Best Sewer Line Repair And Replacement in Raleigh NC

Had two pipes burst due to cold weather on Sunday night. Dustin from Urgent Care Plumbing Came out quickly and repaired both issues. He also let us know about a few other issues that we might want to take a look at. He came back the next day and fixed one of those as well. Great attention to detail and quick response made a stressful experience much better!! Will definitely call him for any future plumbing needs!

Tree roots had grown into my sewer line causing it to back up. After having the tree removed I called around to get estimates for having the line replaced. Other companies including the one who first unstopped the line wanted to charge me multiple fews (visit, camera usage, etc) just to come out and give an estimate. Terry having dealt with this situation so many times before felt confident giving me an estimate over the phone after talking the situation over with me.

Two days later he was at my house first thing in the morning. The roots had grown into the line at a T intersection near the road just as he expected. By lunch time Brandon had that section of the line replaced and everything has been good since.

It cost me about half of what other companies told me the replacement would probably cost. I can’t say enough good things about these guys.

Jesus Raya literally spent the day making repairs and improvements to my Air Conditioning system. He worked a half day yesterday looking over the three levels in the home. I showed him the areas of the home that had moisture problems. We discussed the components that needed to be replaced as well as the improvements that were needed because the house was built in the 1970s.On both days, Mr. Raya worked hard and constantly. He was familiar with all aspects of the air conditioning system as well as the equipment needed to make the necessary improvements. I was pleased with all aspects of Jesus Raya’s work.

2005 Builder-installed 2nd floor system went out a few years ago. I had so many problems with the same brand on the first floor that I really wanted to have a Trane. The repair Company that I called did not sell Trane brand, so I called Cape Fear. Prompt, clean and otherwise excellent installation experience.
18 months ago I did not have a maintenance contract but they showed up within a couple of hours away for a first floor air-conditioning issue in the hot mid summer weather and quickly fixed it.
Since then I have had maintenance contracts and the fellas that come out put on cloth shoe covers like medical professionals when they come inside.
They are very knowledgeable when I have asked questions about the systems and they spend a lot of time cleaning and checking the systems every six months so that we are not caught off guard by a breakdown. (I think it’s in the neighborhood of 45 minutes to an hour on each system.)
Their technician James has been twice for maintenance Contract service and he is excellent! I can’t say enough good things about him!

Jay came by to help fix a leak from an upstairs bathtub that was flowing into a light fixture in our kitchen. He was super friendly, professional, and very thorough. Once the problem was diagnosed, he needed an extra set of hands since part of the drain was behind an access panel in our closet. I was glad to help hold the part in place while Jay threaded it in from the bathtub. During the process, jay was able to walk me through what he was doing and show me what needed replacing which was very helpful for me (always good to learn how different things in your home work!).We tested everything multiple times to make sure the leak was fixed and jay also gave me tips on adjusting and installing a new access panel (the current one was pretty small). After finishing up, we were chatting about the other plumbing in the house and jay even took a look at some of the plumbing in our crawl space to show me things to look out for. Super helpful! Arrived promptly at the stated time and even called to let me know that they were on their way. Very thorough in their work. They also clean up after themselves. I love the fact that they wear little booties on their shoes before they even walk into your house to prevent any dirt on your floors. Price for work I needed done was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company.

Exceptional customer service and communication from start to finish. We woke up to our aging water heater leaking in the garage and Mike was able to have someone come out the very same day and replace the system. The situation was worse for us also as we were all sick with COVID and this was an added stress that we didn't need. Waite Plumbing completely took the stress out of the situation and they will definitely be my go-to for future plumbing needs.
