Our experience with Raleigh Plumbing and Heating was very positive and we would recommend them to others. In my opinion, the quality of a company’s customer service is BY FAR the most important ingredient of the numerous factors that go into any company brand reputation, but especially with residential home services. Unfortunately, there are too many companies––that just don’t get it.
We had Raleigh Plumbing install a new hot water heater for our home. Their service manager, Dan is a real professional and communicated well to us through the process. Our onsite assigned technician, Eduardo was very courteous, safety conscious and detailed. And we ended up having a small issue after the installation, and Raleigh Plumbing was at our home within 30 mins of a phone call on a rainy Raleigh Friday night. They resolved the issue promptly. We would recommend Raleigh Plumbing to others looking for a professional, organized and service centric provider. Five Stars.
When I discovered our water heater was leaking I called a few different places. A friend had recommended Raleigh Plumbing. Immediately Dan talked me through my options and gave me honest opinions as to my next steps. Every step of the process was smooth and exceeded my expectations. I’m very satisfied and highly recommend them.

New to the area when I had only been in my house for a couple of days, I had a water leak. After calling several plumbers and getting nowhere, I got in touch with Raleigh Plumbing. They sent someone over quickly and repaired the leak. They have become “my” plumbers and have done several things for me. Excellent response, attention to detail, and they do great work! Highly recommend!

I'm not a competitor. I am just a small business owner with work done on my private residence.
If you need any plumbing or heating repairs at a personal residence, go elsewhere. Their customer service was extremely unprofessional, terrible follow up, and terrible diagnostics. There are many excellent companies out there. In my opinion, this one is one of the worst.
And if you see how few reviews they have... there is a reason for that. The only way to flush out bad reviews is to completely wipe out the site and start again. They must have done this recently and repetitively for how bad their service reviews are.
I had a terrific experience with Raleigh Plumbing & Heat, who recently replaced our leaking hot water heater with a Navien tankless water heater. From the initial visit, they gave us options, were available to discuss the best solution, and quickly outlined a plan.
This water heater replacement wasn't an easy project, but Dan and his team certainly made it easy for us. They handled everything from electrical to gas company to permitting, taking all the complications away. They communicated efficiently and clearly, explaining every step of the process.
I trust them, they've done an excellent job quickly and professionally. Highly recommend.

Very pleased with their service. Dan was able to schedule the repair, which was not an emergency, for the next day. I used Raleigh Plumbing for my plumbing needs today. The service manager Dan was great. He diagnosed what he thought my issue appeared to be over the phone and was spot on. Raleigh Plumbing is the best! I'd been searching for 3 weeks for an Hansa faucet cartridge for a bathroom sink that was leaking. Hansa stopped selling in the USA in 2013 so parts are extremely difficult to find. Even Hansa in Germany couldn't help me. I called Raleigh plumbing and sent some pictures of the cartridge. By the end of the day they'd found the cartridge in Chicago and I ordered it! They wouldn't accept any money even when I insisted on paying them. These guys, esp. Dan, know their business and even though I'd never met them, they went out of their way to help me, a total stranger! You can be sure that when the next plumbing issue rears its ugly head, they'll be the only ones that I'll call!

Raleigh Plumbing and Heating is a local company that not only has a staff of trained plumbers but has a fabulous showroom called Splash Galleries that showcases everything from kitchen faucets to entire walk in lipless showers.
I've purchased products from them and have had them do plumbing repairs and inspections for my clients.
I can highly recommend Gary Phillips the owner as a business owner that puts his customers first.

