I began having water backup in my master bathroom when taking showers, and within a few days, it escalated into water AND sludge spitting out of the sinks. I was referred to TCR by my regular plumber, since it seemed to be a drainage issue. I called TCR on a Monday morning about 8:30 am, received a call back before 9:30 am that a service person was on the way. He arrived within 10 minutes, was able to diagnose the problem immediately (roots clogging our drainage pipe), and had it fixed within 30 minutes. That's what I call awesome service. I will not hesitate to call TCR again for plumbing problems, and I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family in the Raleigh/Cary/Apex area.

I have used MidTown Plumbing several times over the past two years and have always been pleased with their service. On this most recent visit, Jason continued to exceed my expectations. He was very punctual, talked me through what he was going to do and what I might expect, then checked in several times to make sure he was doing things the way I wanted. I recently had an issue with my AC unit crapping out. I was referred by a friend as he felt the service provided was well worth the price paid for the fix. Not only did Cape Fear work around my schedule but they also showed up with a well equipped team of 3 to address my issue. Austin, Joe, and Kenny were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and efficient, allowing me to move along with the rest of my day. I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

We called Mr. Fuller because he had done work for us before. This Time we called he came out to get measurements for a shower install. That was in April, we waited and called NO RESPONSE. On May 30 th. They called and said they would be out on June 1st. To get started at 10 Am. No call no show. Finally got ahold of them in FB messenger, we asked for a refund. So far no response to any calls or FB messenger messages. I called about a week ago got some one on the line finally after about a month. She said she would tell the owner to call me back, so far nothing. This is going on way to long. Not happy with them at all.

Very pleasant experience. Had a new over mounted stainless steel sink install done, along with a new disposal, and it was executed flawlessly. The two gentlemen who came by were professional, friendly and very accommodating. Highly recommend this company.

Yesterday I had a new garbage disposal provided by and installed by Poole's Plumbing. The technicians (Henry and Corey) arrived on time, were very polite, and answered all my questions. I am totally pleased with the job they did. I highly recommend Poole's Plumbing.

We had a tankless heater and softener system installed by Bob and Andrew back in April. Day of service was wonderful, they kept my house clean and made sure everything worked well and looked nice.

Andrew has since gone above and beyond to make sure everything is working well, we had some water leaking when our softener was regenerating and he came by late after a long work day to make sure the system was right for us! We couldn’t appreciate him more!
