Wonderful experience. I was told how to shut off the leaking water heater over the phone. The plumbers arrived early to fix and weld the pipe and found a second leak in the process of fixing the first. Polite, efficient, and they got the job done right. Highly recommend.

I needed them on a Saturday, I called and it so happens that he was down the street! The technician found the problem right away and was gone within an hr.

Gave me the run around with a SIMPLE question. Never got an answer. Called another plumbing company answered with 1 minute of my call. Please be more educated on your policies and how things work.

Mr. Rooter's technician came as quickly as he could to answer our broken pipe emergency on a Saturday evening. He used his knowledge to address our unusual emergency and was able to stop the water from gushing into the house. His calm professionalism and plumbing expertise help to save the day.

We had a sink that had a slow drain & backed up sometimes for way too long, Drano never worked ! We finally called Mr. Rooter & they sent technician Richi out the next morning & he had it all fixed in less than one hour ! Drain works perfect now & the water pressure is much better too at that bathroom sink. This company is awesome. And Chad is the best.

Called to speak with a manager. It felt like I was dueling with the women on the other end of the phone. I never really found out if it was the manger, operations manger, receptionists or a stranger who happened to pick up the phone... What a joke. And very unprofessional. If you don't understand your title, please allow someone else to answer your phones. Needless to say after going round and round with it a simple answer to a simple question I hung up and called someone else.

I had a lot of plumbing issues at my house. Mr. Rooter took care of all repairs and replacements.

Mike the plumber did everything I did plus and then went above and beyond the standard, best part, he showed up earlier than what dispatcher had stated, I was very pleased with his dedication, this job was enormous compared to your standard service job. This is the most serious statement ever made by me.

To say I was pleased with the service I received from Mr Rooter, would be an understatement. We had a leaking main valve outside our house. It was causing some pretty substantial pooling/flooding in front of our house.

I called Mr Rooter that afternoon and they had two guys show up within 2 hours of the call. The guys were super nice and professional. I showed them where I found the leaking valve and where the water was coming up and pooling. The water was also running into the street. I had to shut the water off to the house for the night.

It was already late that day so they said they would be coming back. They provided me with a quote and stated they would be back soon. The next morning at 7am sharp, I received a call from (the owner I believe). He said they would be coming out ASAP.

The same 2 guys from the previous day arrived just after 8am and got to work. They were very nice and professional and told us every time they would be leaving to get a part and explained our costs thoroughly.

The Mr Rooter guys worked at our house for over 9 hours and got the job done. The price was fair and they were very efficient.

I got a call from the owner afterwards and he asked if I had any questions and explained everything in detail. If you are looking for any sort of plumbing needs, use Mr Rooter!!!

Mr. Rooter plumbing was great! I called because there was a clog somewhere in my kitchen sink pipe which caused dirty water to flood all over my kitchen floor. I was worried because I was leaving on vacation the following morning. I called them, explained my situation and they were able to get someone to my house in an hour. The tech who showed up was extremely professional and helpful. He ended up snaking the pipe and cleared the clog! All in all, the service was excellent and affordable. Thank you Mr. Rooter for relieving this stress!

I had an emergency break in a hose bib line that flooded my whole basement. Eric came out to my home to fix the broken pipe the same day I called him. He waited for me until I got off of work. It was late in the evening and he diagnosed where the break was immediately. He was very professional and tidy. He cleaned everything up after the fix perfectly. He was very empathetic with my whole emergency situation. I definitely would use them again!

Not only did Mr. Rooter have a fast response time, but Richie (service technician) took the time to assess the problem, explain everything to me as he went along, and went above & beyond unclogging my drain. Instead of charging me for simply running a drain snake (as some other companies had quoted) he was able to replace some bad pipe and completely solve what had been an ongoing problem.

Our toilets were backed up on Sunday morning, and I reached out to Mr. Rooter for help. Within hours they were at my house and resolved the problem.

