Highly knowledgeable staff definitely recommend them to my family and friends

When I called them they told me there is a 90$ diagnostic charge and I agreed to that ! Later I found out they charged me $197 without my knowledge ! These people are very deseptive and dishonest! I wouldn't recommend this company!
In my opinion they are literally thieves!

Hire them at your own risk. Recently I had a plumbing issue at my house. They promote themselves as professionals who offer free estimates. What a lie. They charged me a whooping $250.00 to diagnose a problem I already told them I knew the origin. They promote themselves as general contractors. After they cut opened my ceiling, they said they'd refer someone to come finish up the work since I had water damage. These people never referred anyone, neither did they call me. They are extremely expensive as compared to others. Never again!

Incompetent driver, I assume they're a bad plumber.

It has now taken two years for Jeff's Plumbing to fix leaks in my condos. Not the best plumber's.

( Nov 7th 2019 ) I called Jeff's late in the day and the office was already closed but the lady (Sarita...hope i spelled it right) called me from the road and heard the panic in my voice and ensured me that someone would be by no matter how late in the evening it was just to let me know what was going on as it was one of my rental properties and I live out of state. From the initial call to the office to end of the repair these guys ( and ladies ) were beyond magnificent and I will definitely be using them for ALL of my rental properties throughout Sacramento, Woodland and Folsom. Sarita kept in constant contact letting me know everything that was going on and Corey called me to tell me how the repair was going to be done and he was very thorough and cleaned up the area nicely when the job was completed. They kept me from taking a midnight flight home on the 1st day of my vacation with family to oversee a catastrophic dilemma. Sarita sent me pictures of the work being done and Corey worked very efficiently and even checked in with the neighbors who were also affected and cleaned the mess left in their unit as well. This was the most professional, efficient and courteous plumbing staff I have ever encountered in all of my years of owning properties and dealing with these types of issues. This will be my go to company for as long as I have property in the areas they service. Thank you Jeff's.

We've used their services es on two occasions a d have been so pleased with the work. The staff is quickly responsive a d very polite a d professional. Definitely recommend.

Our sewer line collapsed. Our neighbor, who had used Jeff's Plumbing several times, contacted them. They came the same day for an estimate and began work the next day. The workers were friendly, conscientious, came when they said they would (every day of the 4 days the job took), managed to save all the small trees that were near the sewer line, cleaned the site every day, especially our neighbor's driveway. Jeff's does open replacement, not trenchless. We feel the open replacement has better results in the long run. It was necessary to tunnel under a large tree and Jeff's had to call another company to do that, which resulted in a one day delay. We were billed the bid price, despite the need to call the other company. We are very satisfied in every respect with the work Jeff's Plumbing did. I notice that the poor reviews had poor interactions with the owner and our friend confirmed that he is gruff to deal with. While we didn't deal with him ourselves I feel it is worth putting up with his gruffness because of the excellent work the company does.

Agree with the person about being Unprofessional and Rude!! Call to get a quote, without looking or knowing what the project was he simply said nope not interested. Well good luck.

He is a joke. He is overpriced. Not knowledgeable like he thinks he is. He talks disrespectfully about other plumbers work in front of customers (me). That is unprofessional. I do not Recommend him at all. Scammer. Thief. Bad manners. Rude. That about sums it up. Water heater went out after a couple weeks. I called someone else who is actually knowledgeable to fix it this time.

This man is by far the RUDEST businessman (used loosely) that I have EVER encountered. I can't believe the business is operational

Today's experience...first of all they were prompt with a callback and someone came right out to give an estimate. After recieving an estimate for $745 to turn a gas pipe 180 degrees the homeowner balked. Went and got $20 worth of parts and a $20 wrench and completed the project in an hour...we had to turn off the gas and the estimate actually said that it was extra to relight the pilot light on the hot water heater...buyer beware

I called Jeff's Plumbing to have someone come out and give me an estimate for a gas line. I was rudely asked how many estimates I was going to get. We scheduled for a service member to contact me when they were in my area the next day to obtain an estimate. I recieved no call the next day.

This company is amazing. Their response is fast and their guys are so kind and friendly. There prices are good too. I would highly recommend them.

Called about an exterior leak, they went into my neighbors home, failed to find the leak, said nothing to me. when I called to find out what was going on and hopefully get this leak actually looked at I was yelled at and hung up on. very poor customer service. the technician who did come out was excellent and fixed the issue quickly and easily.

