Fantastic service. CW and his crew came out to fix our sudden broken pipe. They were on time and got to work immediately to diagnose and fix the problem. Thankfully it was an easy fix but they handled it in less than an hour.

They cleaned up and wore masks and took their shoes off. Very respectful of our space in our home.

The best part was he was fair and honest about the price which was way less than I expected it to be. I had called other companies and they wanted to charge us almost as much just to show up before they do any labor. CW was honest and said Man I hate when other plumbers try to take advantage of people.

For that reason alone I'll be using these guys again for any plumbing needs

Called for non-emergency work, and set up an appointment for the next week. Plumber came by on time, easily fixed the issue, friendly and good customer service.

Great experience! Very friendly, reasonably priced. He did some work while I wasn't able to be home and sent photos to show me the work and even checked in to make sure everything was good once I got home. Great job, great service. Will definitely be recommending him to everyone locally.

My experience contacting a plumber for county water connection had not been pleasant until I called Joseph Allen at Golden Rule Plumbing...they came through! I had my water heater replaced by TCR Rooter & Plumbing and I'm totally satisfied with how quickly they responded to the initial call. The night before the service, I called the plumber on call and reported a water leak. He talked me through finding the water shutoff valve and how to resolve the leak until the next day. Service was fast, the plumber was professional, and had the new water heater installed the very next day. I recommend this company to family/friends.

We had called them out on a diagnosis call since the previous owner of the house had been using them. They had a steep fee of diagnosis $100+taxes. But we decided to go with them anyways since our cooling was off.I had already seen that the evap coil was iced up and that I was low on freon. So, there had to be a chance of a leak somewhere. What I failed to do was to ask them what their diagnosis covered. And, obviously it didn't cover the leak test.So, for $100 and a change, the Tech checked the dampers for the airflow and tested for freon which I had already done. As soon as he did that (barely 20mins), I was quoted $220 for a leak test and if I did that then they would waive the $100 diagnosis fee. Well, I decided not to proceed further since it looked like they were just interested in charging more and more even before finding the actual problem.

Daniel Brothers was great to work with. We had old poly pipes burst and they worked with us to re-plumb entire house. They remodeled our main bathroom as well as repair crawlspace issues. They did it all. Not only was it quality work, they were very professional. What I loved most was their communication. Any question or concern, day or night, they ALWAYS responded quickly. We will definitely call them with future projects.

After looking at several plumbers, we decided to hire the Art of Plumbing for the install of a Rinnai Tankless Water heater. Eugene provided detailed information during the process of determining the best plumber, best system and special feature functionality. He is a true professional. We were delighted with his and his assistants attention to detail and their care for our home. We look forward to having them return for maintenance, and will call them again if we have any other plumbing needs.

Tremayne was an awesome service tech today. Would highly recommend him, and his knowledge. My family has a HVAC company but not here in Raleigh. Took a chance using Michael and sons, and Tremayne was Very professional, used shoe covers and was able to quickly determine some things that might be causing the very high humidity issue. I was also happy that I wasn’t required to sign a yearly service agreement, in order to have them clean the coils on my unit. I felt it was fairly priced and would Love to request Tremayne come the fall to do a cleaning of the coils again. 5 star review for Treymane and Michale and Sons.

Our water heater was failing so we called Poole's and got an appointment in a timely manner. The plumber arrived on time with the intention of replacing the elements and thermostats as we had ordered, but we talked for a minute before he started. He did not give me a big sales pitch; we just discussed the age of the heater and the options of repair versus replacement. He quoted a price on the replacement and I decided to go with that option. The plumber waited while an new appliance was brought out to our house (without any extra charge), installed it and tested it, and completed the work in the expected time with the quoted price. The plumber was knowledgeable and efficient with his time and was great to deal with, very professional and courteous. I would recommend Poole's without hesitation to anyone who needs plumbing service.
