Best Tankless System in Raleigh NC

Two days before Christmas my garbage disposal and pipes under my sink just fell apart. Dustin was at my house within two hours and had a new garbage disposal installed, everything working, and even checked a few things for me as a courtesy, like my water heater and water pressure. I appreciated his prompt response, his courteous demeanor, and the fact that he got everything fixed in time for Christmas!

We highly recommend Golden Rule Plumbing! Reasonably priced, professional, fast, efficient and clean! Our 4.5 year old gas hot water heater stopped working. We called Golden Rule and Joseph responded quickly. Joseph came out diagnosed the problem (it had rusted out!), and advised us that since it was still under warranty, we should contact the manufacturer and make a warranty claim. We did, and only had to pay for the labor and miscellaneous parts. Joseph and his assistant removed the old heater, returned it to the supplier, picked up a new one, and submitted the warranty information on our behalf. They installed the new water heater and cleaned up so well that it didn’t even look like they had been there! This was a very difficult job, since the water heater is in our attic and the attic opening is just about the same width as the heater, but they got it done. The next time we need a plumber we will call Golden Rule Plumbing.

Really a fast response. Great quality service and really friendly . I was thrilled that everything we needed done was done on the same time. I also thought the cost was quite fair.

The Plumber was very professional and took time to explain what he was doing to fix the issue. He also made some suggestions on what my sump pump needed to work more effectively.

I have used Cape Fear for over ten years now. And I can’t say enough good things about Rodney. He is a senior technician for them. He is very knowledgeable and posses great professionalism. I have to mention that my Trane system is a very complex machine. it has a computer, Wi-Fi and it has a variable speed compressor and air handler. Upon demand the compressor and air handler turns on at 1/10 of 1%. It’s the quietest system I’ve ever seen. True comfort. The skill and care that Rodney shows is what makes all the difference for me on choosing Cape Fear!

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Matt at PlumbV genuinely cares about the work he does AND he and his crew are clean and considerate. Rates are beyond fair for what you get - Trustworthy and lasting work from a great plumber. Best plumber in the area from my experience. Did a beautiful job on my new shower and quickly solved my toilet issues.

Waite Plumbing is fantastic! My main water line was replaced with a clear plan and timeline. They sent texts to let me know about my appointments and billing. I knew my yard would be torn up but their crew was neat about it and filled and packed the dirt back in. (Picture of the area of dig/line.) My previous plumbing co (used and liked for about 5 years) quoted the job but was not confident to do the job. Waite is now my company! They handled everything, 811 and town permitting. Special thanks to Aaron for fixing a water pressure issue in my main bath (the value would leak for me if adjusted) when I inquired about including it in the quote. He ran back to his truck and did it on the spot. Skilled and kind people. Fair pricing. Mike, the owner, runs an exceptional business. Everyone on the job was savvy and also happy to do the work.

We have had several people come by and essentially give up because the behavior wasn't happening when the tech arrived. Shawn was professional, on time and I believe he has isolated the issue to resolve it. Time will tell but we look forward to using their monthly maintenance plan and hope that our heating issues have been solved for now.June 2023 we had to use their services again but this time for plumbing. Harrison was efficient and timely. Will continue to use their services as needed!

I'm so glad I found Poole’s Plumbing, Inc.. They came out same day (week day) and within 15 minutes had correctly diagnosed and replaced the hose that supplies water to the tank. We suspected the valve was the problem but they saved us so much headache being able to determine it was just the hose! They were on time, knowledgeable, friendly and adhered to social distancing requirements. Great service at an average price for plumbing repair. Highly recommend.

I had CK's rebuild the tank for the guest toilet and take care of other small issues. I was very pleased with the work. The guys arrived on time and did an awesome job. Great service and price. I will call CK's again if needed and I highly recommend them.
