Plumbing Solutions has been our go to for years. Mike is very responsive and has always helped us out, even the night before Thanksgiving one year. Jesse was excellent with his repair work yesterday. He was on time, quickly and correctly identified the problem, had to go across town for a part but returned same day to fix it, and our shower is no longer causing the pipes to knock and works great! Highly recommend for all plumbing issues.

Highly recommend Sacramento Plumbing Solutions! We had a slab leak in our 40 y.o. house and had to re-pipe our plumbing system to include 2 bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room . Justice and Jesse are an incredible duo. They are hard workers who are efficient and left our house clean every day. The City of West Sacramento inspectors were highly impressed with their repiping and installation of the Type M copper pipes. They also provide a 5 year warranty on pipe replacement.

Also, I can't forget Grace! Communication was above and beyond expectations! The job wouldn't have gone so smoothly without her. She started the process for our permit the moment we accepted their help. She even communicated with the City of West Sacramento to set up our appointments for post-work inspections. When the inspectors didn't have a ladder to perform their inspection, Justice came all the way from El Dorado Hills to provide us one!

Sacramento Plumbing Solutions recently finished re-piping our entire house, both sewer and water. They were easy to work with and did an excellent job. We have an older house with several issues that no doubt caused them to spend more time than planned but they never complained. We also requested copper pipes, which required a lot of soldering and custom connections. We had many questions along the way that Mike always handled patiently and thoroughly. Justice and Anthony were also terrific.

Sacramento Plumbing Solutions also coordinated the city inspection process (we passed) and have been back a few times to tie up loose ends after wall and tile repairs were completed. They cleaned up at the end of each day and respected our request to wear masks while inside. Grace, who handled billing and some of the scheduling from their office, was also great to work with.

I recommend them without hesitation!

I called in the evening and was scheduled for a visit the following day. I had a gas leak that needed to be detected and repaired. Jesse provided a thorough inspection and explanation and was able to complete repairs the same day. Pricing was fair and reasonable. Definitely recommend using this company for your plumbing needs.

This company installed a gas line from my service meter all the way into my kitchen. The plumber, Justice, was very knowledgeable and communicated with me on the progress of the job. He finished everything in a day and we were ready for inspection the very next day. These guys are quick, honest, and do the job right the first time. We passed inspection with no problems! I am very impressed by the work received from Sacramento Plumbing Solutions. I just moved in and Mike spent practically the whole day here fixing leaks. The worst one was under the house and he had to keep climbing under there to get it fixed. There were no shortcuts taken and he's obviously a perfectionist. Another plus is that everyone I have dealt with there, has been really nice and easy to communicate with.

On a Friday afternoon at 4:00 we discovered a water leak by our main. We called the water district to shut off the water and then Sac Plumbing. Jose was out Saturday morning to access the issue and provide an estimate. Jose and Anthony worked until 9:00pm to ensure we had water for our Sunday holiday gathering. They saved the day! They were completely professional, keeping us updated with the issues they were finding. Sac Plumbing will always be our go to for plumbing. Great job!

Showed up on time, the technician that came was Jesse and he was professional and respectful. The price was reasonable. We've had a few other technicians in the past, but no one was better than Jesse.

This company did not hesitate to send a repair person for an estimate and the next day with proper parts he cane back and the bath/shower was repaired and my water back on.

I’ve used them for most all my plumbing needs. They always get the job done. They are great people.

I called at 2 pm on Monday for a crack in the toilet tank. Michael said he could have someone there between 4:30 and 6:30. At 5 pm Justice called and the toilet needed replacement. He left text at 7 pm with a photo of installed toilet.

This was in a tenant occupied 2 bed 1 bath unit. It was urgent and Plumbing solutions did it!!! And did it well. Thank you.

We couldn't be happier with the service we received from Sacramento Plumbing Solutions! When I called about our sump pump not working, Mike came out the next morning, crawled under our house, and let us know exactly what was wrong and what it would take to fix it. The very next day, Mike & Anthony worked all day to install the new pump. As with any older house, there's always an issue and they ended up having to jackhammer some cement to install the new sump pump basin. They didn't stop work until 9pm when they finished! And, they didn't charge us any extra for the extra work! Both Mike and Anthony were super nice, professional, and dedicated. We are super happy!

I've been using them since March 2021 and they have consistently been awesome! They stand by their work and they are VERY thorough, double and triple checking their work before they're done. And they're fast too! They respond right away and I've always been able to get things fixed right away. I won't use anyone else, they're the best.

Jose came out for a routine flush of my tankless water heater and a rather stubborn clogged pipe in the bathtub. He was incredibly nice, extremely thorough (it was a tough clog!), and very efficient. All is well, and I have a new go-to for my plumbing needs. Thank you!

My family and I lost our home to an electrical fire and have been in the process of rebuilding. Mike was a breath of fresh air. Finally someone who returns your call, shows up as discussed and is absolutely competitive in his pricing. They installed completely new copper plumbing throughout our home, drains, vents, all of it (he's also the only plumber that I had met with that didn't flinch when I said I didn't want pex ,especially since the house is gutted and accessible in all areas). Mike and his crew's work was absolutely impeccable, tight clean runs etc. An absolute pleasure to find someone that obviously takes pride in their workmanship. Scheduled an appointment for getting an estimate for repairing sprinklers based on good reviews , the technician (Jesse Vasquez) apparently went to the neighbor's house cross the street (by mistake as they claim), and after he found out that he is in the wrong address, did not correct himself to come to our house as by accident the neighbor had some projects for them to do and the guy started working there and totally ignored his appointment with us (paid job in the neighbors versus appointment with us to provide an estimate)! When I called the owner (Mike) and explained the situation, found that he is well aware of what happened and instead of offering apology or correcting the mistake by sending the technician to the appointment started laughing !
Later, Mike contacted me and apologized AFTER he saw the negative review here. He asked me to remove the negative review multiple times and informed me that he will do anything to compensate if I remove this negative review!

I can't say enough nice things about Sac Plumbing Solutions - specifically Justice and Mike. I called Mike really late in the afternoon with a water heater problem and he was able to send Justice the same day which I wasn't expecting. Justice is a true professional and he does clean and efficient work. Instead of trying to sell me a new water heater he suggested replacing a part and a deep cleaning which should get me another 8 years of use out of my existing unit. The fix worked and within a few hours of calling in I had hot water again. I've already decided that when this unit goes out I will be in touch with Sac Plumbing Solutions to get a tankless unit installed.

We hired Sacramento Plumbing Solutions to do a repipe of our house, and they did an incredible job. From the bid process, through the actual repipe, to inspection, and clean up, they were professional and easy to work with. Mike, the owner came out to our house and gave us a competitive bid. He was one of the few plumbers willing to work within our schedule, and once we agreed on a time frame, he went above and beyond to meet make sure the project finished within our agreed upon window. The project was a major undertaking and took nearly a week to complete. Throughout that time, Mike stayed late and arrived early. As a result, he finished a day earlier than expected! He knew we wanted the work finished as soon as possible, and that we had other contractors that would follow him up to close all the walls, texture and paint. The final night he finished around 10pm and then stayed another hour cleaning up! I thought he might send other employees to do the work and stop by occasionally to oversee the work. Instead, he did all of the work himself with the support of just one other plumber. Mike is friendly, easy to work with and has an incredible work ethic. Sacramento Plumbing Solutions is by far the best plumbing company, I've worked with in my life. I've programed Mike's number into my phone and will certainly reach out to him for all our future plumbing needs!
