Called on a Saturday night at 10pm and there was a technician at my door within an hour. Our technician was very knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Raleigh!

My rental property had a clogged drain last year. While other companies quoted me thousands of dollars and 2 weeks to clear the clog, TCR was able to do the job the same day for a reasonable price . They were prompt, courteous, professional, and got the job done. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, professional plumber.

I called Schwartz Plumbing after noticing water on the floor in bedroom, bathroom & laundry room as needed to know where the leak was coming from and get it fixed. James and Justin both came out and I showed them the 3 rooms, the extensive water damage in laundry room where the water heater is and after they said they called their boss, told me they couldn't help me. They never once attempted to look at the water heater on try to find the root cause of the leak. But they made sure I paid the $95.45 service fee. For what, since they didn't do anything (I guess they get paid for walking through the door). I found an amazing repair guy who is fixing my problem (water heater) and believe me, I would never recommend Schwartz Plumbing to anyone. They should refund my $95.45 because they didn't even try to find the problem.

We got an error message on our tankless water heater. After discussing the possible reasons for the message, Poole's was able to send some one out the day after I called . Corrie and John did an excellet job flushing and doing routine maintenance on the system. That was all that was needed. The system is 8 years old but never had the thorough inspection and cleaning that Poole's gave it. They did a wonderful job.

Paul was on time and spent the day replacing my Renni tankless with a Navian tankless. Very professional install. He then explained the workings of the new system. Will use them again.

I had to have a new water heater and Raleigh Plumbing was recommended. I contacted them and set up an appointment. The technician arrived within the stated appointment and removed the old heater and installed the new one without making a mess, which was greatly appreciated. Would recommend them for any Plumbing needs!

He made it right, and told me he would speak with my technician. The call alone says a lot, but the follow up and customer care were top notch. Thank you!Original Review:I had appointment for 2/16 between 2 and 4, called at 4:15 and was informed they were behind schedule and someone would “be there soon,” then 5, 6, and 7 went by with no call or technician. Got another call around 7:45 telling me I could still have a technician come that night, but it would still be a wait. Seeing as I put my toddler down at 7, I asked to reschedule for 2/17 between 12 and 2. The technician arrived at 3:45 and was able to diagnose and fix the issue. I was not home at the time the technician arrived or completed work, but did arrive in time to make my payment. I pulled up the $70 coupon online but the technician questioned its authenticity because he didn’t have his glasses. He also tried to upsell drain cleaner to me which I refused, but he said he could not honor my coupon unless I took the cleaner I didn’t want. Just wanting to be done with this whole process, I agreed to the tune of $500. I am appalled by the level of service, pressure, and lack of care I was provided, and I am envious of the many 5 star reviews posted here, as that was not my experience. I welcome the efforts of the owner to help make this right.

I had several repairs that needed done under my ahs warranty.
So I did not choose this company, the insurance company chose for me. I could not be more happy with the job the guys did, I had several additional repairs done
that I needed. I called around for estimates and they were reasonable AND did a great job. I had several questions they were able to help me with. Personable and knowledgeable. I will certainly being staying with Carolina Plumbing for any future needs.
