressed and clean, and we walked through what he planned to do. He had everything on the truck he needed to do the job; the rooters, cameras, sensors, everything! After a bit of work, the tree root was 'rooted' away. Great service! Given the way the root was in the pipe, additional work was needed involving jack-hammering the slab and pipe replacement. The Trenchless Company came back the next week, with Carlos outlining the task and getting the crew started (again, much appreciated for his guidance), and 4 hours later they were done. Photos taken the whole time too, something needed for insurance purposes. I couldn't say more in how appreciative I was of their attention to detail and how they wanted to keep everything clean. As you might imagine plumbers deal with 'stuff', and knowing this, they laid down plastic everywhere in the house to keep the carpets and walls clean. That was very much appreciative. I love this company. I have an older home, so when there’s a plumbing leak or something of that nature, I immediately catastrophize. I called and received a next day appointment. They always call ahead before arrival and text/email notifying of who the technician is and includes a picture. I appreciate this from a security standpoint. The job was finished with an adequate time. However, the issue actually wasn’t fixed which the technician had prepared me for that possibility. He came back the next day, again, with a priority appointment to fix the issue for the last time. It was included in the prior payment as it was still addressing the original issue. They were awesome!! They worked with me with my budget and helped mTch me up with their special. The emergency plumber was timely and both were EXTREMELY efficient. Both went the extra length to make sure the job was bone and done well and found a WELL HIDDEN flush out valve!

Laird Lotko, showed up and was very courteous, helpful and informative. While hooking up his equipment he took the time to explain what he would do for me as a client. I was BLOWN AWAY, he resolved the sewer line backup, hooked up his camera equipment to show me the interior of the line and what the exact problem was. He identified that the pipe from my house had dropped at the connection of the drop tying into the City's line. He was also good enough to provide me with an estimate to correct the situation. Best of ALL, they were 1/3 of the cost of anyone else, plus provided me with a 1 - year warranty.

Incredible service. Immediate and intellectual appointment customer service. Punctual, on-point arrival. Diagnosed and solved our problem promptly. Even fixed our jerry-rigged kitchen sink issue that involved mutliple trips to hardware store. The entire Trenchless organization is top notch!

I called late in the morning after 2 days of run-arounds from reccomendations of plumbers from friends and friends of friends. My problem was not a major issue on day 1, however by the time I called Trenchless it had obviously gotten worse for going unchecked. I was told that they could have a tech at my house between 3-5 pm whereas I was told by other companies that I would have to wait another day. I was also informed that should a tech free up sooner, they would be happy to show up ahead of schedule if that was ok with me. Obviously, the sooner the better when you can't use any of the toilets in your house!

Brendan showed up at about 1 pm and quickly got to work. He explained every step of the process and was very friendly through the entire process. He chuckled through the standard poop humor even though I am sure in this line of work he has heard it all before. While some folks may not agree, I think that when you call a person to your house to clean up your mess, it is gross and somewhat personal. Brendan was professional and polite.

My experience with The Trenchless Co. was as positive as I could expect from any professional company that could be called to my house in what I saw as an emergency situation. The price was incredible for the work performed and while I was given an estimate for a more permanent fix, I was not given pushy, hard-sell for something I did not need yet.

If I ever have any other plumbing issues The Trenchless Co. will be my first call.

I called Trenchless and they had a technician at my house in an hour. He unclogged my kitchen drain which was 30 feet down the line but ran the snake 75 feet in to make sure everything was clear. Fast, efficient service for the price they quoted which I appreciate. This is the second time I've used this company, the first time was 5 years ago and they provided excellent service on that occasion too.

WOW!WOW! WOW! Rahmein was my technician and that he is a thorough professional is just an understatement. MOST importantly, I admire his honesty, his integrity & his ability to offer GOOD ADVICE based on OBJECTIVE FACTS. He has an excellent camera which shows the reality of your pipes. These qualities impressed me most because is NOT here to sell you their services by scaring the bejeezus out of you...he will not lie and make it seem a bigger problem than it is. John and his crew are always responsive and professional. They lined my main sewer line a little over a year ago. They did an outstanding job! They went above and beyond what I expected. I live in a 120 yo house and still have a short section of old sewer pipe that we couldn’t address at that time. He and his crew always help me whenever needed on this old section. When I’m ready to replace that old section, I will only call the Trenchless company.

