Best Water Line Replacement in Raleigh NC

Two days before Christmas my garbage disposal and pipes under my sink just fell apart. Dustin was at my house within two hours and had a new garbage disposal installed, everything working, and even checked a few things for me as a courtesy, like my water heater and water pressure. I appreciated his prompt response, his courteous demeanor, and the fact that he got everything fixed in time for Christmas!

Our toilet in our half bath was leaking around the base. I tried getting in touch with other plumbers for weeks and they all flaked out on us. I called Jayk's this morning and they were out the same day to fix it! The price couldn't be beat either. I'll definitely be calling them again next time we need a plumber.

Called Golden Rule Plumbing Services to come out and put in a new kitchen faucet and to look at a tank filling problem I had with one of my toilets. Joseph the owner came personally and was prompt and answered all of my questions with straightforward honesty. The pricing was very reasonable especially compared to some of the big box companies. The job was done and all water was flowing in no time at all. Also everything was left neat and clean just as it was when he showed up. Thanks again for coming out promptly and I will definitely be using Golden Rule again in the future!

I scheduled 3 jobs on the same day with them. The employees showed up on time...They were very professional, maintained social distancing, and were wearing masks...they did a great job on installing the water heater, and also installing the new kitchen sink hardware and the new shower hardware....I could not be more pleased.. Service appointment scheduled between 12pm-2pm window. No one came between those hours so I called the office. Talked to a very nice lady who put me on hold and checked on my tech. He was running a bit late on another job and I was next. I would have appreciated a text or phone call to let me know my service was going to be delayed. Approximately 3:30pm Miguel Rivera knocked on my door. He was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Top notch employee. He explained everything he did and advised if I have any problems with my A/C system to call them. Overall great experience.

Arrived promptly at the stated time and even called to let me know that they were on their way. Very thorough in their work. They also clean up after themselves. I love the fact that they wear little booties on their shoes before they even walk into your house to prevent any dirt on your floors. Price for work I needed done was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company.

After looking on Nextdoor to see who had the best reviews for a repiping of a house one name kept coming up over and over, Waite Plumbing. Having used them now myself I am also giving them an awesome review. The owner Mike is very professional, patient with my questions and fairly priced.
