Had two pipes burst due to cold weather on Sunday night. Dustin from Urgent Care Plumbing Came out quickly and repaired both issues. He also let us know about a few other issues that we might want to take a look at. He came back the next day and fixed one of those as well. Great attention to detail and quick response made a stressful experience much better!! Will definitely call him for any future plumbing needs!

Inital work fine but removed a closet door with no notice to me then did not put back on. Scheduled 3 visits for then to rehang and never showed for the scheduled times and will not respond to texts or voice mails.

Midtown Plumbing is the best in the Triangle! Their team is professional, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly! We called for issues with our water heater, and they were able to schedule us quickly. The job took much longer than expected (thanks to an old apartment building) but they went above and beyond to make sure everything was up to code and to their standards. We procured Daniel Brothers to complete our kitchen remodel. It took a little longer than we wanted it to, this was partially our own fault for picking kitchen hood that was hard to obtain, but Jacob and Slade did whatever was necessary to make the project right. I would definitely use them again for a future remodel due to their quality of work.

After looking at several plumbers, we decided to hire the Art of Plumbing for the install of a Rinnai Tankless Water heater. Eugene provided detailed information during the process of determining the best plumber, best system and special feature functionality. He is a true professional. We were delighted with his and his assistants attention to detail and their care for our home. We look forward to having them return for maintenance, and will call them again if we have any other plumbing needs.

Was not able to land a job with the company but was hired by a larger company one week later

Called William Parrish and within 30 minutes Nahu was at our house. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it within the hour... he also pointed out that our water pressure was extremely high, which could damage some of the systems in our house, and that the valve used to regulate that pressure was old and not able to be adjusted down any longer. He replaced that valve immediately. Nahu was extremely informative and courteous.

Our water heater was not working (no hot water!). I called Mike on Sunday at around 9:30. He was very professional, honest, and detailed. He was at my house at 10:10, and completed the repair by 10:30. He patiently explained the issue to me and also how to prevent it from happening again. I would 100% recommend Raleigh Water Heater Guys to anyone who with plumbing or water heater issues!

We called Mr. Fuller because he had done work for us before. This Time we called he came out to get measurements for a shower install. That was in April, we waited and called NO RESPONSE. On May 30 th. They called and said they would be out on June 1st. To get started at 10 Am. No call no show. Finally got ahold of them in FB messenger, we asked for a refund. So far no response to any calls or FB messenger messages. I called about a week ago got some one on the line finally after about a month. She said she would tell the owner to call me back, so far nothing. This is going on way to long. Not happy with them at all.
