They answered all my wife’s hundreds of questions (lol) and we decided to schedule an appointment. They were ON TIME for our appointment and very kind. They were quick, efficient, and they were very informative! We really appreciate the work they did and we are loving our new faucet.

I scheduled 3 jobs on the same day with them. The employees showed up on time...They were very professional, maintained social distancing, and were wearing masks...they did a great job on installing the water heater, and also installing the new kitchen sink hardware and the new shower hardware....I could not be more pleased.. Technician did flushing of sediment in hot water tank. He was very professional, explained the tank operation and maintenance in detail and so it was easy to understand. He was very thorough. We would work with the technician again in the future.

I had Schwartz reroute a leaking main water line and repipe my entire house due to polybutylene pipes. They got me on the books quickly and finished the work in 2 days, for a better price than competitors. They were more than happy to make a couple extra trips back to address some of the issues that came up from such a big job. I'm very happy with their service and I'll be contacting them for any plumbing work I need done.

I called Michael & Son to install a new water heater. The technician was here soon after I called and took his time installing my new water heater. Of course, I'm not happy about the cost of everything (the prices and packages are highly exaggerated for basic wear and tear parts/labor), but the service was superior. Paris was very professional and polite. The other technician, Josh was very thorough and polite as well. Update: 3/21/23 Marcus was great! Thorough and respectful. 4/13/23 I'm finally turning my ac on after everything was recently checked and now the house is burning hot. If everything was fine a couple of weeks ago, why is the unit not working now when I need it most?

Raleigh Water Heater Guys is outstanding! If you need a plumber you can trust and rely on, Mike is the one. We purchased a new home and needed help addressing items on our inspection list. During Mike's walkthrough for the quote, Mike quickly fixed several items on the list for us - for free. Mind you, I've never experienced this type of amazing service before. With a few items on the list, e.g. having older pipes and having a pipe that had a leak in the past, Mike offered his expertise for us to understand the urgency and timeline of when to fix. Mike's invaluable perspective eased our financial burden, after just buying a house, and allowed us to prioritize our expenditures in the right direction.

By the end of the walkthrough, there were only several repairs left on the list that Mike needed to actually come back for. The prices were affordable especially for the quality of work. Mike came back and fixed all of these issues with ease (there was soldering involved - speaking as a layperson, the work seemed thorough!). Mike also offered the option to save money and shut off a broken hose bib, since we had a working one right next to it, and let us know we didn't need to replace our water heater. His transparency earned my trust as a customer for life. He also discovered a plumbing line that we could use for a potential utility sink.
