The service I received from Abe Lincoln plumbing and Heating was great! I called them today. They were able to come out same day and Paul was able to diagnose the issue. And informed me the reasonable way to fix the problem.

Our hot water heater leaked and needed to be replaced. I wanted to make sure our new unit is Made in the USA - thankfully, Paul made a visit to my home on Super Bowl Sunday, assessed the issue and reassured me that they only installed American-made heaters (Bradford White); which is rare these days. Jeff D., our installer, came the following morning, on time, and replaced our old unit with a new one. Couldn’t be happier with their service, professionalism and cleanliness! Job well-done!

Paul, the owner and operator of Abe Lincoln plumbing is by far the best contractor I've ever had work at my home. He was punctual, thorough and communicated with me what my plumbing issues were. Paul and his employees were respectful of my home and time. I have a family of 5 with 3 kids under the age of 6 so when the plumbing completely stops working time is important and he had us back and running in 1 day, when he initially said it would take 2 days. To be clear we didnt have a simple clog,the main sewer pipe collapsed due to a root; needless to say it was not an easy job. He worked until 9:30 pm to beat the deadline he gave me in the initial estimate and he wouldn't take payment until the job is 100% complete and as I'm writing this I have still not paid him in full because the county has not come out to check the work. He is a perfectionist even if that means making a run to Home depot to buy a part at 8:45 pm; he simply won't do so so work. If you're like me and want to shake the hand of the man who owns the company working on your home and want the owner to be physically present through the duration of the job than Paul at Abe Lincoln plumbing is the guy you want. He's personable and manages expectations, he's not going to tell you the level of problem you have before he knows what he's actually dealing with AND his prices are fair.

Found and repaired a cracked underground gas line. Simplified the original design, resulting in less stress on the line that caused the crack in the first place. David and Collin represent the highest standard of professionalism. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied and were a pleasure to deal with. Great to see that exceptional service is still available. They seem to be in high demand for good reason. I was lucky to have them.

Paul showed up on a Sunday with short notice to clear our kitchen and laundry room drains. He did not require payment up front for the service call which would then be applied to the bill if we hired him like so many other companies quoted me. While not the cheapest, he also didn't bait us with a $77 special. Instead, he provided a free estimate and told us what he would recommend. We chose the full service including jet spraying the lines and camera in the pipe and we got to view the blockage. He even informed us of two bellies in our pipes which had never been discussed before even though this is not the first time these lines were blocked. We were impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and friendliness. We highly recommend them!

We called multiple plumbers for a clogged main line at 7:30p and Paul was the only one willing to help us the same night. He was at our house in less than an hour. We couldn't find the clean out in front of the house so he told us where to dig and said he would be back in the morning. We ended up finding it and Paul came back the same night to fix the clog. Great service! Will call Paul again for future issues.

They replaced my main water line valve and fixed a leaking pipe underneath my house. Service was outstanding, fast(came out the same day I called them, on a Sunday), and I couldn’t be happier. Plus, it is a local company.

Paul called back even after being booked for a whole week and made some time in the afternoon to come and fix our burst pipe allowing us to turn the water back on the whole house , even reduced the bill because i had dug the whole to locate the pipe, also took time to do a quick repair on a small leak he noticed on another pipe . our go to guys now

Jeff from Abe Lincoln Plumbing came out today to take a look at a leaky toilet. He was attentive to what I told him about the issue and took the time to explain things to me. He identified that our toilet was sitting high enough that it didn't actually touch the original wax ring, causing the leak, and was able to put in two rings to raise the seal up to meet the toilet and resolve the issue. It was excellent working with Jeff. I will definitely work with Abe Lincoln Plumbing again!

I've called Abe Lincoln twice for repairs. Once for a leaking laundry-faucet, and then for a clogged shower drain. I worked with Jeff both times (he was awesome), and I was really impressed how responsive and professional each step from scheduling, to the service was. This is a great company, and I will continue to work with Abe Lincoln for all (hopefully minimal) plumbing needs.

Paul was great. Very responsive came within a day of me calling to repair a leaky faucet. He not only repaired the faucet, but installed some other valves to make my toilets flush and fill faster to save water. Highly recommend!

Prompt, honest, and skilled service from Jeff Debora who came to repair my water heater. Only to discover parts were hard to come by and the maker was misleading with parts that weren’t needed.
So I decided to go with a American made water heater recommended by Jeff.
In my experience as a retired contractor this is a ongoing issue with foreign made products.
All was installed in short time to my satisfaction. And I plan to call on Abe Lincoln Pluming for all my future pluming needs.

David saved the day! Our water heater started leaking Sunday night and Abe Lincoln Plumbing was the only plumber able to make a house call that evening. David showed up within a 1/2 hour to diagnose the problem (old unit/cracked bottom), turn off the water heater, and help drain the unit. He returned within 48 hours to replace the old water heater and install the new one. David was prompt, professional, friendly, very knowledgeable, honest, and got the job done quickly. We would highly recommend Abe Lincoln Plumbing and Heating.

The standpipe connected to our washing machine overflowed and Paul came out to investigate the same day. He was prompt, honest, and professional. Before leaving, he ensured that everything was back in working order, which involved snaking an extra drain (a service Paul performed at no additional cost). The prices were fair and I will be calling him in the future for any plumbing needs.

This is hands down the best company I have ever dealt with. Paul and his team are honest, patient, kind, but most of all- the most competent plumbers I have ever seen. I called at 6:30am and they actually answered and were on-site within a short time. The pipe burst issue was complex difficult to reach. They spent extra time so they would not have to demolish my upstairs bathtub and did things the hard way by going through the ceiling. They went above an beyond the call of duty. Seriously, look no further if you have any plumbing needs. These guys rock.

Honest, knowledgable, and skilled! Paul came to fix our drainage sump that was installed by a different contractor, came up with a simple and effective solution, and got it done quickly. They were considerate of the neighbors, and kept the muddy mess neat and contained before thoroughly cleaning up after the job was done. The drain works properly now, and looks much better, too!

I called Paul at 9 and he and his coworker were able to get to my house by noon to unclog my garbage disposal. They were friendly, fast, and communicative.
