My outside hose was stuck and I tried to remove it, but it didn't matter how careful I was, I still broke the copper pipe. I was able to book them the next day, they were professional and reasonably priced. Will definitely use their services again.

Joseph and his crew were some of the nicest guys we have ever met .They explained everything that was done to get our water running again and the price was very reasonable. I have used Weather Master Heating and Air for the last 7 years. They are my preferred choice for maintaining my HVAC system and their maintenance plan is terrific. Recently, I had to contact Weather Master for a non functioning furnace. Joel C. came out on a Sunday to diagnose the problem with my unit. He allowed me to watch the entire process and answered every question that I had. He spent as much time as I needed to explain the various options available to me. I trust his professional opinion and appreciate the time he takes to review what needs to be done. Although he did not have the part available that Sunday, he returned the following day with the part and repaired the unit to full working order. I can't speak highly enough of the professionalism that Joel C. offered to me. I highly recommend both Joel C. and Weather Master Heating and Air.

Schwartz Plumbing followed up on a $3625 hot water heater installation, but never notify me that they would charge an additional $78 fee just to check on their work, and then they got angry when I questioned the fee.

I highly recommend James from the Raleigh branch. He correctly diagnosed an issue that was misdiagnosed by another company who was trying to sell me on a more expensive part or new unit altogether. He was very thorough in his explanation and had our AC up and running in no time.

Back story…I had one of Blanton’s air, plumbing and electrical technicians come out put up a light fixture . Within 5 months, the light fixture was already hanging down from the ceiling. I called the company back. They sent me a new tech out by the name of Eddie Sherman! He did a great job in fixing the problem. I don’t know if you get the choose the tech you want, but I would recommend asking for Mr. Eddie Sherman.
