Fasco has come out to our house a handful of times now for various plumbing problems. (Mostly due to the hell that is polybutylene pipes.) I have no complaints at all about their service. They've been straightforward, do good and honest work, and have had good prices. I wouldn't think twice about recommending them.

My house 's water heater leaked water on a Saturday morning two weeks ago. It was pretty bad. I called my friend and he referred me to Terry's company. After I contacted Terry, he sent his staff to my house to help, the gentleman came in less an hour, which is very fast and quick response! Very, very helpful in the situation... Terry is very genuine, a wonderful man to work with.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

This crew was just great on all levels. They went above and beyond. The 3 guys on our property were kind to my inquisitive children and responsive to my concerns. They completed the job in a timely manner. They each had positive attitudes, and took pride in their work.

Technician (Quenton) arrived on time and got right to business. After I explained to him the symptoms we were experiencing, he went up to the attic to diagnose. He found the issue quickly, and went to town to fix it. He was professional the entire time and the repairs were done quickly. Afterwards, we went over the bill, where he said it was warranty work (thus $0).Nice job Quenton.

I had an appointment scheduled for 2:00pm to install a new dishwasher. The plumber showed up over 1 hour early without any call. He looked at the pipes for the dishwasher and told me he hates to install dishwashers. He didn’t want to do it. He offered me the name of a handyman located several towns away. He said he was going to have to tell the assistant to stop giving him dishwasher install jobs. I asked if they had another plumber on staff to do it. He said “I’m the only one”. He asked what other plumbing I needed. Of course I said no. I will be calling another provider. I do not recommend this company.

We had an intermittent water leak that we had not been able to isolate. Unfortunately, it got much worse on a Friday night and we needed help. Henry with Poole's was very professional and polite. We got the job done quickly and with minimal mess. Will use again.

I don’t normally write reviews but I had to take the time to write this one in order to help someone else who may need plumbing services. I had a 2-4pm appointment and after calling in advance, “Sean” showed up at 2:30. Two of our toilets appeared to be slightly backed up along with our garbage disposal. I’ve never needed a plumbing repair, but I’ve heard horror stories about high trip fees and prices. After pointing these items out to Sean, he carefully analyzed and started to troubleshoot each item. He was able to describe in clear detail what was taking place at each location. After that he gave me options to choose from in order to address my concerns. Sean was honest and appeared to really have my best interests in mind. I am glad that Sean came out and that I chose CK plumbing, they really exceeded my expectations and at an affordable price as well. No need to dread calling a plumber, just call CK plumbing.

I called for an appointment after receiving an estimate and they were able to get me in on the next business day. I had a new kitchen faucet installed (the old one leaked), a leaky drain repaired and a under sink water filter installed. James, who owns the business, arrived on time and promptly got to work. He had everything installed and took the time to make sure everything was working properly so quickly. It took maybe an hour, far less than what was estimated and the price was really affordable. I really appreciated that they were able to complete what I needed so quickly and at a price I could afford. Sink doesn't leak anymore, faucet doesn't drip and the tap water tastes great now!

Curtis was exceptional. Walked in the house and from the start was there to be efficient sand not waste time. He told me he likely knew the issue from the start and fixed it in a matter of time. He asked if we were interested in a service agreement with zero selling and I said yes. He was done in less than 45 minutes. Thanks to Bolton Service and the staff, the house is once again cool.

We have been Newcomb inspection and maintenance clients since 2011. This year we decided - with their help - to upgrade our home heating and cooling. It’s been about a month and a half since the Newcomb team finished installing our new systems. I’d like to compliment the team at Newcomb. They did a great job. Everyone we have ever dealt with at Newcomb has been professional, polite and knowledgeable. All is well here and it’s great being comfortable whether it’s hot or cold outside. The new systems perform far better than our old ones.