The kitchen sink backed up at hour house and I did not have a snake long enough snake to get to the blockage. Calling the Trenchless company solve the problem quicker than I could do it myself. When I purchased my house I was told the sewer needed to be repaired. The Tenchless Co checked it and the sewer line is in good condition. I saved money by getting a second opinion.

I was already a mess of emotions due to my sink and washer backing up and causing damage to my house and dealing with my house insurance. So when I had to call a plumber, I was discouraged when call after call, no one was helpful or they were plain rude to me on the phone when just inquiring about pricing and scheduling. I was near tears after 15 calls to local plumbers and everyone wanted an arm and leg to come out to evaluate my problem. That was when I called Trenchless. Immediately the call was professional and reassuring that there was NO cost for them to come and find out my problem. Amazing!!! When the plumber was arriving, he sent a text with his approx. time of arrival and his name and a picture so that I knew who was coming to my home. He introduced himself and was very nice and professional. He didnt try to rush me or the job which was essentially free. He took the time to show me where my issues were on the camera and made sure to camera different pipes to make sure that we found all the troubled or damaged places. He then wrote up an estimate that was real reasonable for the work that needed to be done. After the appointment was done, a few days later, the company followed up to see how it was going and to see how the plumber did and if I was satisfied with the appointment. This whole experience was made a lot less stressful because I went with their company. I really feel that I would have had a worst experience if I had gone with any other company. From the phone call to the plumber that came out, they were professional and courteous to me, the customer. I am so glad I went with Trenchless Co. and highly recommend them to anyone for all your plumbing needs. Especially if you have to deal with house insurance to get the problem evaluated and fixed. Excellent customer service! Unfortunately they couldn’t clear my sewer line, however they didn’t charge me anything! Rotor rooter charged $300 and only tried snaking it for about 15min. Trenchless really worked on it for a good 45min-1hr. Then when they couldn’t clear it they offered hydro jetting it for 1/4 the price of roto rooter. Once again when unable to clear the line they charge us nothing! I couldn’t believe it! They are my go to service and recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

Called at 8:00 PM Friday Night..They had a tech here by 9:00 PM same night.
They rooter-ed my main line down my driveway, got the whole house flowing again, Video scoped the line and found my issue. Guaranteed it won't happen again for a year or they will come back out once for free. All that for $99 bucks!?!?!
My tech was Will, and he was AWESOME, I can clearly see why he has worked there for 7+ years!

We had a big leak from the city water main supply. The city had to shut the water off later in the afternoon. The technician was able to detect the leak using electronic device and repair the leak the next day. The technicians also took away all the trash from the yard and thoroughly clean the job site.

I called on a Saturday night, and someone actually answered the phone and scheduled me in for Sunday! They even honored a special price offer that is typically only given M-F 7am- 7pm. Pedro called and texted when he was 15 minutes away- the text even contained a profile of Pedro complete with a photo. He was polite, wore shoe covers and finished quickly. I definitely recommend them!

Had another plumber come out to clear a clogged line and he wanted $239. Told him to stick it in his ear. Called Trenchless Company and they cleared the line for $99 and that includes a one-year or one clog warranty. That's what I'm talking about!

The trenchless company is AMAZING! We called on a Sunday night at 9pm and pedro was at our home first thing Monday morning, 15 minutes early!!! Before pedro arrived we got a text with his picture and bio. We could also track him on the way to our house. Pedro was efficient, hardworking and honest. I will not use any other company!

Nicholas was the technician who came over to repair the problem in the bathroom. He was extremely efficient and fixed the problem.

The sewer was backing up from our cleanout. The plumber that came out (Jacob) was amazing. He was able to determine the clog was on the city side saving us hundreds of dollars. He even called the city out for us. Will be using for my plumbing needs in the future.