Called Jeff’s Plumbing to come out to replace our water heater that was leaking and causing my carpet to get soggy - 3 days before Thanksgiving. They came out immediately, replaced my water heater and while they were here had them replace our kitchen faucet that was leaking. Tom did an excellent job replacing the water heater and faucet all in one day - excellent service- excellent product - and excellent people to work with and did all the work for a very reasonable price! Thank you for helping to get us back up and running with hot water and no more leaking faucet!

I used Jeff's Plumbing for years as a manager of many properties throughout Sacramento. I was always pleased with the quality of work, the professionalism and the cost of the repairs. Jeff and his staff were always understanding, compassionate and performed their duties quickly and cleaned up completely after every job. Jeff, thanks again for all that you did for me while I was an HOA manager. Keep up the great work!!!

I had an under the slab leak in my apartment building. I liked that when I called, Jeff answered, not an answering service or voicemail system. I was able to describe problem, and he gave me solutions to try to fix the problem before he came out. I was impressed he did that when others I called just said they would come out for a fee and give an estimate. When he did the work, it was quickly and professionally done. He even had his crew help this elderly couple replace their furniture.

In the end, the cost of the whole service was less than his estimate. How often does that happen!

Hope I don't, but I will definitely call Jeff's Plumbing, Inc if I ever have a need again!!!

Our HOA called because we had a major leak. Just wanted to say thank you to Adam with Jeff’s Plumbing. I am very impressed that Adam not only fixed the leak but he swept the area clean and washed away the mud on the sidewalk. He was professional and very pleasant.
We need to add this company to the list of companies to call recommend by an owner here.

This guy is full of what’s clog in my toilet I gave him a call to see if he could come unclog my toilet his reply was at 10Pm at night come on man…. Why have your hours set on here for 24 hours service DONT WASTE YOUR TIME CALLING THIS GUY

July 2018 In my opinion, the most unprofessional company I have ever experienced! Stay Away! I am a tenant in a house and the landlord contracted with Jeff's Plumbing to complete bathroom plumbing and to remove an old solar water heater system on the roof. After they completed the work, the main technician said they will complete a clean up and that everything was fixed. Guess What? They broke the solar water heater system glass panel in the front yard (thousand and thousands of pieces of safety glass) and LEFT IT FOR ME TO CLEAN UP. Most companies would have put a tarp down to collect the broken glass. Also, there was insulation everywhere from the removed system too. In addition, they left a shower door, framing for the shower door and brand new plumbing parts in the house. Would a good company leave a massive mess for someone else to clean up? This is what you can expect from Jeff's Plumbing! I called their office and immediately complained. They sent a worker to clean up the mess and the first thing he asked me for was a garbage bag. He said he forgot to put items to clean up in his truck. Was he coming to a pool party? He was here for an hour and left without cleaning up the glass. Then the main technician came the following day to vacuum up the glass. He had to go to home depot to get a broom and items for the clean up (guess he was also here for a pool party). When he said he was finished, I could still pick up glass in the yard (a lot is still there) but I told him to just go out of complete frustration. The list goes on with Jeff's company and my suggestion is to never use them. Also, in my experience, they are VERY, VERY RUDE! Stay Away!

They do not communicate well. They needed me to do somethings but had no one call to discuss the work or when they would be onsite. They turned off water without telling me even though it was an emergency they never called to tell me WHY it was turned off. They have taken OVER 4 weeks to make a repair. I haven't had a walkway in that time and haven't been able to be in the garage for way over a week. I work in property management and will NEVER use them for any of my buildings.

We had such a great experience with Jeff's plumbing. Syreeta was excellent with customer service and making sure that we're taking care of as quickly as possible. Adam, Corey, Calvin and Vince were awesome also. It was a big job and they did a fantastic job in making it less stressful! They identify the issue immediately. They were assuring and were trustworthy! There was a tree root that grew over years and broke a pipe which led to us not being able to use our ONLY bathroom without overflowing! Unfortunately this job was not able to be done from the outside so they had to go inside the room to do it!

Thank you guys so so much for everything. I would definitely use them again!

Nothing but a bunch a thieves working here, especially Jefferey. If that's even his real name.

I have used Jeff's Plumbing on four occasions, for my rentals and my own home. They respond quickly (sometimes in less than an hour), courteously, and have never failed to identify the problem. Most recently, they solved a water pressure issue that had beaten two other plumbers.

If there were more stars, I would give them. Since there aren't, I will simply say that I recommend them highly.
