Good Morning I wanted Melinda's boss to know how much she helped me. Melinda needs a big raise. I didn't understand much because I have been so sick. Melinda went over everything for me. Also the man who came out here to me to check it out and to get it all started. I need surgery on both my eyes and they both helped me so much. I feel bad I forgot his name he deserves a raise too. They both were so very professional and I really appreciate what he did for me. He explained everything to me and made me feel so comfortable by picking ya'll because he knows his job so very well and had so patience with me. They both deserve a fabulous raise. I would highly recommend Air Experts team for HVAC repair needs. I recently called them to help with a leaking refrigerant situation. Michael was an extremely knowledgeable tech who understood the problem and promptly identified the root cause. The repair estimates were reasonable and it was a pleasant experience. Unlike another HVAC repair company that I had worked with recently for the same issue, Air Experts team and Michael were very professional, suggested economical ways to fix the problem and didn't try to rip me off. I am calling them again for any future needs.
