One heating element went bad on my 15 year old water heater so I called a hand full of places to get a quote for a new one. Some plumbers wanted $90 to just come out and give me a quote! When I called KW Boykin, I spoke with Tracy and she had me send pictures and measurements and was able to give me a quote the same day with NO service fee. She also was super nice and answered all my questions! I did ask her about upgrading to a smart water heater and she gave me a good price so decided to go with that. I did get a quote from a big box store that was slightly cheaper but not much. I wanted a licensed plumber to do the install and Tracy was really helpful so decided to use them. Michael was the plumber that did the job and he was great as well. Walked me thru downloading the app and how to use it. I will definitely use them in the future as they were easy to work with, responsive, fairly priced, local, and did quality work!

Called for quote to install sink I purchased, they could not give me any kind of estimate had to pay $100.00 for someone to come ad give me an estimate for over a thousand dollars,called 2 other plumbers and both estimates were under $500.00 , had the sink installed for $497.32.

Couldn't be happier! Keith arrived on time, did excellent work replumbing our kitchen sink, and his prices were reasonable. He even came back the next day free of charge to help us with a finicky dishwasher.

Hot water heater decided to just stop working. We called K W Boykin and spoke with Keith, and Michael was there in less than 24 hours. Before replacement was suggested, Michael took all measures to try and save the unit. When there was no other choice but to purchase new, we had a new hot water installed in a day and a half. Michael did a fantastic job with removal and installation. Pricing was spot on and more importantly, the service was stellar! We totally recommend using K W Boykin Plumbing.

Boykin Plumbing are a very professional and knowledgeable plumbing company. They are very customer service oriented and arrived when they said they would. Very thorough in explaining proposed work. Showed us several pictures to aid our understanding.

Keith Boykin and his brother came out right away when we had a leak that was flooding our basement, fixed that rapidly and effectively, then filed an estimate with us regarding another problem we were having, which turned out to be the 40-gallon well pressure holding tank. They fixed that in a timely manner and came in under estimate. They also explained what they were doing in a way this non-professional could understand, both on the job site and in a follow-up call I made to them the day after the job. Couldn't ask for better plumbers. After several misadventures with other plumbers, KW Boykin is who we'll call from now on.

They came to our rescue! Came home from vacation on a Friday afternoon to find a water leak under the house. They worked hard to get us scheduled, arrived quickly and the repair was done in less than an hour. They were professional and courteous. Highly recommend this company.

Great local plumber, experts in the field. Professional, responsive, and less expensive than the national brands. We had to have our sewer lines replaced and Keith and Michael were great to work with and kept us informed and updated throughout the process.

They replaced my sewer and water line at the same time. Lines were deteriorated from age. Had these lines serviced before but it was definitely time for replacement. They scheduled date and time and even with rain in the mix, all went super great. Price was fair, service was very professional and cleaned up yard to my satisfaction.

I called Keith about an estimate for a new water heater and since he was in the area, he was able to drop by the same day. He got back to me the next day with a price and once I was ready to have the work done, he was able to get me scheduled very quickly.

On the scheduled work day, they arrived on time and ready to go and did a great job with the installation of the unit. Both Keith and his son were friendly and answered any questions I had for them. I received quotes from 3 different plumbers for a broken hot water knob. The first plumber quoted me a crazy price and unnecessary work. The second plumber took 2 days to come by and 2 more days to call me back with a pretty high quote. KW Boykin came out the day after I called them and fixed my problem right away. Keith at KW Boykin plumbing is a life saver! We were having septic pump/drainage field issues and Keith took the time to find out exactly what the issue was and resolve it for us. Other companies were not interested in problem solving and we were having recurrent troubles with our septic. We had started working with Septic Blue but they wanted us to replace the pump at about three times the cost and the drainage field issue would not have been resolved. We would have been stuck with another broken pump, clogged drainage field, and be $3500 poorer if I had opted to use Septic Blue. Keith was was able to squeeze us into his schedule and work on our problem until it was resolved. Keith has since checked in a few times to make sure no additional issues have come up. I couldn’t be happier with K W Boykin plumbing and I highly recommend this company!!!!

It's the little things, you know? After getting a ridiculous quote to replace a shower temperature valve, I googled a plumber in Garner and KW came up. With little to no expectations, I called and within a couple of hours, I had a quote (3x less than other) and scheduled the repair for a couple of days later.

Boykin Plumbing showed up on time, with the correct parts and was in and out within an hour. After a week of no issues, I'm ready to submit my review.

I had a call out to three different plumbers all top rated on yelp and google over a plumbing issue I was having. The issue in question was black tar/mascara like rubber coming out of my hot water faucets. When I googled the problem a whole laundry list of issues came up for possibilities. Two plumbers I called wanted a $99 diagnostic fee per hour and then the cost to fix whatever they recommended. KW Boykin didn’t charge this fee and they were available the next day. From the moment they arrived they were courteous and professional. The issue was discovered to immediately be my expansion tank. They said the bladder inside of it had exploded. But more than just telling me what was wrong and charging me, they took the tank off and showed me the problem. The plumber tapped the tank on the ground outside and the tar like substance was flaking out all over. I was happy that what seemed like a complex issue was resolved so quickly and affordably. I also asked them to flush my hot water heater for me since the price was so good on the other service and they didn’t charge me at all to do the flush and fill. Between time and money saved and the professionalism this is hands down the company I will use from now on in the Garner area. They even sent me information on the remaining warranty for my full size water heater tank. Thank you Kieth and KW plumbing!

The final cost was a little higher than the original quote due to extra work that needed to be completed that was not able to be seen during the estimate.