I contacted Raleigh Plumbing on Tuesday, advising that I had a tub that had leaking fixtures. I was asked how many handles/controls there were and I responded there were two, a hot and a cold and an outlet spicket. I was advised they could not assist until Friday and I said fine. I had thought they might call and confirm prior to Friday, but they did not. I made a trip to the local dump and returned to find their man standing in my front yard. I inquired why he did not call and advise he was on his way and he said no one had told him he had to. He further stated they had scheduled it between 11 AM and 1 PM. It was only 10:30, but I did not argue the point, I just figured someone had dropped the ball. I showed him where the master bathroom was and he promptly went to the commode. I assumed he need to use it so I left him some privacy. When I heard him shutting off the water I asked him what he was doing and he advised he had been told there was a problem with the commode. I showed him the tub and leaking controls and he said he wanted me to shut the water off to the entire house. I told him there was an access panel on the side but he insisted that the water had to be shut off so I showed him where the input from the street was controlled and he shut it off. He replaced little spring loaded gaskets in both the hot and cold faucets and went out and turned the water back on. He had improperly installed the faucets and had to go back out and shut the water off again. He redid his work and went back out and turned the water back on only to find that he had not properly aligned the faucets and had to go and shut it off and do it again. When he finished he simply walked out the door w/o demonstrating that he had properly competed the work. I have to call them back on Monday because when you shut the water off the water does not stop flowing/dripping for 15-20 seconds. Not being a plumber, but possessing an engineering degree I would guess that the spring loaded gaskets are not properly set and that when the faucet handles depress them to cut off the water flow they do not immediately seat fully and that is why there is no quick shut-off. All told, this was an unnecessarily unpleasant experience. I called a plumber and fully expected to obtain the services a plumber is supposed to provide. I do not believe the individual who showed up is a licensed plumber and should not be allowed out on his own until he develops the necessary skills to get the job done correctly w/o needing 3 tries and still not getting it correct.

Raleigh Plumbing did an outstanding job assessing and installing a new faucet for my kitchen along with a new shower nozzle. They were professional, on time and very responsive if I had a question/issue. I worked with Dan who always worked with me and helped answer questions along the way. I will use them for all my plumbing and heating needs.
I called they came out and fixed my issue. Dan is the service manager. Was very polite and when I explained my problem he know exactly what was wrong. I asked if it was something I could repair myself he was very honest and said yes. He even offered to have me send a pic and he would help my match the part I needed. I went and looked at the part and realized it might be best for me to have the proper people replace the part. I call back and the set me up for the next day. I was not home but my wife was. They came out replaced the part and life was good. The technician (please forgive me as I don’t remember his name ) was super polite and friendly. He wore a mask and but shoe covers on . He fixed the problem and replaced what need to be. He then noticed that the kitchen faucet was not working well and offered to take a look. It work a lot better then it did. I want to say thank you to them. I will always call them if is have any more issues with my plumbing.
My husband and I moved to Cary from Massachusetts and Raleigh Plumbing & Heating was the company that the builder used. Since we didn't know anyone else we just used the builders choices thinking they know best. As with all new properties and the fact that we aren't all that handy around the house, people needed to come and look at things. No surprises with new properties, it's just the way it is. Out of all of the people that the builder used that came back the only ones we stayed with after the warranty ran out was Raleigh Plumbing & Heating. I can honestly say they are professional, courteous, prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, clean and you won't find anyone nicer then Eduardo. We feel this is a company that can be trusted and they won't take advantage of you either. They stand by their work and want you to be happy.

Very professional and arrived on time. Diagnosed problems quickly and offered options for repair or replacement. They installed a new faucet the next day in less than 24 hour turnaround time. I was even given choices and prices on line so did not have to go out and purchase the new faucet myself. Great quality, excellent customer service, called ahead both times to announce arrival time, friendly, took all required safety measures seriously. Have already recommended them to a friend. You will not be disappointed! Will definitely use their services again. Happy customer!
Raleigh Plumbing fixed a broken leaky bathtub faucet at our home promptly and for a very reasonable price. Another plumbing services provider had proposed a complete replacement which would have entailed much more work and expense. Raleigh Plumbing can install and replace Moen parts.