I ask for an estimate. The Rep showed up on time. Took a look and began removing some parts. He told me what the problem was and the next thing I knew he presented me with a bill for $350 for twenty-five minutes of work, a rate of over $700/hour. I refused to pay such an outrageous amount. He reluctantly reduced the bill to $250. Earlier I had received a bid for $191.00. Even though the work solved my problem I will never use this service again.

I posted a need. Joshua from Mr rooter responded and came out quickly on Saturday morning. Did a great 👍 job. I appreciate good quick service. Thanks ☺️

Rich Jolly was awesome! He was professional, informative, patient with all of my questions, and did an A+ job installing my water heater! I recommend him to anyone who needs any kind of plumbing work! He never pressured me, got it done in a timely manner, and cleaned up after the work was done. Chad came out twice for a drain issue in a shower. He was on time, very professional, very friendly, resolved the issues and discussed prevention to avoid future issues, and did so within our budget. We highly recommend Mr Rooter and would use their services again.

Called mr rooter for a leak. I didn't know where it was coming from, but they said they did. They replaced a pipe in a bathroom sink.

It wasn't where the leak was coming from.

I called and explained the predicament and was told I would be called back, instead, guy showed up unannounced the next morning. He searched for the leak for a bit, then told me I'd have to get another company to come out and do work before they could fix my leak.

That company contacted me and explained that the work would need to be done before they could affect repairs, which made sense.

Mr rooter called a few days later and said they were sorry for the breakdown in communication and that they and the other company would call me the next day at 8am to work out a strategy.

The other company called at 10:30.

Admittedly I was short with them when they kept saying they just wanted to help several times, I replied they weren't helping me, I was attempting to pay them to do a job.

I haven't heard from either since.

Im out $300 and three weeks so far. My wall is still leaking.

I have called these guys twice and I am extremely happy with the service.
The prices are very good. I was worried at first that they would charge a fortune but they did not. The people they sent were very professional. I am a customer for life and very happy with them!

Crappy service was told someone would be here from 9-11 it’s now 11:45 and still haven’t seen or heard from anyone, wasted my morning.....

Chad and his team at Mr. Rooter plumbing were amazing. We just purchased our first house, and as soon as we moved in, sewage started leaking under the house. Chad was very frank from the beginning about all of the plumbing issues we had, and did a great job advising the best solutions, while keeping cost in mind. They documented everything and kept us in the loop the entire time. They worked extremely fast and did the best they could to get us back up and running as quickly as possible. We still have more plumbing issues to take care of with the main sewer line, but we started replacing the plumbing under the house first. As soon as we start the main line work, I will definitely be calling Mr. Rooter.

Mr Rooter was absolutely fantastic. Chad completely took care of us when our main water line had a puncture and needed to be replaced. I 100% recommend using and going through Mr. Rooter.

The worst company I've EVER had to deal with. The self-proclaimed manager, Chad, needs to be fired! He represents your company so well. He did the work and never cleared the clog he was hired to clear. He did replace all my pvc because he says it was out of code. I wasn't selling the house. He wasn't here for that. My drains gave steal covers in them so nothing can go down them. Blockage is not in those pipes and has never been unclogged. Sink still clogs and charged me over $350 for nothing. Scam artists!!
*Update: Easy Rooter Plumbing cleared my pipe with a snake for $95.

They came promptly, were professional, did the job. Can't ask for more. I can't comment on the price - I know little about what such services should cost but it seemed fair.

