Great group: Super knowledgeable, fast, helpful. The quoted price was reasonable. When they arrived, the job was easier, and they adjusted the price accordingly. They're part of Full Stack Plumbing, and I'll be using them again.

Fasco has come out to our house a handful of times now for various plumbing problems. (Mostly due to the hell that is polybutylene pipes.) I have no complaints at all about their service. They've been straightforward, do good and honest work, and have had good prices. I wouldn't think twice about recommending them.

Jason has come out to my house twice now and has been amazing. Super friendly, timely and professional.
He does great work AND charges you what he quoted.
I'm going to use him for all my plumbing needs from here on out! Plus- he leaves little flashlights with his name and number that my kids love.

Joseph from “Golden Rule Plumbing Servises” installed my new water heater in the house, which, I should add, was a very complicated job, as the water heater is located in the attic with a rather very narrow attic door. But he mastered it with tremendous professionalism. He took time to cover up the entire area from the attic to the front door with plastic, to prevent any damage when removing the bad water heater. Joseph was very knowledgeable and humble. He also gave me great advise on how to make sure that I get the best out of the newly installed water heater. Additionally, “Golden Rule Plumbing Services” charges fair and reasonable prices. I will definitely use this company again and will also recommend them to anyone who is in need of plumbing services.

Called TCR Rooter & Plumbing and scheduled an appointment the same day for them to come out and fix my leaking toilet. The appointment time passed and they didn't show up or call. Ended up waiting all night long (over five hours after the appointment time which was set for 3:00PM) - still no call; eventually went to Lowe's and just fixed it myself.

Have not heard back from them to this day.

Russell at Midtown Plumbing did a fantastic job today. I truly appreciated his communication, kindness and professionalism. I also really liked how I received a text with a photo and short summary about Russel prior to my appointment time; I was a lot more comfortable meeting a stranger.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Mike, Matt & team are fairly priced, knowledgeable, professional, skilled, efficient and clean. We had a fair amount of work done- replumbed all indoor plumbing; installed frost-free outdoor spigots, installed utility sink; replaced water heater. Waite Plumbing has processes and procedures for all the types plumbing work they offer. They arrived with a team of skilled plumbers, provided a detailed estimate, kept to their timeframes and had scheduled an inspector for the day after the work was completed. We're pleased with how the job went, start to finish.

I HIGHLY recommend PSR ! I am so impressed with the workmanship (100%+) and the honest pricing. David and Jim came out the same day I called... as our HWH was a goner, and needed replacement . It is in the attic, pull-down stairs, and in 87 + degree heat. Not only was the unit replaced , Dave improved the way the pipes were originally laid out and other little extras, and left the place clean! He went above and beyond and he charged an amazing price !..for all that hard work and all this at the last minute at the end of the day! AND not only that but he guarantees his labor for ONE YEAR!
