Best Service Call in Raleigh NC

Had two pipes burst due to cold weather on Sunday night. Dustin from Urgent Care Plumbing Came out quickly and repaired both issues. He also let us know about a few other issues that we might want to take a look at. He came back the next day and fixed one of those as well. Great attention to detail and quick response made a stressful experience much better!! Will definitely call him for any future plumbing needs!

After we discovered we had a broken water heater early in the morning, I scrambled to find someone that could install a new one that day. I was given Jayk's phone number around noon and Jayk had his technicians to the house that afternoon. They removed the old water heater and installed the new one in just a few hours for a very reasonable price.

Terry and son saved the day! Our septic backed up for two days, and TCR fixed the problem within a few short hours. I wish I would've called them first, but I'll know for next time! Thanks guys.

I called Swartz Plumbing at 8am, at 9am Joe came to do three plumbing jobs for us: replacing a toilet, putting new innards in a 2nd toilet, and cleaning the drain and replumbing under the kitchen sink. I started having an issue with my heat yesterday (a Sunday morning-of course!). Called early this morning and got an appointment for the afternoon. My technician Kevin was great! He was on time and took care of the problem. He patiently listened to my descriptions and then addressed all of my questions/concerns. Kevin even showed me the defective part and gave my coils a quick clean. Great tech and overall a great business! Highly recommend both Kevin and Cape Fear!

The water line to our house broke one evening. Sean from CK Plumbing was able to come out first thing in the morning and repair. He went above and beyond in fixing the line, taking extra steps to not destroy our lawn! He was even willing to look at a few other plumbing issues we were having. Great service, and at a good price.

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

Roto Rooter has fast and friendly service. Herbert came out quickly, diagnosed and fixed my plumbing problems at a reasonable cost. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. I will be utilizing them again in the future!

The technician Andy made me very uncomfortable to the point i almost pulled my gun. In addition he was not prepared with tools or a proper tape measure. He pulled a wooden ruler out to measure my sink and took 30 min to do so.
I won’t be using them for this project.