We had an issue that started with our shower not draining properly, where we had to pay another plumbing company several hundred dollars to just assess the situation. Trenchess was able to not only assess the situation without charging anything for the initial assessment but they actually figured out more accurately where the problem was in our pipes. We ended up having multiple breaks/holes in our pipes that unbeknownst to us was affecting our kitchen drain as well. In order to get access to the broken pipes, we had to open a hole in a hallway that requires breaking tile and concrete. They gave us one quote where they would do the concrete work and the pipe repair and another quote where they would just to the pipe repair. This allowed me to find another contractor to do the concrete and tile work which allowed me to save a little money. I appreciated that they gave me this option and I was impressed that they were able to pinpoint the problem area so accurately when a couple of other plumbers were not able to do so.

They did show a good attitude on finishing and follow through, but they needed to work harder on finishing in a timely manner.

Needing to install new sewer due to failed septic system. Company stated on site job could be done in 3-4 days. Going on 3 weeks and just get apologies but still not fixed.

Great service! My only complaint is that they did not make any effort to clean up the black stinky inklike sludge and it made my dog sick. This caused him to puke the stinky foul inklike goo on my furniture and carpet. Inklike sharpie black stench staining my stuff forever

I am not sure how this company has this high rating. 4.8!! gimme a break. They should go out of business for their utter negligence and irresponsibility. My wife called at 12:30pm they took all the info and scheduled her an appointment from 3-5 pm and they texted us an appointment confirmation. We had an emergency where water was backed up in the kitchen sink and bathroom. After freeing my afternoon waiting for their technician to show up, guess what! They never showed up!! We called back and they said they are coming for sure. Half an hour later! Nothing! Then they called and simply said they can't make it!! Just like that! When is the next appointment available we asked? 2 days later!! Wow! Total disgrace and no professionalism what so ever!!

I continue to use The Trenchless Co. twice yearly to router my main drain line. Fast & Friendly. We just keep extending the life of our 80 year old system. :)

Sewer was backing up on a Saturday morning . I asked a real estate agent what company she would recommend . She said trenchless. I called and Steve H. came a few hours after the call. He took care of the problem and showed me with the camera what caused it and what would be the best solution to prevent future similar problem. He gave me an estimate of the cost of the spot. I agreed with the estimate.
Less than 2 weeks later, Steve came back with Luis & Glen. He described what needed to be done and the team really delivered. They worked really hard to have everything completed in one day. They described and explained what they were doing . All my questions were answered .The work was performed according to what was promised.

They did a great professional job and were very responsive.

I had lots of questions of which all we’re answered and am now equipped to make an informed decision on what to do next. The crews were both professional and personable and I never felt pressured. We first had someone come check out what was wrong with the drain pipe and they couldn't figure it out. We saw a commercial from The Trenchless Co. and made an appointment. The worker that they sent was very helpful and professional! They were able to identify and fix the issue quickly. Would definitely recommend their service in need of plumbing!

We’ve used Trenchless before for clean-outs but never for a job of this magnitude. Altogether, we’re super happy that we decided to get a second opinion for our broken water line! After finding a bad leak in a very old water pipe in our backyard, we got an initial estimate from another contractor. Given the price they quoted, we thought it would be wise to get a second opinion. Trenchless has been at our house a few months prior for a clean-out, and the technician was very generous, as he didn’t charge as for the service (he determined we didn’t need a clean-out after putting a camera through the drainage system). We decided to call them out for an estimate. We had to turn off all of the water to our house, so the job was urgent, and a technician from Trenchless was able to come out very soon. Rahmein came out, spent time to walk through a few options, and then he shared an estimate a couple hours later. Trenchless ended up being substantially lower than the bid from the other contractor! For the repair, they not only capped the bad line but added about 120’ of new PVC water line and 3 new spigots to support our gardening irrigation. They completed the entire job in one day. We wouldn’t be happier with their service and to have water back on at our house. Thank you Trenchless!!!

Called about custom job not plumbing related but air conditioning related. Customer service rep researched what I needed done. She asked her team to see if they could accommodate me. Called me back and unfortunately she said she was not able to help me so she reached out to Max the owner who contacted me personally we discussed my vision, he understood what I was seeking but still was not able to help. I appreciated the follow through with their customer service rep. If I ever have a plumbing need I will not hesitate calling the trenchless company.

I had a full repipe of the original 70 year+ drain pipe from the house to the city sewer. Milton Lee was great to work with and Glenn (lead) more than met my expectations. They managed the repairs, repipe, city inspection and reconstruction of the deck that sat above the work area. Very happy!!
