This is the 2nd time we have used Jason. The first was during a winter freeze with frozen pipes. He came to the rescue in record time.

Our upstairs ac quit working last Thursday, in August. We couldn't even sleep upstairs, it was so hot. We called Service Experts Friday morning, they were at our house by Friday afternoon. It was a 14 yr old unit that had already been repaired several times so we opted to just replace it. Their techs were out Saturday morning with the new unit, it was installed and running by Saturday afternoon. We couldn't ask for faster service. The techs were very courteous, they covered our floors before they began and cleaned up everything after they were done. Even offered to replace all our filters (with ones we already owned) while they were here. We expected to have a wait considering the current supply chain issues but that wasn't the case at all. We know our downstairs unit will go at some point and already know we will be calling Service Experts again at that time. This was a better experience than we expected and are very happy.

I wanted a new water heater to replace my aging one. It was going to be a challenge since it is nestled in a very tight space and there is no place else to put it. I used Yahoo's request a quote feature and contacted five plumbers. Three never contacted me back. One gave me a quote on a larger unit that probably wasn't going to fit so, we might have to build out a bit. But Eugene at The Art of Plumbing got back to me the very next morning. He asked me for some measurements and posed a few questions, and then came back with a quote that was half of what I was anticipating having to pay.

I was skeptical since it seemed too good to be true. A low price, and he was able to get a replacement for my rather oddly-sized and oddly-configured water heater? But he did. He found the exact same model, brand new and not refurbished. As soon as I was ready for the installation he was too. He and his associate put down heavy tarps to protect the floor as the new heater was wheeled in, installed it in a matter of a few hours, cleaned up all of the mess, stayed long enough to make sure it was working properly, and then charged me exactly what he had quoted. They were even proud enough of their work to sign it.

The new heater works perfectly -- even better than the old one, in fact, since the setting is lower but the water is still just as hot. Hopefully I will not need any plumbing work in the future, but if I do, I know who I'm calling.

We had a to replace a section of sewer line under our slab. Schwartz gave us an estimate that was 60% of the other forward-looking Plumbing company. Matt and Sam did the work, breaking through a minimal section of our slab (Much smaller section of demolition the other Modern company proposed. Matt and Sam did excellent work, kept a clean workspace, cleaned up after. and even patched the slab back up (which the other Revolutionary company refused to do). I am quite pleased with the work Matt and Sam did for us and will always call on Schwartz Plumbing from now on.

I cannot say enough good things about Peaches Plumbing. I had a hot water heater leak and my regular plumber was unavailable. I called around and Peaches Plumbing was recommended by another plumbing business. I am so happy I called! Josh was so quick to respond. He called me back within 20 minutes and then FaceTimed with me to walk me through how to turn the hot water off. The next day water was continuing to leak through the ceiling. He texted with me up until 11:00pm gathering information to help me solve the problem. He came out the next day and drained the water heater so the leaking stopped. I ended up needing to replace it-and Josh shopped around to find one that would save me money. He and his guy removed my old water heater and installed a new one in the attic. They did a fantastic job-kept everything neat and dry. He even vacuumed after he finished. He stayed to make sure I had hot water before he left.

This was such a stressful time because while all of this was going on I was also preparing to move. Josh went above and beyond and was a total lifesaver. Very knowledgeable and dependable. Peaches Plumbing is the best!!!
