I contacted Golden Rule Plumbing for a water leak in the wall of my bathroom area. I contacted them through email that morning and was able to schedule an appointment for that afternoon. The two guys that showed up were professional and easy to work with on finding and fixing the leak problem. I felt the charge was reasonable for the work done. I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.
