I had one of those jobs where there were a lot of glitches. I bought the wrong sized toilet, then when the re-ordered toilet came it was broken. Drew was very kind and patient and helped me out so much. He went above and beyond to make sure everything got done correctly and by the book. There's nothing not to like about Drew. He was early (he called first to make sure that was okay), professional, and communicative. He diagnosed the issue (slow draining sink and gurgling toilet) in a methodical and logical manner. Drew was upfront with his pricing and tried the simpler procedures first to keep costs down. He even identified a small leak in my crawlspace and fixed it at no additional charge. Ultimately, he fixed the issue and I learned something about my house during the process. Fantastic service.

The pipe for my toilet shutoff valve broke inside the wall at 11:45 AM this morning. I called Drew at PLMR and left a message. He returned my call within 15 minutes and, was at my house 30 minutes after that. Drew is professional and courteous and wore all of his PPE and shoe coverings while in my house. The repair was made and cleanup done at 2:00 PM. I would recommend him for any of your plumbing needs. He was very reasonable and took his time explaining the repair to me.
