Best New Water Heater in Raleigh NC

I have worked with Dustin twice. First he replaced my faulty water heater, the second time he replaced my faulty toilet. Dustin was able to replace both items very quickly (same day) and for a great price. Dustin does really good work, he is someone I can trust, he has a great attitude, and his prices are very fair and reasonable. Thanks Dustin!

Great Service, Professional, courteous and friendly. My well pump went bad, Luna, Travis, and Alex came out to replace the old 20 Year old pump. Our well sat at 600 feet deep and they had no problems pulling, replacing and making sure everything in the system checked out and worked perfect before they left. Even the secretary on the phone was very informational and understanding of the situation as well.

We have now used Jayk’s Plumbing twice and there are no words to express how awesome they are. Both times we have called them we have called because we were having an emergency. The first time was during “normal” business hours & the second time was on a Sunday. Both times we contacted them, they responded to us within 1/2 an hour and then came to our home within an hour. They have wonderful customer serivce and were able explain the problem to me in an easy to understand way. The labor fees for the work we needed done were extremely reasonable and they will always be the plumbers we call from now on. Thank you for great service!!

Excellent service. Called on a Saturday at 1pm and plumber here by 5. Joseph was first class. Evaluated and provided estimate on the spot. Picked up the parts needed and finished quickly. Asked if anything else needed looking at and had him replace the toilet valve. Offered to inspect the hot water heater and provided his evaluation. Could not be more satisfied. Will spread the word to others about this company and staff.

Terry came to my home Saturday morning to replace a leaking toilet. He was not only professional but super nice. He finished the job in less than an hour and put back on a complicated toilet seat with ease! 5 minutes. I would recommend TCR above everyone else!

My first experience with Service Experts was great. The technician, Ricky, was phenomenal. He was honest, knowledgeable, and friendly. Ever since that first appointment, however, my opinion of Service Experts has declined. Each tech that comes for service is more sullen than the last. I've also had the managers come and try to sell me a new system without asking.

He was on time and did a quality job on faucets and valves in my house. He also adjusted expansion tank pressure accordingly to the pressure in the system. I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Joe did a job for us last summer. It was cutting cast iron plumbing which can be brittle and hard to work with to connect to new PVC. I was very nervous about the job because of research on cutting cast iron work - it can be a disaster. He was extremely professional and respectful of my home. He got the job done at the estimated price, and he showed up on time with the proper tools and supplies. If you've worked with any contractors or subcontractors before, you will understand the importance of these qualities. I would feel comfortable recommending to a friend or colleague and/or use him again. I coordinated with and paid him directly, but he was recommended by a GC.

The air experts technician was able to come the same day I reported the issue. He diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly. He was able to explain things clearly and gave me very generous rates as a repeat customer. This company is great to work with, they really take care of people.

David was a life saver! Today, on a Sunday, we had sewage water spewing out of the powder room toilet. He responded to us so quickly! He assessed the problem and cleared the clog completely, inside and in the crawl space. This is not the first time he has solved our plumbing problems.