I have used Raleigh Plumbing for installs and regular annual maintenance since I moved into my house 2 years ago. They are always easy to do business with, reasonably priced, and quality work. Shout out to John and Jessica for efficient responses, estimates, and scheduling and to Richard (tech) for his professionalism and quality work.
Victor was friendly & knowledgeable, and successfully fixed our issue. They were able to come out same day, which was awesome. I’d definitely recommend them and will use them in the future.
Robert from Raleigh Plumbing was amazing. I thought I had a leak in my upstairs wall (because of a dripping noise I heard) and that I needed an exterior faucet replacement. Robert tracked down the “leak” and replicated the noise… which was simply water heater pipe expansion. While he was diagnosing that he cleaned my faucet screen and bathroom sink drain. Omg I didn’t even realize that needed to be done… what a difference on both!! After that Robert replaced one part on my spigot (instead of the whole spigot, which is what I expected).
As a single female homeowner, finding a company I can trust and depend on is priceless. Raleigh Plumbing has a customer for life!!!
They called to ask if it was OK to come early, then arrived in 10 minutes, which was about 90 minutes before the appointment. That was really appreciated because we were without water. The plumber's name was Eduardo and he was the nicest guy. Worked quickly, cleaned everything up and finished in about 40 minutes. Did a great job!

This company is great. We had some water damage in our house and needed some new toilets and a vanity installed. From the first call to Dan to the service provided by Richard and others... it was just a great experience. I called and emailed multiple times about the process and asked questions about certain products and Dan was always very responsive and gave me honest opinions. The installation went really well and they even had time to do valve replacements in our whole house. I'm really glad we chose Raleigh Plumbing. It was a stressful situation but they made one part of the process easy.

Very professional and prompt, but pricey. Had a leak in the expansion tank above my hot water heater. They were able to send someone out just a couple hours later to replace it with a new tank.
The price was quite high though, those tanks should be about $50 and it took less than 30 minutes to install, but I got a bill for $200.
Raleigh Plumbing and Heating was able to schedule a half day of work for me at the last minute and completed the job on time and for about 25% less money than what was originally estimated.
Great work and knowledgable, the person completing the repair talked me through exactly what they found and what was done.

Based on the number of positive reviews, I decided to give this company a try because the other plumbing company did not have someone available when need. I'm glad I used this Raleigh Plumbing. Not only were they able to get someone out the next day, the plumber was professional and knowledgable. Victor, the plumber during the work installed two toilets and unplugged a bathtub drain. He worked efficiently and did an excellent job. I am very pleased with the work performed.
We bought a house and needed to have some plumbing issues fixed and pipes changed out. We were quoted $9,000 by two companies. Raleigh Plumbing & Heating did quality work for $4,000.

A van similar to this with number 64 instead ran me off the road while jumping 2 lanes of US 1 in traffic rush hour at 4.50p, nearly hitting me if i hadn't swerved to the shoulder. Of course my car is nimble and faster, i was able to catch up and get the phone and truck number. You have to be a real BIG dummy to drive a company vehicle like this, emblazoned with Company logo, Number and Identifying truck number. If motorists reported these eratic drivers, there would be less of them. Giving 4 stars because the owner listened and offered to investigate. I gave all pertinent information and I'm sure the van was GPS tagged. He was on Regency Parkway/Tryon where he joined US 1 towards Raleigh. If he was trying to get to the office by 5p, US-1 and 40E traffic is very unforgiving.

Fantastic company! Honest, high integrity, very professional and reasonably priced. Not only have I used them multiple times for our house but their owner actually did research to help an 80 year old family member (with a plumbing issue) that lives out of state. Call them up about putting in pipe fittings for a shower valve, they had no interest in doing the job. What kind of business model is that? House has plenty of issues, and if I liked them I probably would have used them for other things that need to be done but that attitude has lost my business permanently.

I was unfortunate enough to have an outdoor spigot burst causing water to leak in and under our hardwoods in the kitchen, not to mention 5:30 on a Friday. Raleigh Plumbing & Heating not only came out right away to fix the problem but let us use thier dehumidifier. They called a few times to make sure things were going ok and if we needed another assistance. I honeslty could not ask for better customer service. These guys will be my forever go-to!