The amount of work that they accomplished in 2 days replacing my water line was incredible. They made it just in time before the city started to work on the sidewalks that would have covered the water main.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! NOT RECOMMENDED!!! On Friday, May 3rd, 2019 Mr Rooter was hired to completely change out all of the plumbing under our 50 year old house. We were advised it would take 2 days. On Monday, May 7th, Richard showed up at 11:00 and was here until 12:00, then arrived at 1:50 and left at 5:15 for a total of 4.5 hours. On Tuesday, May 8th, Richard arrived at 9:40 and left at 12:10, then arrived at 1:30 and left at 6:30 requesting full payment, plus Richard demanded $200 cash, but could not produce any receipts for the extra cash. The work was checked on Wednesday, May 9th and was found to be of very poor quality and only half done. A stop payment was issued on the check until the work could be done properly and the manager was contacted. The manager, Mark and Richard both met here at 12:30 on Thursday, May 9th for a short time and then left again. Richard came back at 2:30 and left again at 4:30 for a total of 2 hours, but the job still was not done correctly. On Friday, May 10th, Richard showed up again about 12:30 for a couple of hours, but the job still was not done correctly. On May 28th, Mike showed up around 11:30 and left about 1 pm with the job finally finished and the check for payment was released. It was an easy job with two straight runs of pipe that could have been completely replaced properly in about 12 hours as we were quoted by two other companies. The entrance was dug out a great deal in advance for easy access to and from the under side of the house. Why was it so quiet during the majority of the time Richard was under the house, when every noise made under the house by anyone else can be heard. Clearly it did not need to take a legitimate company 3 weeks to do the work!!! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!

Arrived on time bringing along the proper equipment to do the job. Hydrojetting of clogged line in a crawl space wasn't the most pleasant job but Ritchi worked hard at it until he got it reopened and cleaned out. We especially appreciated his willingness to educate us as to what the problem was, what caused it, and how to prevent it in the future.

They cleared my sewer line

I am currently in the middle of house repairs due to water damage from our water heater but so far we are beyond satisfied with Chad, He is the Field Manager of Mr. Rooter and he has been professional and proficient explaining in detail our issues/damages going out of his way to ensure everything is dealt with correctly and timely. Even as to return after 9pm to continue his work and to return mid day another time just to check a slight leak making sure there's no more damage being done while we wait for our restoration team to attend to all of our water damage.

I had a very positive experience. I called and voiced a complaint regarding something that was never brought up before even though previous plumbers from Mr Rooter were under the house (a few years ago). The manager, Chad, came out to look at Everything that had been done over the past few years by them, and is fixing anything that was not done correctly, or up to his standards. I recommend Mr. Rooter to everyone. Chad is really great to work with and make sure the job is done and done right, and is completely honest with how things work.

-Update: They worked pretty much all day yesterday to finish what is hopefully the last thing needed to be done. Luckily the weather was nice, but the water they were working with definitely wasn't.

I continue to recommend Mr. Rooter to everyone when they ask for a plumber. Very happy customer.

Prompt service, reasonable price

The lady we talked to was very rude very short said she would call back never did, the guy that did the septic was nice they were late though and they came on a Thursday and didn't process my payment I had to call and pressure them to process my payment which they did on a Monday after I called them Friday to ask ,they did not ,I called them Saturday said they couldn't do, it very unprofessional, won't be going to them again

My parents are seniors they can’t out charged them $60 and left the toilet not working. Do not call them reported them to the BBB.

Chad was quick to respond, find the problem and provide immediate help. He followed up with a plan and estimate. Unfortunately for him, our house was still under the home warranty and we had to use one of their venders who fixed the leaky pipe, but did not address the bigger problem.

Your plumber, Chad was very professional and knowledgeable. He is a great asset to your company. Whenever we need service again we will certainly call on Chad.

Excellent service! We needed a plumber on a weekend. Chad was here within 2hrs. He had the toilet fixed and educated the user within 1 hr. I will definitely call Mr Rooter next time I need plumbing work done.

Called this place tonight to do a job, my shower was broken. They said they would get someone out here, I waited an hour for a call back, called them back they said we will get someone to call you soon I got a call then waited three more hours and no one came. Called them back told them to not come I had to figure out where my water shut off was myself and turn it off. I would not recommend this place to anyone! 24 hours means anytime people don’t advertise if your not going to honor the schedule. Update to this review the manager called came and did the work and charged me half off of the bill I gave a three star because of the trouble

Mr. Rooter installed two faucets, The plumbers were very courteous and explained their work as they went along. The work was done efficiently and quickly.

We called quite a few plumbers and Joshua from Mr. Rooter came over with in the hour of my phone call, to try and unclog my septic pipe. I was very happy with the service he provided. He was very professional the whole time he was at my home,even when the job took longer than what was planned,

Very fast to respond both by phone and showing up at the door. Service was done professionally and pricing was better then the competition. Over all a great experience as far as clogs can go.

