Samuel recently repaired 2 valves on my toilets. He was prompt and pleasant and did a great job. The water meter was uncooperative and broke. Samuel stayed with the job until it was fixed to make sure the repairs were good. I highly recommend this services.

I called Benjamin Plumbing this morning and left a message. I got a call back from Benjamin in about ten minutes. I explained my problem and Benjamin explained to me what the cause was. He had another appointment before me and said he would try to reach me by lunch time. He called me back before lunch time and advised he was headed my way. Once he got here he got to work quickly and resolved my problem which was a bad pressure regulator valve. He even tested my sprinklers that I had hooked up to make sure they worked properly. He also had me to flush my toilets and run bathroom faucets to make sure I wasn't losing pressure anymore. I am very pleased with the service I received and will be using him again.

Benjamin plumbing is a reliable company when in need of professional plumbing services. The owner is respected & highly recommended by his clientele. Benjamin plumbing can handle jobs from minor clogs to major backups, and pipe replacements. The most impressive thing I found about Mr. Benjamin is his networks are broad. If by chance you need more than what he can provide Mr. Benjamin he can direct or refer you to the proper channels to get it done.
That has been my experience with Benjamin plumbing. In addition, Benjamin plumbing unclogged my backed up tub, and sinks while washing clothes during the Thanksgiving holiday season 2016. I was lucky to have him in my state(New York) because my development emergency service could not come until 24 hours from my call. Benjamin plumbing responded in less than an hour. Finding him to be reliable and prompt on calls. He got the job done within a 2 hour window. He even assisted with the water cleanup on arrival as I was dumping buckets of water from the tub into the toilet to keep the water from overflowing out of the tub. It was a frustrating mess!! From there I became a satisfied customer and went back to finishing my laundry. I rate this company with 5 stars because of the thoughtful service, and response time. Mr. Benjamin was a life saver. He came on an emergency call AFTER 9pm. He was prompt in getting to my residence. He assessed the problem and was able to fix the problem in less than 20 mins. Sampson Benjamin assisted us with a 3rd floor up-fit that included a bathroom. His install included moving a commode from the first floor to the third and installing a handicap commode for my mother downstairs. I admittedly did not have all of the things needed, as upon his arrival I added two leaking sinks and the actual faucet I purchased new was faulty. He was nice enough to return the faulty faucet, purchase another and by the pieces for the leak repairs. He completed the additional work along with installing a sink on the 3rd floor in roughly 4 hours. Extremely fast, helpful and professional; he is now MY PLUMBER. I will not allow another company in my home. If you have the opportunity, welcome this professional and courteous young man into your home!

After broken pipes following a winter freeze, and then again for bathroom upgrades a year later, He took care of us both times with courteous professionalism at a fair price.

Sam came out the day after I called him and others were telling me one week. He was very polite, professional and honest. He even called me because he was running 10 mins late which was appreciated and has rarely happened with other companies. He told me exactly what the job would entail and a price up front and unlike others he didn't tell me 5 mins later that it was a bigger job than he originally thought. He was very professional and was knowledgeable about the plumbing issue. He showed me what was wrong and made sure I understood the process to the repair. He then repaired the issue and showed me afterwards that it was fixed. He also fixed my soap holder for me and looked at my water heater to check for any concerns. Great job. Sampson with Benjamin Plumbing arrive on time for our 3pm appt. I explained that the cold water line in bathroom was not working. After taking the line a loose underneath the vanity sink and making sure nothing was blocking the water supply and re placing a small section of galvanized pipe, still no water, after going into crawl space Sampson found that a valve was shut off. So after spending 30-45 min. at my home and solving my problem , there was no charge.
I would not hesitate to call him again.

Mr. Benjamin arrived promptly and quickly assessed our plumbing request. We purchased a commode 7 days ago and have attempted at least 3 different plumbers to come to our home for the commode installation and to replace the shut off valve. Appointments were made and then other customer emergencies would shift our service request. Over the weekend the already broken shut off valve began to drip on the floor. We spent Monday morning making calls and found Mr. Benjamin. He arrived at the time he stated he would arrive, quickly accessed the problem and went right to work. We asked Mr. Benjamin to repair a few other items and they were done without hesitation. In addition, we were pleased with the cost of the repair. You won't be disappointed. Very polite and professional.

We had a great experience with Benjamin Plumbing. I spoke with Mr. Benjamin late one afternoon and he found time to come out the next day. He was quick, knowledgeable, and explained the process as he went. At the end he made sure we were comfortable with making adjustments on our own if needed. Had a great experience working with Sampson at Benjamin plumbing. Responded to my voicemail the same day I contacted him, came out quickly and diagnosed and fixed a leak right away. Rates were reasonable and Sampson a pleasure to work with. They were even able to squeeze in a spigot replacement for my dad nearby the same day. Will definitely work with Sampson again. 100% recommend.

Very professional, good with advice to save you money. They were out of town when I called them for an emergency repair (ruptured main line pipe under the house), and told me it would be two days before they could come out. Since we are hurricane prepared for two weeks, I told them that was fine. They called the next day and said they finished that job and were 30 minutes out, and asked if they could come by for the repair. EXCELLENT SERVICE! Great value for the money. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS!

Sampson came out to take care of several issues in our new house. The largest item on the list involved cutting through an adjacent bedroom wall. When he got started, he realized it wasn't necessary. He was able to quickly fix the problem and didn't charge me for the item at all. We had already agreed to do that work and he certainly could have just continued. I don't usually write reviews just for people doing their job well but that's the kind of integrity that motivates me to write one.
