Best Tank Replacement in Raleigh NC

Two days before Christmas my garbage disposal and pipes under my sink just fell apart. Dustin was at my house within two hours and had a new garbage disposal installed, everything working, and even checked a few things for me as a courtesy, like my water heater and water pressure. I appreciated his prompt response, his courteous demeanor, and the fact that he got everything fixed in time for Christmas!

The guys did a great job replacing the fixtures in both showers this trip. Last time out they replaced the hot water heater. They were on time, pleasant, and cleaned up after themselves!!!! I would highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

The technician was courteous, professional, and explained the problem I was having in detail. He also told me what to expect for repair costs. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. This company ripped us off. They got over $800 from us by installing something in our ejector pump and did not fix the problem but instead caused other issues and did not reimburse us or anything. Then tried to tell us we had to get a new ejector pump that would cost us over $5000. We got another plumber to come out and they said the job that Fuller did was incorrect and is what made the problem worst. These guys fixed our issue and only charged us $145.00. It looks like they were trying to only fill their pockets with our hard earned dollars. Once we told him the name of the company that did our work he said there are major law suits against this company and they are known for not completing the job or making it worst. AGAIN I SAY DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE

Called with a plumbing emergency and Mike and his team were here immediately the next day to replace my water heater. Prompt, professional and knowledgeable - and kept me in the loop the entire time. 100% recommend these guys to anyone needing a plumber

I had them come out to give me an estimate for a bathroom fan replacement. They gave me an estimate that it would cost $899 dollars. I asked how long it would take to do the work, and he told me 2 to 3 hours. If you do the math, that is $300 per hour to $500 per hour that they charge. The price is way to high. I turned them down for the work, but I still had to pay the $100 service fee to have them give me the estimate. Seems like a rip off to me.

I have been going to Air Experts for years as they nurse along my old (13 years) HVAC system with their maintenance plan. Sometimes they replace parts that are on the verge of failing, so I have never had a problem with my system when I've needed it. I have full confidence that they are honest. One of the things I like best is that they do not pressure me to use them to replace my filter. I'm not comfortable taking my furnace apart, but changing a filter is no problem and it's much cheaper to do on my own.Their technicians are always extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with. They always explain any work clearly and help me to decide the best course of action.I realize that the maintenance plans may seem like a scam to some. I didn't buy them when my system was new. But then one summer the drain for my heat pump got clogged and caused a small flood in an adjoining closet. That's when I realized that having someone clean all this stuff twice/year was worth it to me. I'd much rather pay a little bit annually rather than have to worry about something catastrophic when it's either really hot or really cold and I desperately need my system to work.

David is great! He’s done multiple jobs at our house and is always punctual, professional and his prices are reasonable. He also guarantees his work which is reassuring. The work he has done for us has always been as quoted or less than the quote which shows his integrity and honesty! He has come to our house promptly for emergencies too. Can’t recommend David enough!