I needed a complete bathroom gut and re-do, including plumbing for a utility sink, washing machine, and kitchen sink in a commercial space in Stateline. Richie and Jacob arrived on time, worked quick and professionally to get the job done. They even came back the same day when I noticed a leak. I wouldn't consider anyone else for my plumbing needs, at my shop or in my home.

I had a very good experience with Chad and crew. I had what turned out to be a major leak and he took care of everything. Got me in touch with the water mitigation company and handled the repairs professionally.

This company is a franchise. I called the number advertised on yelp and the operator was very nice and schedule me between 8 and 12 a day or two latter for a non emergency drain clog in three outside drains at an office building. That day I waited all morning for a call that never came. 11:50am I finally called and asked if they were still coming. The owner of this franchise told me that he never got the call or appointment and apologized for wasting my time. He said he could send someone out that afternoon if they could work it in or he would call me back to tell me when they could see me the next day or so. I never received a call back. A week later I called Easy Rooter and made an appointment with them. My time is valuable. I saw someone else gave them three stars for the same problem. I think it deserves a one star. Huge failure in management of their calendar by the franchise and the owner. Don’t waste your time.

Do not use!! Called and booked an appointment days out. Then no one came and I couldn’t get ahold of anyone until the next afternoon. Not only did they waste half my week but I couldn’t use any of my drains. Called another company out and they took care of me that day! Very disappointed and very unprofessional.

The worst! I told my tenent to call Easy Rooter and they mistakenly called Mr Rooter. I was charged 2 1/2 times more than Easy Rooter charged me for the same service. Then the next day i had to call them back and redo the job. Bad work, horrible price an all around terrible experience.

Polite. Trustful. Component. Repaired 130 feet of water main. About 20 hours to excavate, replace, and cover the main, plus another 4 hours to level the yard where they had to excavate. Typically 3 staff on site. Responded within about 2 hours of the call.

Waited 5 hrs for a call back with an eta. Called every hour to check on the status. Not until the last call did they inform me no one was going to show up...so much for 24hr service

These guys are awesome period! Chad came out the same day and fixed sewer problem in a little over an hour. Another local plumber I hired last week was unable to fix it at all. Chad charged me half of the price to fix it as the other company quoted just to inspect it. Don’t waste your time with other plumbers. Mr. Rooter is the best.

Richi the plumber was excellent. He did a great job clearing the drain in my bathroom and installing a new faucet in my kitchen. He pointed out and took a picture some dry rot that had occurred from my old faucet as well. His service and attitude was beyond my expectations. Thank you Mr. Rooter and Richi for all you do.

Mr. Rooter came to fix a drip in my shower. They charged A LOT of money. After they left, the shower was still dripping. BC they knew they couldn't fix it they did refund my money. These guys may be able to unclog a drain but I would get some other prices. They are very expensive and knowledge is limited.

Reply: Your office did not call me at all. I emailed three times and called twice before I finally got a call back. Your Master plumber was not able to fix a shower drip, which is what I instructed him to do. I couldn't tell him to replace a cartridge as I don't even know what that is. However, my son (who is not a plumber at all) was able to find the problem and repair it. If you're going to respond, respond with facts.

Mr. Rooter was the most responsive plumbing company out of the numerous ones i called about getting a quote to replace my water heater. They were busy too but managed to come the next morning with a new water heater and did a great job on the install. Good value too.

Chad and Justin were outstanding, they went out of their way and worked late to finish the job. They did everything they could to help us with the insurance people but the insurance people were no help at all.

They got the job done....kinda.
While to my knowledge the piping under my house was swapped and fixed, they also left all the access points open. They also disassembled my entire shower and neglected to re fix it. We were told it was going to be a day job, but they left around 9pm saying they would return in am hour but never did. Leaving us without water all night. If you need something done these guys are OK at best.

They were the only people who I could get to come out on the weekend and was I ever grateful. They did a great job. Will for sure call them again!
