I would like to commend Mr. Edwin Lazo for the outstanding service he provided. He was very professional and a great communicator. I needed to replace the aging water heater in my attic and Edwin suggested a tankless water heater . He did a great job describing the costs and benefits and what he would do to install the water heater. When it was time to do the job, Edwin was prompt and explained everything he did. The finished work is beautiful. I am 100 percent satisfied. It's great to work with such caring professionals as Mr. Edwin Lazo. He's a very good and honest plumber. More importantly, he's a very kind and caring person. I am sure i will need the services of a plumber again, and I am honored that I now have a plumber i can turn to and rely on. Very pleasant experience! Well, not being without hot water was not pleasant but all of my interactions with PK plumbing and Edwin were exceptional. Scheduling was done quickly and I was updated as to when Edwin would show up. All work was thoroughly explained and tips for preventative measures were also offered. Reasonable cost as well considering it was the Saturday before a major holiday. It was a pleasure to work with Edwin as he was courteous, professional, friendly and expressed genuine concern for getting us back up and running. I would highly recommend!

I work with him for about a week and I liked it I learned quite a bit and I had much to learn but I wanted to keep learning. Don’t ever rely on him or his company. If you go to work for him, it’s common that he’ll just lay you off so he can work on his little vintage car collection. While I was working with him, he was going to sell one of his cars so instead of doing plumbing work and going to the jobs that we had that day he canceled those jobs and made me clean his car so we can sell it. A very unprofessional business. Don’t get me wrong, when he actually does attend To the jobs, he does an amazing job. But even if you have a scheduled day for him to come work at your house he will cancel it if it involves his car collection no matter how urgent. And to those who would work with him, no matter the race or anything like that, he’ll drop you in a heartbeat. Edwin you should know who this is. I trusted you. You used me. And kicked me to the side.

I had a large flood from a busted pipe at the end of January. Edwin was referred to me by the mitigation team. I can't say enough good things about Edwin. He stopped what he was doing to come ASAP, repaired the source of the leak so that water could be turned back on and then came back the next morning to fix a pressure gauge and install an emergency shutoff valve in the house. He was kind, professional, and honest and the contractors applauded his work.

Our regular plumber did not work on Sundays and we had a situation that needed to be resolved. They came out within an hour and took care of our problem pretty quickly. Good and friendly service.

Best plumber ever!!! We had a flood late at night coming from our downstairs bathroom. Edwin was so kind to come out at almost mid night to check things out. He was able to figure out problem and fixed it swiftly. He also made us aware of an issue that could cause another problem in the future. Edwin is a great plumber with attention to detail and does great work! One more thing- he was also helpful in connecting us with a restoration team to help with damages. All around a solid company and we’ll be using them in the future if need be.

We called PK plumbing because our disposal was leaking. Edwin came out first thing the next morning and he was so nice, honest, and explained things easily for us to understand. While he was here we had him look at some other things we were concerned about. So glad we did too! The bill ended up being a lot more than just the disposal (obviously!) because of the other things we asked him to look at but it turns out we had some serious issues! He was able to quickly fix everything. We trusted everything he had to say too, so we never once felt taken advantage of or being cheated of anything. I’d recommend them 100 times!! And they give a teacher discount!!

The City of Raleigh requires each homeowner to get the backflow preventer on their sprinkler system certified once a year, so I needed a licensed cross connection inspector. A neighbor recommended Edwin from PK Plumbing, who is licensed by the city. Edwin was easy to schedule, arrived at the appointed time, took care of the inspection, and submitted the certification to the city. He was very friendly and explained it all. I would definitely call them when I need this done again or for any other plumbing needs.

Not a fan. Quoted me $900 to install a basic RO water system. The system itself cost me $350. Never explained the rationale behind the quote either. Didn’t think he was too interested in getting the business.

I can't say enough good tings about PK Plumbing. Edwin is responsive, flexible, friendly, and professional. He diagnosed my problems quickly (sink replacement and toilet repair), provided a quote, and then began work. He even helped advise me on a side project I was doing at the time (installing an RODI for my aquarium fish), and when I tried to tip him for that extra effort he politely refused. My technician was great made me feel comfortable and explained the whys behind what I was needing. I didn’t feel like he was just trying to take advantage.

We got three different estimates to look into a backup issue with our toilet. PK Plumbing was the only company that strongly suggested doing a camera diagnosis first. In that way we would be completely certain what the problem is and where it is located. Makes sense. Well, I'm so happy that we approached the problem that way. The diagnoses was the cheapest item on their estimate. It ended up being an issue that needed to be taken care of by the Town of Cary, as the sewage lines were backed up outside our property. We would have wasted money cleaning our pipes with the other companies. PK Plumbing even remained available to speak with the town of Cary to make sure they took care of that quickly. They were so professional, knowledgeable and caring!! I give them FIVE STARS!!

Outstanding Service. I just moved into my house & system started backing up late at night. Edwin was a lifesaver and came out taking time to thoroughly analyze the situation. He got my house set up so I could use the plumbing overnight - then came the next day to fix everything. It was a big tree roots problem, Edwin worked hard, corrected the problem and shared pictures. Mr. Edwin Lazo, the licensed plumber, arrived on time and proceeded to access the slow leaking pipe. He let us know at each step what was happening. We were surprised to learn we had four leaks instead of just the one we had previously thought. Mr. Lazo repaired the water line, finished the job in a timely manner plus he made sure everything was neat and clean before he left. In addition, he assisted in locating our main shut off valve in our home.

Throughout the process Mr. Lazo was personable and professional.

I recently bought a house and noticed that the water heater was going out every so often. I called Edwin from PK Plumbing and scheduled him to come take a look at it in a day. He came and noticed that the water heater was hooked up incorrectly and was probably done without a permit. He drew up some proposals to install a new water heater and we came to an agreement. He ordered the unit & parts and had them installed the SAME DAY! And he did such a great job, neat job. Even his truck is clean & neat. That says a lot about the pride he has in his work and craftsmanship. I will now be calling Edwin for all my plumbing needs. Thanks Edwin!

Edwin Lazo has answered my distress call twice in the past 8 months. He has always been prompt, courteous and provided excellent plumbing services. The last service call had him digging and moving 20 feet of water lines during a pouring driving rainstorm. He maintained his usual cheerful attitude the entire time. Mr. Lazo is my go-to plumber. Relatively minor issue but with a time crunch. Called at about 830. They got me on the schedule immediately and the problem was resolved by 1230. Excellent response, professional and the problem was resolved.

I have used PK Plumbing twice now, and have been very impressed with their skill, service, and attention to detail. I used them first for an emergency issue, which they responded to promptly and stayed into the evening to resolve for me. I then used them for a larger more intensive plumbing pipe project--their quote was competitive, they scheduled it quickly, and despite the challenging nature of the outdoor project, they made it completely painless for me. Edwin is a great communicator, has the advanced equipment to handle even the toughest jobs, and just plain knows his stuff! Will be relying on him in the future for sure.
