Excellent service! Called @4:15pm on a Sunday, he was at my house by 5:00 and had the issue fixed by 6:30, including a run to get parts. All for an absolutely reasonable price. Can't recommend enough.

What a great experience. They showed up on time and performed a lot more than expected. Just for a hot water heater flush they checked all of our fixtures to make sure we didn't have any leaks.

We also had A/C service. Explained what they were doing and what repairs were necessary. Answered all my questions and were extremely professional.

I will definitely use them again and recommend them.

Update: I used Your Service Professional again for a larger job. We were installing an outdoor kitchen and needed someone to do the gas and plumbing for the grill and sink. It was another great experience. They finished on time and went the extra mile to make sure it was done right. They kept us informed about when the water needed to be turned off, how long we would be without water and when it was back on. Great overall experience and I will continue to use them.

Could not be more pleased!!! After contacting several local plumbing companies, I decided to go with Joseph! We were so blessed that we did!!
We had an odd situation with our dishwasher. The wrong size pipe had been installed. Due to it being such an odd size, Joseph had to order a special tool just to work on this pipe. (no supply shop had it either, it was a weird size that could only be special ordered)
He ordered the tool and came back as soon as he received it. He did not charge us any extra for having to order this specialty tool nor did he charge us any extra for having to come back. I have been 'nickled & dimed' with other companies, but not with Golden Rule!!!

On more than one occasion when I had a plumbing problem, TCR/Terry either came himself to see what the problem was, or promptly sent one of his awesome plumbing team to sort things out for me. They were prompt, courteous, well informed, and were willing to explain the work that they had done. They also cleaned up after the work they had done which was appreciated. I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Everything I expect from top notch service people. On time, courteous, clean, and professional. They did a very thorough job and gave me detailed information that gave peace of mind that my heater is in good shape.

When we were moving into our house and setting up our laundry room I noticed the hot water was leaking where the hose connected to the wall. Called Waite and they came out the same day which was awesome. The guy came in changed the spouts and was on his way, quick response, top notch service and reasonable prices.

Been with company for many years. One year my ac went out and I called them randomly and they have been coming out ever since for maintenance and or if there is a problem. Would recommend this company.
