This is the best plumbing service we have ever received! We highly recommend to everyone :) Our water heater went out and they came and repaired it so quickly, then stayed to give us some input on other plumbing issues we will need to fix in the future. We will be calling them again!

This company installed a gas line from my service meter all the way into my kitchen. The plumber, Justice, was very knowledgeable and communicated with me on the progress of the job. He finished everything in a day and we were ready for inspection the very next day. These guys are quick, honest, and do the job right the first time. We passed inspection with no problems! Highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs. These guys can do it all. Glad I came across this company. Thank you Justice, Jose, and Grace for a pleasant experience!

This company is a joke. Do NOT hire them if you need something done promptly. I had to call the guy to remind him about my appointment, and he had totally forgotten and said he'd called me back. He never did.

The water heater was installed and so far it is working. Removing the door to fit the new water heater was done well. There were a couple issues though. The crawl space was left open outside and the screen door does not fit properly. The screen door sticks and is difficult to shut.

Mac and his assistant Hussein came ready to work! I could tell right away that Mac was professional, intuitive, and resourceful.

Mac explained what he was going to do to service our downstairs HVAC system. During his maintenance process he told us what he found, with pictures and videos as needed. Ours is an older unit which will probably be replaced in the next year or two. The two workers spent over two hours on the older system as well as checking on our four mini- splits upstairs.

I would request Mac for our next service call. He is respectful and helpful in weighing the pros and cons of the older HVAC.

Brian and Chris did a great job in servicing my plumbing issue. Brian and Chris were very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly plumbers. I like how they answered all my questions amd concerns. I appreciated the options they provided to me to fix my issue. Overall I would highly recommend them.

We researched 6 companies & interviewed 3 other companies that had good reviews & finally chose Huft to replace our Carrier 1 speed unit with a Bosch 3 Ton 18.5 SEER . Our house is a small 1 story house, circa 1975 & we ended up having some structural issues as well as issues with the unit itself. We got to know the Huft people really well over the time it took to resolve the issues with the BOSCH unit. Every step of the way Huft proved themselves to be dedicated, tenacious trouble shooters. Every single person we communicated with & came into contact with, was extremely invested, caring & kind. Communication was easy & every workman who came out was considerate & had a good attitude. If we had concerns, they addressed them. We met with a BOSCH representative & wasn't impressed as we did not feel he was much help at all. It didn't feel like BOSCH was quick to give Huft all the information that they could have right from the start-which caused a long delay in the final resolution. It's never great to have issues with a new installation, but when it comes down to it, you want someone who will stand by thier promises & not give you grief over how much time & effort it takes & we really feel that it's obvious that Huft strives to be a company of integrity.

I did not use them but they have the coolest name for a plumbing business. If I ever need a plumber, I will call Mario Bros!

Our sewer line collapsed. Our neighbor, who had used Jeff's Plumbing several times, contacted them. They came the same day for an estimate and began work the next day. The workers were friendly, conscientious, came when they said they would (every day of the 4 days the job took), managed to save all the small trees that were near the sewer line, cleaned the site every day, especially our neighbor's driveway. Jeff's does open replacement, not trenchless. We feel the open replacement has better results in the long run. It was necessary to tunnel under a large tree and Jeff's had to call another company to do that, which resulted in a one day delay. We were billed the bid price, despite the need to call the other company. We are very satisfied in every respect with the work Jeff's Plumbing did. I notice that the poor reviews had poor interactions with the owner and our friend confirmed that he is gruff to deal with. While we didn't deal with him ourselves I feel it is worth putting up with his gruffness because of the excellent work the company does.

I recommend using this company only if you have a contract signed by all parties.

Full disclosure: I took the owner's word with a verbal contract, only to have disputes about change orders after they were done. I would not have agreed with them if I knew that the final cost would be what they are currently asking for. Learn from my mistake and demand a contract and all change orders in writing before they do it! We will be going to court over this matter.

This was our second project with ARS. The first project had no issues but we had an executed contract and change order. The work was good.
