Our AC went out on a Saturday night in August, and we have a baby so it was critical to get fixed ASAP. Technician Rodney Pope came to the rescue way after hours and was able to get our AC running again. He was informative and explained all the details. Will definitely use again and recommend to our neighbors.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Our technician was very helpful and kind! He cleaned out A/C unit and checked to make sure everything was working fine. It was a reasonable price to make sure everything was functioning well.

David has helped diagnose and quickly resolve issues for us twice now! As new home owners, we've found it is hard to find contractors who are responsive, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. David is all of those things.

Most recently, we had sewage backing up from our downstairs shower drain - not something you want to ever experience, especially when you're nine months pregnant! David came out the next day - earlier than he originally promised - and resolved the issue within a few hours at a very reasonable rate. A true lifesaver!! Would highly recommend.

Top notch. I had a grinder pump for a bathroom in a detached garage that pumps to the septic tank for my home. The pipe between had a break in it. Ryan came out and fixed it. He had to find the leak, dig it up, and repair it. He did it. He was positive and professional throughout. Ryan is awesome. The world needs more Ryans. Will definitely use these guys the next time I'm in need.

Plumber - Jason called before coming and was on time. He was very professional and explained what he was doing. He did not rush, was very thorough and asked if I had any questions. Also, he made sure I was pleased with his work before he left.

Just had Gregory Bunson out to perform my bi-annual HVAC maintenance. Prior to the appointment, I received an email, phone call and text reminder letting me know Gregory was on his way. Gregory was on time, professional and thorough with my service and even identified a minor problem which was quickly resolved no-charge based on my maintenance agreement. Beyond the system service was the level of respect and professionalism that Gregory endeavored to provide. He put on shoe covers before entering my home, turned off lights when he finished and took the time to provide a detailed explanation of what he did and the status of my systems. I was referred to Dave by a friend as water was spraying from a frozen valve outside my house. Dave diagnosed and walked me through the problem on the phone on a Sunday and scheduled one of his guys to come out to my house the next day (had I not been able to fix the problem myself Dave offered to come to my house that day). The valve was replaced in very little time the next day. I will certainly recommend NC Water Heaters to anyone needing plumbing help. Thanks for the great service.

I was trying to replace a kitchen faucet but as soon as I began to loosen the line from the valve, the pipe broke where it threads into the cold water line. I made calls to multiple plumbing companies, but most were understandably booked for the day. Wake Forest Plumbing called me back within a couple hours and said they had someone available to head my way. Austin arrived shortly after and tried one option that didn’t work due to having older pipes. He explained my other options then quickly went to work on cutting out and replacing that section of pipe. In no time he was done and I had water again. I can’t say enough about how responsive and courteous Austin and Wake Forest Plumbing were, and the cost of the repair was fair and probably less than I’ve paid others to do easier jobs.

Rick has done over a dozen jobs for us, we are very pleased with Handiricks service. He does a beautiful job in whatever project we give him and trust him to do a good job at a fair price. He always goes above and beyond what we expect. We will continue to use him.

I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
