Best Heating Installation in Reno NV

We have had our new Bryant heater /air conditioner for four weeks and all we can say is wow! Our upstairs has never been as cool as the downstairs until we had this amazing Zone system installed by 4 Seasons Heating and Cooling. They removed our 26-year-old units and replace them with our new ones in just one day. Coming home to a nice cool house during this hot weather has been wonderful. Thank you Mike

We had some water damage and mold in our garage that extended behind our HVAC unit. In order for it to be cleaned up, the entire unit had to be moved. The insurance had Michael's Plumbing Heating & Air come out and do the work. When they put it back after the mold was cleaned up, they re-wrapped the duct work, re-insulated it and analyzed everything to make sure it was all properly working. Alex and the other technicians were extremely professional and friendly and did an excellent job explaining the work and getting things back up and running.

I feel so lucky to have found Mr. Don Weston. I needed to change out my kitchen faucet. He was the first to respond. He is amazingly communicative and flexible: answers texts, calls, and emails in a timely fashion; has excellent availability/lead time; sent me photos of his work; is personable and warm; is willing to actually talk about his findings and be instructive on how to use my new fixture and things to look out for in the first days after installation (vs some professionals who come and go and don’t want to communicate beyond a sentence on the invoice). His rates are extremely reasonable. I feel confident he will stand by his work and respond to me as needed. He is trustworthy, let himself in and locked up behind himself. Mine was a smaller job and he treated it with the same care and priority as a big one. Really grateful to have found such a consummate professional. Wow most expensive plumbing company I've worked with. But service is nice and professional just prices are way high.

This is the second time I have called Home Energy Experts. The first time was for new air conditioning 2 summers ago and this time for a furnace. I love the service club membership as I feel that not only is it the best deal out there, but it also makes me keep up on the maintence of equipment that lets face it can be rather expensive. I am super appreciative of the installers who took so much time to explain everything so thoroughly. If you are in the market for anything regarding heating and air I would give these guys a call for Top notch professional service.

Great service

Very disappointed with Best. In 2011, Joe was the only plumber and was on fire to grow his 3 year old business. Now, he will not respond to a request about the descaling shutoff valves on the Rinnai he installed in 2011 so I can descale the unit. He never left instructions this needs to be done once a year along with replacing the water filter. (The unit is still working fine, but has never been serviced!). The lady in the office said they will NOT rpt NOT service this unit since it has been 11 years! (I know a much better company than Best that will descale the unit, but I am capable.)
When Joe removed the 90 gallon water heater it had water hammer suppressors on the hot and cold water lines. I asked about replacing these. His response “don’t worry about it”. I lived with water hammer for about 8 years and finally called him. He and 2 of his crew came to my house and put in a pressure regulating valve to reduce the water pressure. Now we all know this is not going to stop the water hammer, so they entered the crawl space and hammered the nails holding the pipe clamps. Joe pointed to the intake water line for the 3M water filter. More on this later. They did the attaboys and left, but I still had water hammering. Not good for washing machines, dishwashers and toilets.
So I called Jet plumbing and they came out right away and installed an expansion tank in the line before the 3M water filter where Joe had been pointing and voila, no more water hammer. It cost less than $300.
Thanks for nothing, Joe. I will figure out the descaling ports for my Rinnai.

I was in need of a fast furnace repair during an unexpected cold spell from our wonderful Nevada unpredictable weather. Our family was cold and we couldn't get our furnace running no matter what we did. Bob at Lamb's Heating was courteous, informative and had our home warm and cozy faster than I could get anyone else out here. I worked for a Heating & Air company for 8 years in the past, so I know what a good service tech is all about. I later referred this company to a friend who got an incredible install as well. Do yourself a favor and give these guys a call next time you need service and / or installation needs. Bravo!
