The technician was on time , he performed the job. But I just felt that he wasn’t trustworthy. He told me that the whole faucets couldn’t be repaired. I had to buy a brand new expensive set of faucets to fit my kitchen sink. The odd thing is that he took the old set with all the components without even asking me. It makes me wonder why? Could it be repaired? He didn’t even let me see it. I just installed a brand new sprayer two weeks prior. He took it!!! I had to ask him to return it so I may have the opportunity to return it. It just wasn’t a good experience.

Came out and didn't try to fix the problem. They wanted to change out the pipe going from the cleanout to the road. Had a different plumber come and they fixed my stoppage. Had nothing to do with what they suggested.

They came time frame they said they would did the job in timely manner even assist in another plumbing situation that wasn't part of the service. Price as well as very reasonable!!!

The last issue required them and their office to search for the part. They were not able to find the part at first but continued to search after they left. Jeremy at NC Plumbing Pros knows his business! He came quickly, was professional, very knowledgable and personable. As a Master Plumber certified in 5 states he had the knowledge, experience and proper equipment to fix our drainage problem/clogged pipe efficiently after a previous company was unable to do so and said we would have to replace our galvanized pipe at a cost of $1450, which AHS would not have covered. He also said that had the pipe replacement been necessary, he would have have charged about $900. Wow better plumber and better price! I wish AHS had sent Jeremy in the first place so I would not have been without the use of my washing machine for over a week. Highly recommend Jeremy with NCPlumbing Pros!

After receiving a quote for a new commercial water heater for $14,000 from a well known (corporate style) company who did very little to search for possible issues, I contacted NC Plumbing pros. Even with the recent cold snap, they had a technician to my place of business within the hour who diagnosed the problem, explained the problem, fixed the problem for less than $500! Parts, labor and all! Rather than being closed for 4 days and losing business I was back up in half a day! The professionalism was above and beyond. I will only use their service for all my professional and personal needs going forward. There’s something to be said for helping the little guys!

This company was dispatched by the home warranty company when I submitted a work request that the Tankless Hot Water heater was not longer producing Hot water immediately.
The technician was polite and clean, but he left the crawlspace door open when he left the premises.

Very efficient. They came right away to check minor problems with the toilets and check one kitchen faucet and replace the the other one. The were tidy and cleaned up after themselves.

This is the first time receiving service from this company. Andrew, the technician, was very professional, on time, quick to access the issue and quick to resolve it. NC Plumbing lied to AHS said my kitchen sink facet was broken because of miss use. When in fact it was ware & tare, corrosion,& normal use. I called American Home Shield & ask them to send another Plumbing Company out to look @ the facet. Told them not to send NCPlumbing to my house again.

I have AHS and they assigned our service order here. First time experience with NC Plumbing Pros and it was great. I really appreciated the communication, the professionalism and timeliness. The problem has been fixed and Brian did a great job explaining what had occurred.

Apparently, I spoke to early when writing the first review. I'm totally disappointed with the knowledge of the Technicians that installed my water heater. If my brother was not at my house overseeing the installation, I would not have heated water. He actually had to check to see if they checked the amp in the thermostat to make sure it was talking to the below thermostat. They looked at him as if he was speaking another language * and said we hear the water heater working. When speaking to them about the different process and checklist and he is a very gentle and mild manner person, they looked like..... When entering my house from the basement to the bathroon on the lower level they never put on the footies over their shoes and I had just gotten my carpet cleaned. I have a trail from the garage to the bathroom. I would like the manager or owner to reach out to my brother because he could explain the situation better than me. I know that if it hadn't been for my brother I would have had not clue what they were not doing or what needed to be done to complete the job properly.

American home shield tried to call them several times to get a report from them and they never picked the calls American home shield or from me.

Initial service scheduled on 21st of October, technician came to our house gave the option of a garbage disposal as per what the warranty company has approved for. I didn’t want to go with it as it and requested them to send a report to the warranty company that I want a cash out option.

I have tried to call the warranty company and the company needs information from the technician and there is no answer from technician for many days.

The worst service ever!! In return they tried to reply to my review justifying what they have done is ok!! Stay away from them and I would not recommend them

This company was sent by my home warranty. All that said the person they sent was very nice but they had to come back 3 times because if wrong parts. On the final visit after they left I went to look at the sink and it was flooded under the sink and the wrong stopper color was installed. Does not match my faucet!

