David was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. After I gave him all the information about what was needed he told me his plan and cost to resolve my problems and completed the job. He cleaned everything up before he left. If I need other plumbing work done in the future I won’t hesitate to call David and Midtown Plumbing, LLC.

This company did our original install on our new build in 2016. September 2019 our ac stopped cooling and so did others in our neighborhood. We were charged $200 for refrigerant and the diagnostic for a leak was $200. Since it was 90° we did the refrigerant and would test soon. We were quoted $1600 to replace the coil with a test being done. Well 4 days later it was getting warm again. We opted for a second opinion. The company we went with only charged $89 for diagnostic fee. $1000 to replace the coil and brought us portable units to use free of charge.

Daniel Brothers did an INCREDIBLE job on our home remodel project and my family & I could not be more pleased. Our house needed A TON of work and we had no idea where to start but Bryce was able to help bring our vision to reality!! You really have to be careful with this company. Make sure you get everything in writing and you understand what they’re going to do. Lesson learned, I don’t think I would used them again.

From the reminder text the day before, to the your technician is on the way and his name is Logan, it was professional, timely, and friendly. Logan did a great job just diagnosing multiple issues, changing the filter for me, crawling up in the attic in 90 degree heat, and all with a polite demeanor and a smile. At my request I signed up for the maintenance plan -- sounds like I mostly dodged a bullet with this being the first service in 6 years.
