Outdoor plumbing for our outside sink/kitchen fixed. Inside replaced water heater and corrected multiple installation errors from previous work. Found a leak that was previously repaired with electrical tape. So amazing. Really Really happy.

I've had Wake Forest Plumbing to do 2 jobs at my house. They were responsive, professional, and reasonably priced both times. My search for a good plumber has ended :-) Great job guys!

Edit: They have done additional jobs for me and my neighbors. I am still impressed with the service, and their practical approach to making repairs.

We had an emergency caused by a lightening strike. They made us a priority and had people here the next day to address our hot water heater issue. The specialist was courteous and understanding, answered all our questions and gave us good advice. I will have them back again for any further plumbing work.

Had one of two old attic water heaters start leaking. WF Plumbing had a plumber out within an hour. I decided to replace both water heaters with a single tankless unit. That’s a pretty complex unit! Mark and Paul, the installers did a great job installing it and fixed a whole house pressure problem, too. I’m loving the Rinniae unit and very pleased with the work!

Had them “fix” our toilet. Wasn’t satisfied and they agreed on their 2nd trip they didn’t fully fix the issue. They wanted more money to fix the original issue, plus money for parts. Not happening. Let them leave. Scam artists. Also they didn’t seem interested in doing anything anyways.

Not particularly impressed, called and left a message during the week and a day later, still no return call. Had to track them down via FB and got an appt for the next day between 2 and 4 pm, said they would call 30 mins before arriving. 4 pm comes and goes, no call. Message them *again* on FB and am promised someone will contact me. Takes ANOTHER 45 mins to get a call, this time saying they will be there at 6 pm. Finally show up at 6:45 pm. I understand that jobs can run long but there is no excuse for inconveniencing a customer by not communicating to them that you will be late so they are not sitting around all day waiting for you to show up. But it doesn't end there. This was a simple job of replacing an exterior hose faucet. But when I went to use it the next day I found it was leaking around the fixture and had to call them out AGAIN to correctly adjust it. While there to fix it, they noticed I was having my water heater replaced and asked why I didn't get a quote from them. Seriously?? They messed up installing a simple faucet and I'm going to have them put in water heater? Yeah, I don't think so.

I called them at 7:30 pm about a leaking water heater. The next morning they provided a quote and by 2:30 that afternoon they had replaced the old water heater and brought the system up to code. The manager and owner were on site and provided excellent customer service. They are a great local company doing business the right way.

Excellent customer service, fast response time, efficient work. They are honest and trustworthy. They were careful with our belongings and genuinely nice guys to chat with. Price for work done was more than fair! I will be using them again and recommending to everyone I know!

super happy with the service and professionalism of this company. From George to Mark and all of the team that helped to plumb a new natural gas line for our new cooktop and fireplace logs. They were clean, methodical and polite throughout the entire process. New natural gas and 5 new sinks later, we couldn't be happier!

I called them and they actually came out on time! In addition, service was great, what they charged was very, VERY fair. Chris came out. After years of being ripped off by other plumbers, I will definitely call them again.

I had this company give me a couple of estimates and ultimately had them do some work on my water treatment system. On the plus side, one of the plumbers and the office personnel were initially friendly, helpful, and responsive. On the other hand, the prices were at the high end. And now the reason for the poor rating... I couldn't get enough pressure from my well. They suggested a unique solution that apparently worked for someone else. I went with it for $600. Didn't fix the problem. Ultimately I got another company to come in and they explained why this solution would not work at all. The valve and very small tank they installed kept cycling my well pump on and off every time any amount of water was drawn. I provided detailed feedback in a polite lengthy email to the company. I primarily wanted them to avoid doing this for someone else. I also did ask for them to consider some type of refund. I followed up with emails and calls and never got a reply. Eventually I gave up. Even with no refund, a thanks for the feedback would have gone a long way. I do not recommend.

Needed a inspection of my water in a small commercial building, kids were nice at first then Austin had a attitude.. would next answer texts they are KIDS! No recommended.

Left message but they never called back. Went with a different plumber instead.

After 4 voicemail messages we decided to move on. Not even the courtesy of a call back!

Great company to work with. Needed hot water heater to be replaced. Came quickly after hours. Staff were super helpful and friendly and encouraged me to compare prices with other companies. They had the best price by more than $500. Installation was quick. Would hire them again.

Fast and professional. Would give better rating but for price. Have replaced hot water heaters before so know what is involved. Health not good now. 800 for two guys for about 4 hours is too much! That is just labor.

I am very happy with the plumbing service provided at my home by Wake Forest Plumbing over many years. Most recently, Wake Forest Plumbing installed a new septic lift pump and a new 75-foot sewer and water lateral line at my home. In the past they have done other work at my home such as installing a toilet and installing a water heater. All of the work is of high quality and at a fair price. The recent work was a big job, and I had an opportunity to talk with numerous representatives of the company, including the Owner, the Office Manager, and the plumbers. It is clear to me that all of the representatives of this company work well together as a team. They are very honest, thorough, friendly, polite, and hard-working. Since the work was done when my sons and I were at home 24/7 due to COVID-19, I greatly appreciate that Wake Forest Plumbing was able to minimize the disruption to our water and sewer service during the project. Since we were home 24/7, I was also able to observe the project more closely, and the company representatives very patiently answered my questions throughout the installation in terms that were easy to understand. They were always on-time, and they communicated with me at every step of the process so I would know what to expect.

