Best Plumbing Fixture Installation in Raleigh NC

Two days before Christmas my garbage disposal and pipes under my sink just fell apart. Dustin was at my house within two hours and had a new garbage disposal installed, everything working, and even checked a few things for me as a courtesy, like my water heater and water pressure. I appreciated his prompt response, his courteous demeanor, and the fact that he got everything fixed in time for Christmas!

After we discovered we had a broken water heater early in the morning, I scrambled to find someone that could install a new one that day. I was given Jayk's phone number around noon and Jayk had his technicians to the house that afternoon. They removed the old water heater and installed the new one in just a few hours for a very reasonable price.

Absolutely thrilled. Had a broken pipe on 12/23 after 7:00 pm and 18 degrees. Called BF at 8:15 and a technician (Chris) was at my home by 9:30pm and emergency problem fixed. Amazing service.

The two techs with Golden Rule Plumbing were terrific, friendly, and efficient. They did a fix and adjustment and part replacement on a toilet. The scheduling was easy; very professional and great result.

TCR was referred to me by my neighbor. I had 5 bathroom faucets and drains installed. Did a great job, on time and very professional...highly recommend.

Technician did flushing of sediment in hot water tank. He was very professional, explained the tank operation and maintenance in detail and so it was easy to understand. He was very thorough. We would work with the technician again in the future.

I called Weathermaster today & spoke to Audrey at 1:00. She had a technician to me by 3:30. Felipe & Rudolpho we're very professional. My central air wasn't working. Felipe & Rudolpho diagnosed the issue & replaced the zoning board in the attic. Now I have air! The are a great team & an asset to Weathermaster! Very kind, professional, clean & wore masks!!! Great job!

Contact this company for work and they seemed extremely uninterested and the person that called was rude! I do not recommend working with someone so unprofessional.

I can't say enough good things about James! We returned to my parents home from vacation to find their basement flooded and pin hole leaks in some of the pipes. James came out, last minute, and replaced the pipes quickly and for a reasonable price. Just to top it off he was incredibly kind! Thank you!

Scott came out to replace my hot water heater which started leaking over the weekend. He was able to get to my house earlier than estimated on Monday morning and got the hot water working quickly! Scott was very friendly and accommodating to any questions I had. This is my second time using them and I was treated well again. I will continue using them for all my plumbing needs! I also was greeted well every time I called the office. William, on the phone, was very accommodating and helpful. The way he treated me on the phone is what ultimately let me to choose them, and the service I got was just as good. I also called around to compare prices and they were aligned with others in the area for my job.

Mr Homes, ( one of the plumbers who came to fix our very urgent bathroom situation) was kind enough to to put my family up in a hotel while they fixed our bathroom. He went above and beyond the call of duty to help my family and made sure we were taken care of.

Joseph B. Was so nice and very knowledgeable, kept us informed through the entire process and gave us all of the options we could do! Loved working with him and even signed up for their home care program because of his friendliness!

Mike was incredible! He came out on a Sunday to repair my leaking pipe and saved me from having to pay extra and use a big brand plumbing company which was going to charge over $200 more just for the visit alone. He even went to the store to purchase the equipment needed for the repair without an up charge. I have used a few plumbers in the past but will go to Mike for all my future needs. I have recommended Mike to all of my friends and colleagues.

DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. This company ripped us off. They got over $800 from us by installing something in our ejector pump and did not fix the problem but instead caused other issues and did not reimburse us or anything. Then tried to tell us we had to get a new ejector pump that would cost us over $5000. We got another plumber to come out and they said the job that Fuller did was incorrect and is what made the problem worst. These guys fixed our issue and only charged us $145.00. It looks like they were trying to only fill their pockets with our hard earned dollars. Once we told him the name of the company that did our work he said there are major law suits against this company and they are known for not completing the job or making it worst. AGAIN I SAY DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE

I would highly recommend Axis Plumbing, they were responsive, on time , professional, excellent communication and a great value

Extreme price gouging... Charged us almost $300 to install a capacitor in the unit. Capacitors run about $20-30 , I understand that they need to make money on parts and labor... But that's highway robbery, the part itself is a simple replacement.. at most 20 mins to change.$109 service call$200 to switch wires to a breaker$300 for the capacitor...Over $600 for less than 30 mins of work.

On time and reasonable. I will use them again
