Really quick and honest service by Pedro Lopez from Axis.

Axis replaced my 20 years old water tank yesterday and I had chance to meet with the owner Joe and his crew Cam and another crew member later join them to move the 75gal heavy tank from the attic. They professionally cover the stairways with plastics and use blankets to soak any potential drips from the tank. The whole process was fast and professionally carried out. I am most impressed by Cam. He was very polite and courteous during the whole process from setting up to finishing and cleaning up. I also patiently explain how to safely use the water tank under both normal and emergency situation. I strongly recommend Axis Plumbing and will get their help for all future projects.

The two gentlemen that came out were professional, respectful and made the repairs very quickly.

apparently the toilet was not install correctly by the house builder, it significantly increased the difficulty for the repair work. But it got done beautifully without extra charge

Contacted Axis through a recommendation from a friend to do remediation prior to selling our house. The gentleman who showed up was prompt and courteous. He went re-reviewed the list of repairs that were needed with me and patiently detailed what he planned to do to address each item. He finished the list (8 items of varying complexity) in approximately 1.5 hours). Upon completion, he walked me through all the repairs on all 3 floors of the house. Once he was certain everything had been satisfactorily been completed he presented the bill and walked me through each item / charge. To top it all off, the bill was less than I'd anticipated. I will likely be a return customer should the need arise.

These guys did a great job and gave us good advice that saved us money & resulted in a better final product. Very professional, conscientious team and worked with our schedule.

I found Axis plumbing after doing some of my own internet research. Basically had used another firm to roughly diagnose what was going on with my house water system. Started with a hot water tank but quickly we focused on the real problem -- house pressure control valve. They replaced it timely and without issues. Competitive and fair pricing. I really felt like I was in the hands of a professional that was invested in just doing what is right, able to give some discounts, but took pride in what they were doing and expected to get rightly paid for that. In short, I guarantee that you might find cheaper options, know you can find more expensive, but if you want reliability, trust, confidence, a decent price -- you have found the right company. I will be using them again here shortly to proactively swap out a hot water tank before it leaves me in the lurch. Good luck with your own repairs.

I had my water heater break and with family and no hot water you can imagine the chaos it caused at home. I called multiple plumbers and i either got estimates that were so high that you knew they are taking advantage of my misfortune or they could not fit me in their schedule for another 7 days. When i contact Axis i was first very impressed with candidate and honest discussion. When they realized my family was without hot water they were very generous to fit me in for next morning. The work was outstanding, they had fair price and i felt the transparency was amazing. They did an amazing job to clean up the layout of all the water lines, place the new water heater in right spot to help me adjust the temperature much easier then the builder had done, and cleaned everything before leaving the job. I would highly recommend Axis Plumbing to anyone that is looking for great local business that does amazing job, is fair on price and treat you with respect and transparency. Called Axis Plumbing for a quote to install a dishwasher earlier in the week and unlike other companies I'd called, Axis was able to give me a price instead of a price range. I was scheduled for a set time, no time range , and received two texts confirming the appointment - one the day before and one 30 minutes before the appointment letting me know Mike was on the way. Durung the appointment, Mike was very professional and talked me through what he was doing. He finished in record time and cleaned my floor before he left! He was detail oriented and I felt like he was taking care of my home, the same way he would take care of his. Home renovations can be very stressful, so I am very thankful that Axis Plumbing does what they say are going to do, when they say they will do it. Joe ran a line from my propane tank to my stove. It took him a little over a day to dig the trench, run the pipe, do the conversion in the stove, get it inspected and cover up the trench. I highly recommend him and wouldn’t think twice about calling him the next time I need a plumber.

Joe did a job for us last summer. It was cutting cast iron plumbing which can be brittle and hard to work with to connect to new PVC. I was very nervous about the job because of research on cutting cast iron work - it can be a disaster. He was extremely professional and respectful of my home. He got the job done at the estimated price, and he showed up on time with the proper tools and supplies. If you've worked with any contractors or subcontractors before, you will understand the importance of these qualities. I would feel comfortable recommending to a friend or colleague and/or use him again. I coordinated with and paid him directly, but he was recommended by a GC.

I've used Axis twice for emergencies and both times the price was reasonable and the repair was done quickly and efficiently. They are my go-to company for plumbing.