The plumber who arrived consulted with another to assess the problem. Very happy with the diagnostic appointment. The repair estimate was really high. I bought the parts and had my handyman do the repair for 20% of the cost. I would certainly consider this plumber if money was not a concern.

Amazing attention to detail. We had an issue that would have stumped the best, even the manufacturer but Jeremy kept at it and solved the issue after hours of troubleshooting.

American Hime Shield sent this company for the second time to get my garbage disposal working. The plates on it are rusted to the point that if not used every few days it seizes up. NC Pro told AHS that I damaged the disposal putting corn in it. not true. Brian, the service tech took a wrench and banged it on the plate to loosen the rust. After that it worked but it will do the same thing again if not used every few days. It’s old-2007-and extremely rusty. Before Brian left I wanted to make sure the blades turned properly so all I had was some corn so I broke into a small piece and we tried it. It cut the corn off one side. Tried another piece, same thing. We pulled each piece out to check so we didn’t just let it run. There is nothing wrong with the blades but they refused to tell AHS that the rust was an ongoing issue but they did tell AHS it needed replacing. If they would explain that I did not break it by putting corn in it which is the truth AHS Wwoupd replace it. Still NC Pro sent me an estimate and offered to replace it for almost $460. It almost seems like they want money from AHS and also from me. I would never recommend this company. The least they could do would be to be truthful with AHS and tell them the rust is the issue. Instead they tell them they got it running and didn’t elaborate and say the rust had it jammed up. 🤦🏻‍♀️.

We called NC Plumbing Pros because we were in need of a new faucet due to it leaking and our garbage disposal had stopped working. They were able to get a technician out to fix the issue and replace the next day. Our technician was knowledgeable and provided a variety of different options to fix the issue and to be as cost efficient as possible. I plan on continuing to use them for services and repair needs in the future.

We all need plumbers at some point. This is a business to avoid like the plague, owing to its predatory pricing.

They provide very high estimates based on guesswork which they refuse to reduce even with information from their installer. The job in question, cited as requiring 1.5 hours, only took 30 minutes, yet they refused to discount the bill. Too many good outfits around (Cary Plumbing) to deal with predators. Not surprisingly, they are not registered with the area Better Business Bureau.

Their technician Jeremy is excellent. Very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. You won’t go wrong with NC Plumbing Pros as long as they employ techs like Jeremy.

I used Angi to inquire about a minor non-emergency repair on my toilet. After my declining on the first ridiculous blind quote from ARS Rescue Rooter, NC Plumbing agreed to come to my home for a modest 59.99 and give me an informed quote. The dispatchers/customer service phone reps were pleasant, professional, and attentive. Jeremy and Johnny (both friendly and professional) contacted me and communicated their ETA early in the day and then contacted me 30 minutes before their arrival. After assessing my need, they gave me a fair price that was almost a third of what the typical overpriced quote from ARS earlier. I felt so comfortable with their assessment that I decided to just replace the 10-yr old toilet. Again they gave me a price up front, worked quickly, and the toilet was installed while other plumbers were still trying to schedule me. The total price for installing the toilet was less than the quote from ARS for bolting the old one to the floor. My takeaway was that it pays to be a comparative shopper and NC Plumbing Pros was by far the best choice that I could have made. I will call them again for sure.

Today was the first time this company came to my house.

Jeremy checked a leak in the crawl space caused by a water filter. Came out late night because he knew I was very concerned the water leakage would cause more damage and a high water bill. I highly recommend this company. The are very thorough, caring, and efficient with their evaluations.

Are a very good company to do business with. I say this because of the level of integrity that shown when they comes to diagnose and repair your plumbing. Jeremy, Kountry and Andrew are very good at their job. One plumber told me that I needed a new hot water heater and expansion tank, was not done so waited for second opinion from NC PLUMBING PRO’S.
Those guys came an reassessed the problem and they revealed there was a hole in a pipe. Instead of taking my money and replace a water heater that was not needed. Saving my family lots of money.

The technician didn’t fix the leaky kitchen faucet and told that faucet needs to closed all the way down. We have been using that kitchen faucet for years and the leak issue recently developed and that’s why I called them to fix it. All he told me is to close it harder and as per him it’s not leaking. I feel that if the faucet has ran it’s life, it needs to be replaced.

The plumber was sent out and specifically told me my warranty would cover it but they did not. When NC PLUMBING PRO’s gave me an estimate, they wanted to charge me $490 for a $50 part and work that ended up taking me 10 minutes to change myself! I will not be calling them back EVER AGAIN!