In summary, if you need plumbing service, please don’t hesitate to contact Wake Forest Plumbing!!! It is a great company!!!

I had a new hot water heater put in (ours is in our attic). They were quick and provided great service. Definitely recommend them.

Tried to get our kitchen faucet replaced. Tech showed up and could not wait 10 more minutes for me to bring him the new faucet. Was very rude to me & my wife. I offered to pay extra for his time. Declined to help us and left. Called the office and receptionist was not kind either. Would not recommend. Wasted my time.

The only reason I'm giving Wake Forest plumbing 2 stars is the fast response to my house. I live in a modular home and had an issue with the main bathrooms shower faucet leaking. The plumbers got here and told me they couldn't fix it I would have to go to Casey's mobile home parts store to buy the peice I needed before they would help me. They were here less than 10 minutes to cap my pipes. Once pipes were caped he said ok you can turn your water back on. Wow. Isn't that why I called you and paying you to service me? My boyfriend literally said to him yeah it's under the house. I paid them $124 for him to tell me go elsewhere to buy a part for plumbing when they are plumbers, for him to cap my pipes, and then him to tell me to turn my own water on. Won't call them again!!!!

Great service. Great people. Great price. Highly recommended. The owners are fantastic and they had the best prices around. Definitely will use them again. Super friendly and worked with me from beginning to end. Answered all my questions and made sure I knew what services were being performed.

Professional service. They returned a few times to completely fix the concerns we had. The second crew, especially, seemed very knowledgeable. Quick response and was able to get appointments quickly.

Gave me an estimate for water heater twice the normal rate! Didn’t they think I would find out?

They replaced my cut off valve, the drain line, dielectric unions, and a new tank. Very professional. Two years later and it works like a champ. Better than I had in the previous 14 years.

They have helped me twice. In both situations they were fast and provided excellent service. They came out to my house on a Sunday afternoon at 5 PM to replace the expansion tank on my water heater. Within 30 minutes things were back to normal.

I would highly recommend Wake Forest Plumbing. I contacted them 2 days before a holiday and the woman who answered the phone was very helpful. I had a small plumbing issue yet they booked my appointment as soon as possible, within a day. Troy was excellent! He solved our issue right away PLUS his friendly attitude and professionalism was really appreciated! Will definitely hire again. Thank you!

A fencing company hit our main water line leaving us with no water. Called Wake Forest Plumbing and they had a guy out within a few hours. They were very fair with us, made the repair, and had our water back on within 45 minutes. Great customer service and honest and fair with the prices charged. I appreciate them getting us up and running quickly and cost efficiently!

Set up an appointment from 12-2 waited and no call no show. I called the company and they told me they had been busy but I never received a call to keep me updated or anything. I found a plumber who came out immediately and fixed my problem!

I was trying to replace a kitchen faucet but as soon as I began to loosen the line from the valve, the pipe broke where it threads into the cold water line. I made calls to multiple plumbing companies, but most were understandably booked for the day. Wake Forest Plumbing called me back within a couple hours and said they had someone available to head my way. Austin arrived shortly after and tried one option that didn’t work due to having older pipes. He explained my other options then quickly went to work on cutting out and replacing that section of pipe. In no time he was done and I had water again. I can’t say enough about how responsive and courteous Austin and Wake Forest Plumbing were, and the cost of the repair was fair and probably less than I’ve paid others to do easier jobs.

Utility company reported a slow leak to me and I called them to diagnose and repair the problem. They responded quickly and were very professional. They returned later in the week to replace my main water line underground. They were quick and did a tidy job installing the new line, expansion tank and regulator.

I was very pleased. Our home is 10yo, and has had lots of work to be done. Out of ALL plumbers I have used, and called, these guys were the best. I will continue using them as a first choice. Great job guys you run your business very very well. I wish all trades ran their business like yours.

Troy came out on an emergency call when our pressure tank sprung a leak. Although he could not replace the tank that night (the right solution to the problem) he did a temporary fix that allowed us to have water until the next day when he replaced the tank. Great work and obviously someone who takes pride in doing things right. I would certainly call them again if I had other plumbing problems.

The technicians, Chris and Austin, were professional and very knowledgeable. Within seconds Christ identified the water pressure problem that we were having with our house. Both he and Austin worked quickly and replaced the PRV and the expansion tank. They also fixed a toilet, a repair I requested after they got to my house. I am impressed and would recommend Wake forest Plumbing.

I wish I could give 6 stars. Every aspect of the transaction was positive. the lady answering the phone was courteous, friendly and told me when the plumber would be there. Ron showed up at that time and was pleasant, professional and resolved the dishwasher leak promptly. I wish all service businesses conducted themselves in this fashion.
